Keep up the good work, Mike! We need a voice! Just learned on AL Speaker of House Mike Hubbard's site that Uniontown, AL (Perry County) recently had 130% voter turnout! REALLY??!! No wonder Obama Justice Dept. is trying to BLOCK stricter voter ID requirements in states..Diane

Dear Governor,
I thought your opening talk on Saturday, Aug. 25th was excellent! Please reconsider and speak at the convention. The American people need to know obama's stand on partial birth abortions and abortions, etc. No one else is talking about that. Also, the healthcare bill contains so much more than we know, i.e., the RFID chip being mandatory in 2013 to buy or sell anything, the 8.3% tax on house sales starting 1.1.13, his administration being able to electronically withdraw funds from our bank accounts at will. There is so much to talk about. Please mention these things. We must remove obama from office. Appreciate your show and what you do. Best regards, Pamela Lents

Governor Huckabee, I think the most appropriate Biblical analogy for Missouri Senate race comes from Numbers 20 at Kadesh where God tells Moses to speak to the rock to bring forth water for Israel. Because Moses strikes the rock he cannot enter the promised land. We all revere Moses to this day, and we are sad for him that he could only look upon the land and not enter.
Please consider this hypotheical question - would we still feel the same way about Moses if he had said, "No, I'm going to go into the promised land anyway?" How would later Biblical references to him be changed?
And I think God would have phyically prevented it in some way should he have tried it.
Congressman Akin will not be going to the Senate - it just won't happen - however, he is now at a time of testing and I believe he is choosing poorly. I see him accepting the consequences of his uncontrolled speaking as the path to his victory.
