Thanks for covering the NM case with Mr. Eckert. "Outrageous" doesn't even come close to describing this medieval abuse.
BUT, bad as it was, it is even more disturbing to learn it was NOT the first and only incident.

Motorists anywhere in the country deserve the right to travel freely without such outrageously abusive treatment. Maybe Mr. Eckert deserved a minor ticket, but NO ONE deserves the abuse he had to endure.
Every officer and medical person involved needs to lose their jobs and be barred from future employment in their fields. The city and the Gila facility deserve to lose a lawsuit for enough money to totally bankrupt them out of business.

Why am I no longer able to hear your radio show when I click on LISTEN 24/7 ? I have tried to do so on two different computers that I have used to listen weeks ago. The indicator shows that you are on air. There is no sound.
Good afternoon Gov. I was listening to your show today , and you were talking about government and religion. What's acceptable as far as prayer at political meetings and such. I would just like to know your thoughts about religion and the workplace. I keep the seventh day Sabbath day very similar to the Jews. Not exactly like the Jews because they have added amendments to their Sabbath law. I would like to know what my rights are in the workplace. The job that I have now there are certain times when they forced me to work on the Sabbath day in which I believe that no service work should be done. When I hired on I knew that they were not going to work with me in regarding to my beliefs. I had to take the job anyways because the alternative was not to work. Have a good day Governor
I would really like to leave a comment but your President has his henchmen watching everything.
Sir I enjoy your radio show, however you like most others I hear in national media are not discussing the main issue. It is this, liberty and freedom to do what we wish with our life's labors. I do not see how arguing the particulars of Obama care benefit us. What we need is a national figure such as your self to hammer away at the real problem here. Taking away the prosperity of we Americans. I for one am 60 and do not feel that health care is worth the loss to my estate. Instead of giving labors fruits to a healthcare system that cannot effectively function. i intend to pass this along to my wife, children, and grandchildren. Not donate it to the state. My purpose in life is not to be a benefit to society. It is to be a benefit to my family, my blood line, and anything other that i choose. Sincerely David Cordon in Oregon.
