CNN anchor and Chief Washington correspondent Jake Tapper joined the network in January 2013; his one-hour weekday program will debut in spring of 2013. Tapper has been a widely-respected reporter in the nation’s capital for more than 14 years. His most recent book, The Outpost: An Untold Story of American Valor, debuted in the Top 10 on The New York Times best seller list.
Marcella Burke represents the Samuels family, who were denied coverage by TRICARE for their daughter Kaitlyn’s disability.
Marcella earned her J.D. from The University of Houston Law Center where she served as Editor of the Houston Law Review. She also served as Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. While in law school, Marcella was honored with eleven scholarships including the Academic Merit Scholarship, Association of Corporate Counsel Scholarship, Dean’s Scholarship, and University of Houston Distinguished Service to Women Award.

Lt. Gen. (Ret.) William G. "Jerry" Boykin serves as Family Research Council's Executive Vice President, with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations including policy, church ministries, finance, development, communications, human resources, facilities, information technology, constituent communications and customer service. He was one of the original members of the US Army's Delta Force. He was privileged to ultimately command these elite warriors in combat operations. Later, Jerry Boykin commanded all the Army's Green Berets as well as the Special Warfare Center and School. In all, Lt. Gen. Boykin spent 36 years in the army, serving his last four years as the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence. He is an ordained minister with a passion for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and encouraging Christians to become warriors in God's Kingdom.
