Pelosi, looked like she was high on drugs. Adan Shiff looked a space cadet. I can't beleave these people are running out country. Both need to have full physical evaluations. My dog has a higher than the 2 of them put together.

I fear that before this attempt to impeach has failed the Democrats will have trumped (yes, I said it) up another terrible thing this president has committed. And on and on and on.

THE DEPT OF JUSTICE GROUP OF ATTORNEYS MET REGARDING THIS LETTER AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING OF CONCERN OR CRIMINAL IN THIS PHONE CALL. A NONBIASED GROUP OF ATTORNEYS. THE ETHICS AGENCY AS WELL. The Constitution’s Article II, Section 4 commands that a president may be removed from office only for “Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
Accordingly, Congress must base its decisions whether to impeach and to remove a president from office on a factual, politically neutral record demonstrating whether the president actually has committed, in the Constitution’s language, “Crimes.”
This plain text tells us that impeachment is not a device by which a disgruntled Congress may negate the voters’ political choice, even if Congress honestly believes a duly elected president’s policies are unsound or you disagree with him. Rather, Congress must approach the matter whether a president has committed constitutional “Crimes” as if it were jurors in a courtroom.
