I commit to pray this year that God will come against you because you do not discern truth rightly.

The health care mandate is righteous and those who oppose it are the ones who are bound by greed and selfishness. The only way to balance the power of hugh conglomerate insurance organizations is by federal supervision, not 50 different states. Those who wish to get health care insurance should not be denied.

God cause MH to repent or to be delivered to Satan for the destruction of his body.

I have worked for the same company for 10 years. When I started, my plan had a deductable of $150.00. Now with 3 kids, our family deductable is $4,500.00. Can you believe that? It is like catastrophe insurance. I don't reach the deductable unless someone in my family has surgery! I hit the deductable 3 years ago when I had my last baby by c-section.

One thing about the affordable health care plan is that nobody is being forced to sign up yet. If you get all the young people signed up and paying into a plan, in theory, it should lower rates due to a larger pool of healthy customers. Also, if employers are able to insure immigrants who tend to turn down insurance offered at any cost, that should decrease taxes going to subsidize free health care at county hospitals.

I'm just trying to look at the bright side of this fiasco.

I pay for my own health insurance. Now, granted, I've kept the policy I've had for YEARS and they don't offer it anymore, but it has now gone up to $14,000 per year for myself...and it's in a group. So, Yes, my insurance has skyrocketted...and gone up again this month. I'm hanging on until I turn 65 in 2 1/2 years, but I know I couldn't otherwise. I plan to get the best coverage I can get then. ALL socialized medicine countries have 2 tiered health care. I intend to be in the top tier. Health is important to me. I don't have cable TV or a fancy house...and no debt. My priorities are very clear. Love your show.
