From Frank:

I've been a fan of yours for years (and would have voted for you for President) but the outrage directed at Congresswoman Ilhan Omar for her remarks about Israel is both uninformed and hypocritical. She is being pilloried for telling the truth.

Since its enactment in 1938, the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) has required that agents representing the interests of foreign powers in a "political or quasi-political capacity" disclose that relationship and publish information about related activities and finances. Israel, alone among all the world’s countries, has been specifically exempted from having to comply with this law. The threat this exemption poses to the integrity of our nation’s electoral processes is clear beyond question and completely unacceptable. Legislation should be immediately enacted to require that:

1. All nations, including Israel, comply fully with the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

2. No one enjoying dual citizenship with ANY other nation can be employed in the Legislative, Executive, or Judicial branches of the U.S. government.

3. All members of the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of the U.S. government disclose all contributions received from ANY foreign government or its agents.

It is not “anti-Semitic” to demand that United States be protected from the obvious conflict of interest threat to national security posed by the current state of affairs. The GOP's official position on this issue will come back to bite them. Americans are finally waking up.

 ……………..

From the Gov:

Frank, I really appreciate your support, but I have to say it most certainly IS anti-Semitic to say things like, “It’s all about the Benjamins, baby.” There is nothing else this could be but a very specific slam at Jews. Face it, this woman, in her heart, is anti-Semitic and promotes a stereotypical and negative image of Jews. How well do you think it would go over if in the context of legislation affecting blacks a member of Congress tweeted something about “those people” being “shiftless”? I’d say a resolution of condemnation would be drawn up on the spot, and should be. And that person’s political career might very well be over (especially if he or she were a Republican). If it’s not enough for me to say it, I’ll let John Podhoretz reiterate it for me:

“It’s really not hard to get to the bottom of this: When you say that Jews have magical hypnotic powers to control other people, you’re an anti-Semite. When you say Jews control people through money, you’re an anti-Semite. When you say Jews have conspired to make you apologize for saying anti-Semitic things, you’re an anti-Semite. Ilhan Omar is an anti-Semite.”

And later, “No one started this conversation about Ilhan Omar save Ilhan Omar and her fanatical and obsessional expressions of the most destructive form of hate in the modern era. It’s a scandal she was elected to Congress in the first place, but that’s the fault of the voters of her district, and they should suffer for their choice by seeing her sidelined and their interests ill-represented.”

https://nypost.com/2019/03/06/democrats-refusal-to-call-out-ilhan-omars-anti-semitism-is-just-appalling/

And while some in Congress are shamelessly trying to defend her with various forms of “She doesn’t mean to,” Podhoretz doesn’t mince words. Here’s an excerpt from another piece:

“Let’s be clear here. Nobody baited Ilhan Omar into saying Jews were hypnotizing the world, or that Jews were controlling American politics with their money, or that Jews were engaged in a conspiracy to force her to apologize for her words. She said these things herself, on her own, without prompting. They have nothing to do with ‘policy,’ or with her pain as a Somali refugee, or anything else. They have to do with her idea that evil Jews are manipulating reality. This is as anti-Semitic as anti-Semitism gets.”

Frank, you seem to be echoing the numerous Democrats who say that condemning Rep. Omar’s anti-Semitic remarks is shutting down debate on legitimate policy issues, one of which you bring up in your letter. I like this observation from Joel B. Pollack at Breitbart News:

“In an attempt to contain the damage, Democrats are claiming they are protecting ‘legitimate criticism’ of Israel. But rather than saying, ‘We can criticize Israel, where appropriate, without resorting to vile anti-Semitic rhetoric,’ they are effectively saying, ‘We cannot criticize vile anti-Semitic rhetoric if it might be construed as legitimate criticism of Israel.’

“The party is giving a free pass to anti-Semitic bigotry — and criticism of Israel has nothing to do with it.”

