Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe told Trey Gowdy on FOX NEWS Tuesday night that, based on intelligence that he has seen, he expected “additional actions taken by John Durham,” as he’s convinced that there were more incidents like the action of Kevin Clinesmith regarding the 2016 campaign. He noted that allegations of FISA abuse turned out to be true.

But I imagine his words generated a collective yawn among people who have been waiting years for accountability. Recall that Clinesmith pleaded guilty to fraudulently doctoring an official document but was recently sentenced to one year’s probation, community service and a $100 fine, essentially a slap on the wrist for committing a huge fraud that dragged Carter Page and the whole country through the “Russia Russia Russia” scam for years. It was a FISA COURT JUDGE who, inexplicably, presided over the case and, even more inexplicably, decided to let it go.

Now, Durham has reportedly moved on from the CIA without charging anyone --- John Brennan's MSNBC contract is safe --- and has moved his focus to the FBI. Sources have told FOX NEWS that high-ranking officials such as former FBI Director James Comey will not be charged. But Ratcliffe, putting the most positive spin on this that anyone could, said he doubts that such reports are accurate.

"Without betraying any confidences," Ratcliffe said, "I can tell you I sat in a room last July with John Durham and with Attorney General Barr; we looked at intelligence, and we all unanimously agreed that there was a problem there with respect to the FBI, that there wasn’t a proper predicate to begin, much less continue, a counterintelligence investigation against the Trump campaign. So I’d be surprised if this reporting is accurate, that there aren’t going to be additional indictments. I would expect that. I think the intelligence that I’ve seen reflects that, and I certainly think that, you know, once the investigation runs its course, that that’s what will take place.”

Ratcliffe said he wanted to see more instances of accountability, not because he wants to see “folks go to prison” but because he wants people to have trust in the FBI and the Department of Justice and “increasingly, they don’t.” But that's largely because folks like Kevin Clinesmith HAVEN'T gone to prison.

"The American people have seen the text messages and the emails, and the memos and the transcripts, and the FISA applications, and they know this just isn’t right," said Ratcliffe. "And...they see that this just wasn’t fair, and if the FBI and the Department of Justice can’t hold folks accountable for that, then we’re gonna have a problem down the road.”

No kidding.

It’s hard enough to have accountability when information has been released to the public, as in the case above, but what about when everything has been locked down? We’re going to step with one tiny toe into the case of Seth Rich, as his murder has been cloaked with secrecy and threats of lawsuits ever since it happened at 4:19AM on July 10, 2016. What is the story surrounding his death? We honestly don’t know, but a judge has given the FBI 82 days to produce all material in its possession that contains the name “Seth Rich.” Deadline: April 21. The attorney who pushed for this: Ty Clevenger. Here's a refresher.

And now, the update.

"I know there is enormous distrust and frustration over almost the utter failure of the Department of Justice and the Courts to play fair and do the right thing,” writes Larry Johnson at THE GATEWAY PUNDIT. But at least this judge is not playing along with the Deep State.”

Recall that Seth Rich, a DNC staffer who was shot and killed on a Washington DC street in what was said to be a robbery (in which nothing was taken), is alleged to have been involved with the hack/leak of the DNC server. Apparently, FBI counterintelligence people have been involved in an investigation, which strongly suggests that this was not a conventional robbery/murder.

The lid was slammed down long ago on anyone even talking about this. No one is supposed to even bring it up, but I will –- though, again, I do not know if Rich was involved in removing information from the DNC server, and I do not know the circumstances surrounding his death other than what was said in the police report. I just would LIKE to know. I’m glad to see that the FBI won’t be able to let this drop.

The FBI reportedly have over 20,000 pages of documents related to Seth Rich, as well as his laptop. For three years previously, they had apparently denied involvement in any investigation of Rich’s death or being in possession of his laptop. It was probably hidden away with with Hunter Biden’s laptop till President Trump’s first impeachment was over, haha.

Finally, don’t let this note of encouragement blind you to something less impressive that’s happening at the DOJ. Just a month before his father was inaugurated President of the United States, Hunter Biden hired a new attorney, former federal prosecutor Chris Clark, to assist with his federal criminal defense. Hunter is reportedly under investigation for tax evasion and money laundering allegations, with a “potential counterintelligence component,” according to AXIOS.

But here’s the real story: On Inauguration Day, one of Clark’s close colleagues, Nicholas McQuaid, a fellow partner at Latham & Watkins, was asked to temporarily lead the DOJ’s criminal division. McQuaid is one of a handful of acting assistant attorneys general appointed by President Biden on his very first day.

Does anything about this seem not quite kosher to you? Biden quickly appoints someone to head the DOJ’s criminal division who was a business partner of the attorney now representing his own son, who is under investigation? Under Biden, there’s supposedly an “ethics pledge” that bars federal officials from participating in matters involving former employers unless they receive “a waiver of relevant laws and regulations.” Well, that’s isn't that reassuring?

"Potential conflict between lawyers entering government and their former clients or firms are quite common,” said Kedric Payne, senior director for ethics at the Campaign Legal Center. “This situation is one of the many initial tests of Biden’s ethics pledge, which looks great on paper, but time will tell if it’s effective in practice. Enforcement is essential.”

