I, along with the majority of We The People, would like to ask WHY do Senators and Representative need insurance other than what we are forced to have, which is unconstitutional?

Mike, I was at your show 12/17/11 for holiday taping. As you may recall, I'm the N. Little Rock surgeon. I want to tell you how impressed I am with you and your show. I have always voted for you (I'm from Ft. Smith, a major Rep stronghold) and I reiterate that you are the best Gov. that we ever had in Ark. Your show is great and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Fox and esp. your house comedian (how quick and clever!!--I wish that I could have seen him at Dangerfield's, no time with travel--I gave the tickets to the doorman at the Waldorf). I appreciate you meeting everyone in the audience personally--you are very genuine--what you see is what you get--refreshing in this day and age-best of luck to you and Janet, the boys and grandkid(s) in the future--I sure wish that you were President!!--if you run again, count on my vote!!---Mike PS--Beebe squandered the 950 mil surplus that you left him + the 1.87bil in "stimulus" money from the feds in less than 2 years and now we're in the hole--we've built maybe 10 miles of roads (unlike the re-do of interstates and state hwy's when you were Gov.)--I just renewed my tags on the great STAR program you started--it's great--wish you were still here!!

Mr. Mike Huckabee, I don't know if you even read these comments, but I feel the need to write to you. I truly believe you have a group of people willing to support you beyond what you even know. Like me, there are many just waiting for you to hear God say "GO"!. I'm hoping you choice to forget the personal grief you will experience and choice to face people like Romney and work towards a better America, a better world. One that under your leadership will know that God has a place in what we do. Please, don't sit back and relax. Don't just enjoy the peace you relaxation of having a sure deal in a Fox show. You are meant for more. I support you. So do millions of Americans.

I am a lawyer and am quite familiar with the Constitution. I follow politics very closely. I have reas a great deal of objection to Obama's health care law. His administration has been giving waivers to some organizations making them immune to hos health care law. It is obvious to me that giving McDonald's a waiver and leaving my diner under the law is a vlear violation of the "equal protection" clause. I got an "A" in my course on constitutional law in law school, My law degree was "summa cum laude" I have handled several litigations involving constitutional law. Can I be wrong?