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/03/06/democrats-phony-excuse-for-ilhan-omar-antisemitism-protect-legitimate-criticism-of-israel/

If Israel is exempted from the FARA law –- and, Frank, it would be more accurate to word this as “AGENTS of Israel,” as this law DOES NOT apply to governments at all but to individuals and entities acting on their behalf in this country –- that’s a policy matter that can certainly be discussed without anti-Semitic language. (Although in a way, Omar’s inability to phrase her thoughts diplomatically did us a favor by telling us exactly what we are dealing with.) It’s not anti-Semitic to want laws applied equally across the board, and we are all for that around here. I would add that this particular law appears to be rarely and inconsistently enforced --- gosh, it almost seems as if they save it to go after Trump associates with. Your three suggestions are more than worthy of discussion, but not by singling out Jews in the way Rep. Omar has done.

So what exactly constitutes anti-Semitism? Without a definition, I suppose it’s kind of like the old observation about porn: “I can’t define it, but I know it when I see it.” But in 2016, the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) came up with a formal definition of anti-Semitism that is very straightforward. It reads in part, “Anti-Semitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred for Jews.” They also published clear and detailed guidelines for what they consider to be expressions of anti-Semitism…

https://www.holocaustremembrance.com/sites/default/files/press_release_document_antisemitism.pdf

Here’s the part that clarifies the difference between legitimate policy discussions and anti-Semitism: “Manifestations [of anti-Semitism] might include the targeting of the state of Israel, conceived as a Jewish collectivity. However, criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against any other country cannot be considered as anti-Semitic.” In other words, discussions of policy towards Israel should be considered objectively and independently of the fact that it is a Jewish state. Frank, I think we all know that Rep. Omar and some others in Congress do not do that and in fact may be incapable of it because of their deep-seated prejudice.

Frank sounds to me to be an anti-Semitic, as he totally doesn't understand the FARA Law and the fact that all laws are not enforced the same. In our History we have had many Agents caught who never registered and that is the nature of being an Agent(secrecy) is the operative word here. As far as Congress is concerned they are not bound by any laws that pertain to the people and can pick an choose which ones they will obey(if it furthers their agenda). Omar along with all the moslems Democrats have put in office are after one thing only and that is to destroy western civilization and to be the New World Order themselves. It is sad that Democrats are as stupid as they are not to know this because like the rest of us they too will de slaved out and sold to others like them. democrat forget that just because they don't believe in GOD no one else in the world has any beliefs. Thanks for responding to Frank the way you did. Some in this country wouldn't be so quick to defend Omar if they truly understood Islam and its goal for Israel and for the western world. I won't take the time to go into detail, but everyone needs to read the chapter about Islam in Dr. David Jeremiah's book "What in the World Is Going On?" It's time for many citizens and government officials to wake up and realize what it means to have someone like Omar voted into Congress.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to that letter that backed up Rep Omar. We can't continue to excuse these comments. This representative should not have been put in our government to begin with. If we as former Americans or of any other faith were to go to their country they definitely would not let us be a voice in their government! My husband and his family came here in the late 70's as political refugees, are now US citizens the legal way of course, ran from the Muslim run governments and now the Muslims are in our government. The Washington Post did an article on my husband's family when they first came here. My husband is very concerned over what's happening.

It seems that most people in the United States today don't understand the unique status of our great nation. No other country in the world provides the freedoms guaranteed by our constitution. Since most countries are grounded in a single religious background they are bound to the laws of the religion as the source of the countries laws. For those that don't understand this they could benefit from an extended visit to one or more of these countries. I caution them to be careful to comply with the laws of the country that they visit.

