    Governor:
How is it that you can be so different with Newt Gingrich now, than when you really blasted him during the Republican campaign? You see what happened to your Poster-boy Romney... Had Newt been the candidate, he would have obliterated BHO during the debates and our rule of law/constitution would not be on the slippery slope of disintegration.
Please explain to me that marked difference in your approach to Newt. Thank you.

Mike, tell Romney to release his tax returns if Obama will release his records from Occidental College, Columbia College,Harvard College, and his Selective Service Registration. Pluss all of Obama's tax returns.

Mike help bring this to a public debate. It seems no one in Congress will touch it I have tried.
TOTAL CONSOLIDATED UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL REPORTING AND BUDGET BILL.
I can only imagine how much e-mail you get from your fans and others out here expressing opinions. Mine is probably one of thousands and who am I to think that my ideas are better than others to get your attention, but I humbly hope you take a moment to read this and think about it.
    We could use your help.

I have been trying to bring attention to what is a vital concept for us, the American public, called THE TOTAL CONSOLIDATED UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL REPORTING AND BUDGET BILL. Every citizen should be able to read in the news media factual published numbers of money received by the Government from all sources, money printed and borrowed by the government and money spent by our government in an easy to read and understand factual format. With today’s technology, this is possible, and does not require a dictionary sized tome to do it.

What I propose requires our Government to publish periodic audited Financial Statements (consolidated balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statements) perhaps quarterly, which would include ALL funds activity. An audit of any kind first requires consolidated financial statements and policy. Otherwise, what is being audited? In the private sector there are rules and laws (Sarbanes Oxley) requiring published financial statements subject to periodic audits and very stringent auditing standards. The justification is simple, to protect the investors. As citizens our largest investment is our government and our Country. I know it is a monumental undertaking. Regardless of any objections, it can be done!

My guess is that virtually every single American would support passage of THE TOTAL CONSOLIDATED UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL REPORTING& BUDGET BILL This concept is so simple that every American would understand it. I would venture to say most Americans know what a financial report is. I know getting the task accomplished has some challenges, but when Americans put our minds to it, we have accomplished far more complex goals, but few more important than this one. With today’s technology it is an achievable goal! Should anyone doubt our capability, I encourage you to think for a moment about the check clearing and credit card process which takes place every night and is accurate in processing billions of transactions every day.

The Bill itself needs to be very short, one maybe two pages, and that’s all. The objective of the bill is to tie quarterly financial statements to the Federal budget and audited annually. I believe the reaction from the public would be welcomed and supportive of all the Republicans in Congress upon submitting this legislation calling for THE CONSOLIDATED UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL REPORTING& BUDGET BILL. This bill would prevent the misuse of financial data for the purpose of political propaganda. Your statements for support should go to basic common sense. Every organization from your local Bridge Club to GE and Wal-Mart publish financial reports, including my Rod and Gun Club.

Thank you for listening to me. I have thought long and hard on a process for writing and implementing the concept, and I am more than willing to assist you in any way I can. I appreciate your time and consideration.

    Sincerely,
    Paul T. Seibold

Yesterday 3/31/12 while watching the Huckabee Report, I was concerned to hear him state that the information Pres. Obama was planning on sharing with Pres. Medvedev once he (Obama) was reelected had to do with giving up our special Missile Defense info which could leave us prey to our enemies! Would you please advise WHERE Gov. Huckabee got his information? Whether one if for or against Pres. Obama, I feel this is a terrible message to share unless it can be shown to be true. I have not read or heard this reported any place else. Thank you.
