I am tired of this country making a mockery of God's creation--the institution of marriage and Godly roles. I am 25 years old, and I believe I have a solution that could solve some issues by the Grace of God.

I wish to add my name to the
Don't cave-in! campaign concerning the sequester.

In regards to the questions of marriage and life I don't think it is a party issue at all. And if the Republican Party has been pegged as the Christian party then we have a real problem in our politics. This is about doing God's will. It will always come back to that. Marriage designed by God is between a man and woman. Life is precious to God and will remain so till Jesus comes again. We as Christians will need to flex our spiritual muscles and be prepared to give a reason for our beliefs. The people in office will have to answer for their votes as we will answer for the way we have lived our lives. Jesus was a friend to sinners and that is how I see the Christians in this country needing to not back down on their stance but live out their faith even if they are ridiculed and ostrasized. I'm sorry that those who truly are Christ followers would vote against God's will and desire.

I am a Christian and I don't believe that any person republican or democrat has the right to make decisions for both the abortion and gay marriage issue. God gave us the gift of free choice. It is not up to humans especially men to make the choice of what I as a woman do with my body. It is between me and my Lord and Saviour. I believe that its Republicans who give the impression that we as woman can't or won't make an informed decision and because of that attitude women are leaving the Republican Party in droves. As far as gay marriage is concerned I think the arguement is over the word Marriage and its meaning. Marriage is a union between a man and a woman. It is obvious that the union between gay couples is not that of a man and a woman. If gay couples want a union of their own they need to stand tall and proud and come up with a special word or phrase to call their union. I for one am not going to stand in judgement of them because after all God made them just as he made you and me. Both of these issues have no business being a part of our federal government.
Our country is falling apart as we speak, this issue, if it needs to be a governmental issue needs to be with the states. We need to be fighting for the life of our country and come together before it's too late We have lost a great many of our fundamental freedoms now we don't need the government taking away more. Thank You

Let me first begin by saying how aggravated I was when you dropped out of the 2008 primaries. Secondly, I am a federal employee. I make $56k a year. The last two years my pay has been frozen along with my piers. There has been a hiring freeze in place as well reducing opportunities for advancement. I am struggling to raise three wonderful children and a furlough is not what I need right now. The government is taxing me to death, killing me with inflation, renigging on our employment agreement. I have served my country since 1980 through some very rough times to provide the best opportunities I can, but more importantly I instill character and moral in my children. I teach them that thier integrity is the most important thing they posses. I guess thats not a lesson being taught to politician's children in there private schools and prep colleges. So I am putting Washington on notice and I'm tired of the crap and we the American People can't take it anymore. Simplify the process, cut spending and get out of my pocket. Also quit treating us like idiots because I assure you we are not.

    Thanks Mike, love your show.