I find it amazing how this spiritual feud that is recorded in God's written word, the Bible, continues to pass from one generation to another. It all began with God choosing a People fathered by Abraham and another counterfeit group descending from Abram's son conceived against God's will. This first born son, Ishmael is the forefather of hatred toward Jews who are God's people through Abraham and Sarah's son Isaac. Through the centuries, that family feud continues. One of jealousy and hatred toward God's chosen Jewish nation. I personally believe this feud will eventually set up the end of time on this planet. Amazing how God works his divine plans without us even realizing it! We are in deep trouble in our USA as we see a slow and deliberate move of anti-Semitism as this "spirit of Ishmael" infiltrates our democracy. They come to our country, settle into areas and in a sense, start their own country within our country. They, along with other Biblically illiterate's, then, elect their representatives who become the "Omar's". The voices of anti-Semitism. The spirit's of Ishmael. (Study about Abraham, Ishmael and Isaac in the Bible book of Genesis, starting in chapter 15)

What can we do? Fall on our knees, humble ourselves, repent and pray that God will heal our land. He has promised to hear these prayers!

I am from Minnesota. I am so ashamed of Rep. Omar. I did not vote for this woman. She should be kicked out of the House and she should never be able to run for any other office again. She is disgrace to our country! I am going to go a step further and say I do not like the views of our 2 senators either. I have contacted them both and expressed my views on issues and they say that their views this and that is why they voted as they did. I said that is not what many Minnesotans think and that they should be listening to their MN people and not doing what they only want to do. They are in office to service the people. Too many people run for public office for their own gain and agenda and not to service the people. Another thing, Hilary Clinton should be the one in prison for treason over the Benghazi issue, as well as other things she put our country in jeopardy. We need a lot of clean up to do in this country. And why are we permitting infanticide? That is murder! All abortion is murder.

I consider Omar to be the point person for the current Islamization of Congress and the country. Obama started it with his addition of Muslims in his cabinet and Keith Ellison advanced it in Congress. Obama became president and started importing "Muslim refugees" and settling them all across the country, even going so far as flying them in under the cover of darkness and against the wishes of many communities. It is interesting that very few Christian refugees were brought in under Obama even though ISIS targeted them for rape, be-headings, crucifixion, slavery, and whatever other evil they could devise. Last I knew Ellison was 2nd in command at the DNC. Quite significant inroads for a tiny minority of the country. Make no mistake, their intention is stealth jihad.
Unfortunately, the Democrat lemmings are clueless and will follow these Muslims right over the cliff because they are too cowardly to call them out. Omar is a true anti-Semite, but no less than the other Muslim woman from Michigan, Democrat Rashida Tlaib, who won a seat in the US House of Representatives, and then immediately wrapped herself in a "Palestinian" flag at her victory party. There is your dual loyalty!
There is no difference between the two except Tlaib is slightly more cautious about outright stupid anti-Semitic remarks than Omar. The country is under assault and we are losing because Republicans are gutless and Democrats are complicit and ignorant of the dangers.

So glad you spoke up on your reply to Frank. Personally she should not have been put on that committee, period! She does not even belong in the United States and I don't care if she came here when she was 8 years old. She hates the Jews and also us. I just signed a petition to take her off! Read this morning on FB and I think it was Judge Jeanine..........it read that Soros has told Pelosi and the Dims to back off of her and AOC the wonderful new comers! So for the Dims, what Soros says go! Will still hear more of this because Omar will not stop!

    03/11/2019 02:05 PM

Well, I agree with your statement on the congresswoman but also Frank needs to understand the spiritual war which is at from of us about the Jews. As stated by God in the book of Jeremiah, God reestablished Israel and brought in two figs. The good and the bad fig in this end times. We have the house of Judah that came back and also God allowed the others that day that they are of Judah but are only of the synagogue of Satan right along with them. It is nothing new under the son. Those who are impostors and they do not even know who they are, work behind the scene living liked the Jews because they think they are Jews. These folks are the one who crucified our Lord Jesus and Jesus identified them in John chapter 8. To make it shorter, they are of the seed of Cain from the beginning. So, as we see, they operate in high places with lots of money and power but hard to identify because they are mixed with the good for. Jesus stated it in the parable of the shower. They are here since the beginning but the real house of Judah pays the price because they do not know who they are. They create chaos since they follow their real father and create trouble to everyone. Frank will never understand it unless he studied it and understand it spiritually. My point is that Israel will always be blamed for everything but the blind eyes cannot see the issue deeper and especially the left is blinded than a bat and so also the right. Let allow God's plan to continue because it is what it is and I am very happy that this congresswoman gets shut down.

