A judge actually looked at evidence in a vote fraud case stemming from the 2020 presidential election!

Michigan Judge Christopher Murray ruled that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D, of course) broke state law when she unilaterally issued several orders that altered state election laws. These included sending absentee ballot applications to all registered voters and issuing “guidance” on how to evaluate absentee ballots for legitimacy.

As many Republicans have claimed about several key swing states, this was a case of an official illegally changing election laws that only the legislature has the authority to change. Only in this case, the judge actually let the case come to trial, looked at the evidence and the law, and ruled that the plaintiffs were correct. This legitimizes one of the key claims made by the Trump campaign in its legal challenges to the election.

It should be noted that this case does not substantiate that there was vote fraud or that any illegitimate absentee ballots were counted, only that the process of sending and verifying them was changed by someone who did not have the authority to do so. But considering that out of a possible 7.7 million voters in Michigan, 3.1 million ballots cast were absentee, any illegal loosening of absentee ballot laws should at least raise legitimate questions.

Just don’t ask them on social media, of course. You’ll be called an insurrectionist and told the point is moot.

It's about time it was finally looked into and found to ligitimize claims by President Trump. It's a little to late though but finally proves President Trump was right.
Actually, I always knew he was right, both my husband and I received two each mail in ballots in the mail; we threw them away as we went to the polls to vote (for president Trump). How many other people were sent more than one ballot without asking for one?

It is about time these judges started looking at this. I personally think there was voter fraud and think it is time for all states to go back to in person voting.

The democrats who are promoting this should be taken to court and tried.

I have a simple question. So, what will the consequences be for the Michigan Secretary of State be? If she was found guilty, shouldn’t there be consequences? Just saying.

Exact same situation in Wisconsin! My husband and & I received at least 5 ballots and/or applications. We did not open them, just shredded. We always vote at the polls on election day!!