Now we can all wonder if Biden’s ethics pledge will be enforced when it comes to the investigation of his son. The suspense is killing me.

What few are talking about are the mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of Justice Anthony Scalia. Many people believe he was murdered! This would have been a political assassination and there is no investigation of any kind.

I think, we the supporters of Trumps MAGA philosophy, NEED a running tally of people who have actually been punished for all the lies/deceit in order to smear Trump. I want to see fines, JAIL time and removal from jobs. It seems like there is too little of this and I hunger to see that someone is paying the price of degrading people who love America.
This was a victory I want to see nearly everyday and would love to see any other victories in one place:

Sure! What planet are you on?
They will sacrifice a couple of low level operatives.
If I did the same thing that Comey, McCabe, Brennan and Clapper did, I would have been wearing an orange jumpsuit years ago.
    Two tier justice system.
Just like that FBI lawyer that received probation for violating someones constitutional rights!

Governor, I am sure that I and millions of Americans will not be holding our breath waiting for any indictments. There will be no justice as evidenced by the one attorney who basically received a "get out of jail free" card. There is rampant corruption plainly seen by all in Washington and dismissed time after time. There are definitely two tiers of justice in this country! No accountability for the powerful and their friends.

Didn't know where to ask this. Can you get a copy of the proposed virus bill they are trying to pass. We should know what else is being jammed into it that I believe would really upset people. If not can you tell me where I can find a copy? Thanks, Cathy

Thank you for all you do. I truly agree with a lot of the comments by your other readers! I enjoy the daily newsletters and Bible verses. There is so much truth. I truly cannot believe that Biden had that many votes. The 75 million that voted forTrump should have a hands across America in support of conservative Republicans.

    Dear Gov. Huckabee,
I appreciate your newsletters. I am afraid we no longer live in a Constitutional Republic. We've been sold down the river by most of our representatives of whatever stripe and our Supreme Court is a Supreme Joke. I personally am praying to God for deliverance because I seen no help coming from man.
God bless you and have a good day.

Governor, I feel lost, because I lost my leader (Trump) so can you show us a plan forward for Republicans. I feel frozen, afraid to trust anything, or what anyone says. Need a motto. Future plans for us. Prayers for USA. I’m 88 yrs.

I have a lot of expectations that i believe most of us do in fact share and have. People who are found guilty of crimes must have a proper sentenced carried out. The crime must have the PUNISHMENT. It must.
This is not about President Trump really its about a Law abiding GOOD society that must punish the bad .

    Thank you for reading.

I'm just one of many that is so tired if seeing the elite get by with murder. Crime against our country, harrassement against our president, encouraging violence, yet pinning on conservatives eith NO repercussion on themselves. There are a number of demicrstes that need to be impeached or recalled for the crime if wasting taxpayers money on idiotic childish things jnsteadvif doing the job they were elected to do. Its very discouraging!!!

You are right to say we don't trust the FBI, judges, our whole judicial system actually it's an understatement. It started with me with Benghazi, President Clinton/Lynch on the Tarmac, disappearing emails, and so on. The way President Trump was treated and still being treated is so disgusting. I am just sick and tired of Congress and the Senate. Republicans better learn how to stand up against these Liberals and their agendas. I find the current administration a threat to our democracy. I frankly am scared for myself but more importantly my Children and Grandchildren.

I don’t understand. Why is anyone okay with any of this and how they continually get away with it. We as a country are doomed. We are loosing are freedoms, our corrupt politicians get away with murder. Meanwhile we the people pay for their corruption. It’s become America last. We all need to turn our eyes and hearts to Jesus.

    Dear Mike,
Am I frustrated? Yes. The frustration, however, is turning into action. Writing to colleges as to why they're more worried about changing the names of schools instead of getting kids back into schools; writing legislators; writing businesses who drop products that are made in the USA; calling on friends to be proactive and more. What does this have to do with this article - not much, but it's all part of the bigger picture. However, converting my frustration and anger into action sure does help. It's all part of the big picture. I hope your readers do the same. Complaining without action does no good.

You know, I am weary and they can say all they want about indictments but I don't believe. Nothing has been done to any of them while the conservatives pay the price under the Regime. I am not ready for constant emails and txts asking for money for another election which unless a miracle happens will be stollen again. The members of the Republican party had better show some results or this party is dead. They lollygagged to many times when they had controll and did nothing. Sorry but I don't believe many in the party anymore. The swamp survives and it stinks.

If Biden enforces his mask order, will that include professional athletes. In particular, the NBA, as they are in close contact most of the game. I wonder if they would oppose this. Just a thought, as this administration is already hurting this country.

Nothing will happen from “Durham charade.” The national demican uniparty will circle wagons, hide behind their circle of affirmative elitists and stiff America’s future again.

Will the left ever be held responsible for the crimes they have committed against the American people? Also, even though the evidence revealed that Hunter Biden used his father's political position to take millions of dollars from foreign countries for himself, his father and the rest of his family, nothing has been done to hold them accountable. We are losing our country to criminals and no one seems to be able or brave enough to do anything about it.
