Why don't I see any stories about the power of federal judges? They have more power then any of the presidents executive orders.
The people of a state vote to pass a law only to have a federal judge reverse it.
I see it time and time again. Please do a story on this.

I am a conservative and would like to see the Republicans win the upcoming elections, but they will not do it by seeing the Democrats as the enemy. The enemy is the collection of problems that have been created by both parties. If the Republicans really want to win, may I suggest they commit themselves to these things that we all want regardless of what political stripe we wear: 1) abolish the income tax and the IRS, and replace it with the Fair Tax; 2) abolish Obamacare, and replace it with common sense directives for the insurance companies, some of which have been proposed already by Republicans; 3) completely overhaul the INS and the immigration system to allow workers to be able to come here more easily, but with a price - I know it is broken because I came as an immigrant and have gone through the system to citizenship; 4) make the USA completely independent of overseas oil by producing our own energy - of all types; and 5) require congress to live by the same laws they impose on the rest of us, and allow us the same privileges they protect for themselves. To win elections, we must fight the right wars, and to do it with the issues that concern us all.

    Hi Governor Huckabee
I watched some of the CPAC speeches. Most of the talk was to the GOP base. The GOP has to bring in new people & I have a few ideas that would make the folks take notice.
    1. TERM LIMITS 2 terms for senators, 3 or 4 terms for congress. No pension & benefits after they leave office. Also they would not be able to work for a lobby group or run in any federal election for at least 5 years.
    2. ENERGY DEPT Current budget about 60 billion dollars per year, Gradually shrink down to about 10% of what it is now, thru attrition. When was created in 1978, its' purpose was to get us off foreign oil; how's that working?
Of course most liberals won't like these things, but the less informed folks would sit up & take notice.
Love your show, keep it up!

One of your virtues is that you think and contemplate. Very important attributes. I want you to be our next president. If you run, run with passion. Thinking and contemplation should make you passionate not quiescent. You are our only hope to break the chains of politics.