If Ilhan Omar is true to her religion, of course she is anti-Semitic. Essential to the Muslim religion is the elimination of Israel and Jews, and the conversion of everyone else.

Well, it would seem that our man "Frank," (like most anti Semites and racists) chooses to distort the "meaning" of the law(s) to support his position. However, stereotyping Jews has gone on for decades. There are some aspects of the Jewish "orthodoxy" that I do not support or condone. It is a fact that an "unusual" amount of the Hasidic Jewish male population are "rabbis." They are Doctors, Lawyers and other highly paid professionals. Under U.S. law, they are considered "clergy," and thus, exempt from paying taxes. Other than this group, Jews, overall are not "conspirators" in an international plot to control world governments. Hitler's claim of "international Jewry" is a complete farce. Yes, Jews are shrewd financially. This is what makes many of them wealthy. However, to blame Jews for influencing our government? Well, if that was the case, Ilhan Omar wouldn't be in Washington in the first place.

Rev Huckaby, I agree with you completely and your reply to Frank was well written!
Do some people not know that we protect Israel from the Christian perspective? The anti-semites should not be allowed to speak against the Jews in our Government! The more the democrats allow it, the more it will happen. We can’t let this happen! Can POTUS demand it? People that do it, should be kicked out of our Government.
I don’t want anything to break the U S relationship with Israel. Thank you for all you do.

I watched a video explaining the theory that AOC and others are actually actresses interviewed and auditioned, then selected to be backed by others who want to get hundreds elected and take over our government—the Justice Democrats. She is merely a puppet with scripted lines. I can’t remember the name of the man doing the video but he had a Reagan mug on his desk. His portrayal of what is going on was convincing. AOCs chief of staff is the one really in power. I wonder if you have seen that video and what your thoughts about that particular conspiracy theory are?

Thank you, Governor. I agree with you completely. I would just add that I believe that a good percentage of the people who voted for her might not have been actual U.S. citizens, and that voter fraud almost certainly occurred there. Laura Loomer tried to warn us specifically about omar and look what has happened to her for standing up and telling the truth. I am hoping that before the 2020 election more can be done to prevent the rampant fraud that occurred last year. Perhaps also those who managed to get into Congress through vote theft, fraud, and other unconstitutional antics could be recalled, since they did not win their race fairly. It's probably the same scale of fraud that occurred in 2016 and hillary didn't win the popular vote at all. Insisting she did doesn't make it true. It's like President Reagan said about liberals.

Your support of our amazing and effective President is much appreciated.

Governor: Frankly, I feel Frank must not be observing other things 'congresswoman Omar has said and is attempting to do are certainly not becoming for any individual, much less a member of our Congress. First , her insistence that she wear her head covering in Chambers is defiant and not religeous, as even former member Rahm Emanual compiled by not wearing a jewish headband...And the fact that she is already implying in speeches to other groups is certainly not only anti-semetic , but anti-American as well....Just her difiant attitude about our form or government goes against her oath to protect, preserve and defend our Constitution and the values it espouses...so, Frank needs to look at this woman's past history of condoning the actions of groups who have a direct or indirect connection to terrorism..

  • Ingrid Forsberg

    03/11/2019 01:11 PM

Thank you. Its good to hear good common sense truth. Thank you. Keep speaking out.

Commentary continues below advertisement

Commentary continues below advertisement

Commentary continues below advertisement

This will be their down fall as the god of Islam is their life and the word of Mohammed is what they live by and they like the rest of the people of Earth are just pawns to be used.

It is awesome to live in a place where the way to win an election is to be the most conservative!
