I have been incensed at the vitriolic assaults on the Chick fil-A company because the CEO, Dan Cathy, made comments recently in which he affirmed his view that the Biblical view of marriage should be upheld. The Cathy family, led by Chick fil-A founder Truett Cathy, are a wonderful Christian family who are committed to operating the company with Biblical principles and whose story is the true American success story. Starting at age 46 Truett Cathy built Chick fil-A into a $4 billion a year enterprise with over 1600 stores. At 91, he is still active in the company, but his son Dan runs it day to day as CEO.It's a great American story that is being smeared by vicious hate speech and intolerant bigotry from the left.
The Chick fil-A company refuses to open on Sundays so that their employees can go to church if they wish. Despite the pressure from malls, airports, and the business world to open on Sundays, they still don't. They treat customers and employees with respect and dignity.
I ask you to join me in speaking out on Wednesday, August 1 "Chick fil-A Appreciation Day.” No one is being asked to make signs, speeches, or openly demonstrate. The goal is simple: Let's affirm a business that operates on Christian principles and whose executives are willing to take a stand for the Godly values we espouse by simply showing up and eating at Chick fil-A on Wednesday, August 1. Too often, those on the left make corporate statements to show support for same sex marriage, abortion, or profanity, but if Christians affirm traditional values, we're considered homophobic, fundamentalists, hate-mongers, and intolerant. This effort is not being launched by the Chick fil-A company and no one from the company or family is involved in proposing or promoting it.
There's no need for anyone to be angry or engage in a verbal battle. Simply affirm appreciation for a company run by Christian principles by showing up on Wednesday, August 1 or by participating online – tweeting your support or sending a message on Facebook.

Chick Fil A has been assailed; now the Boy Scouts of America are under fire for stating the organization's right to determine who is welcome and who is not. What is your position on the Boy Scout Issue? -

Mike, please lead us to do what is necessary to help chik-fil-a. We need one leader to guide us, so we as christians remain unified and don't fall prey to undignified tactics. These colleges need to be bombarded, tell us how to do it...

The world we live in is a scary place. I know i have been to 2 combats. Iraq, and Afghanistan. The people there in those countries have nothing and we Americans have so much. Whats our Gov trying to do to us? People should be happy that they have the freedoms they have. But there not! Why are we even having these conversations. Our laws are too laid back. Laws and the polocies in the U.S are changing rapidly to form a new world government.(Hope we fight that before it happens.)All or most of the homosexuals care about having gay rights. Stop changing the laws to benefit the worng. Well.. someone help ME figure this out. The homosexuals have the right to do whatever they please. Why are we stressing on the views of one business owner. I am in agreement with them and the biblical way of life. Our nation was founded on these teachings.We as a nation are pulling away from the church. The church is you and I with GOD. We are all one with God. It is time to move on and stay true to the laws and principles of what Jesus wants us to do. Love one another, except one another. Give to others that do not have and worship him These people will be judged. But what can we do. All I or we can do is pray! The mighty one will be coming soon. "Lord help us regain our wisdom. Do away with the evil thats among us.Lift up our hearts lord! Help us reset the foundation of what is good and right and just. Help those that are brainwashed from what they see and hear on TV and with thier surroundings. Help us o lord. Always and continuely shine your light upon us.... I pray to you mighty one that you will get us out of this turmoil. Lord help us. In Jesus's name i pray!!.. Amen

I think Chick-Fil-A should be served at the Republican National Convention! Just sayin' .....
