It may seem like an impossible dream, but AOC has a challenger in New York’s 14th House District who might actually have a chance to boot the media’s favorite socialist fashionista out of Congress.

Like AOC, this person is Hispanic and even a former bartender – but that’s where the similarities end. Desi Cuellar’s parents fled Cuba to escape the socialism that AOC is so enamored with. He knows what it’s like to be poor, work hard and even be homeless, but he refuses to blame America for his early struggles or play victim. He even joined the National Guard because, he says, he “wanted to do more for my country.”

Cuellar said, “I am proof that opportunity exists for anyone in this country, that America is worth fighting for, that our values and our constitutional rights set us apart from the rest of the world. But my opponent AOC is doing everything she can to undo what countless Americans have died to preserve.”

He says, “As a New Yorker, I’m sick and tired of seeing AOC use our city as a launching pad for her socialist agenda.” He’s made a hard-hitting ad that can be seen at the link above. I wish him all the luck in the world.

It might seem like an insurmountable task, since AOC got 71% of the vote in 2020. But note that the 14th District has a population of nearly 700,000, and AOC’s total vote was less than 153,000. There are a lot of people there who didn’t bother to vote. Let’s hope Cuellar can inspire them to go to the polls and remind them that they elect someone to Congress to represent their beliefs and interests, not those of Bernie Sanders, Karl Marx or Fidel Castro.

    Hi Mike
1st, thank you for separating the ‘wheat from the chaff’ on current political happenings. I certainly do not have the time, staff or resources.
When Joe’s handlers canceled the Keystone pipeline out of spite on his first day in office they created an economic domino effect that will take years to recover from.
The pipeline would have been an economic boon to both the U.S.A. and Canada. The cancellation was a slap in the face of one of our staunchest allies.
Now Joe’s handlers are cutting deals with the foreign producers for crude. The extra cost for this would have more than paid for the completion of the pipeline.
The mood in Canada, namely Alberta & Saskatchewan is they have been betrayed by Joe’s handlers.
There is, however, a growing movement in those two provinces to leave Canada and become part of the U.S.A. They are full of fiscal conservatives.

Wow, Praise The Lord! May God grant Desi Cuellar favor with the voters, may God grant him victory in the election, in Jesus most precious name, amen.
So refreshing to learn about a young man, a child of immigrants who so much appreciates America. Thanks for sharing this Mike, and also let us pray that the elections are kept honest.

I think everybody needs a lesson in history and in the German language.

Since I have a masters degree in history and speak a little German hopefully I’m qualified to make the following statement.

Seig heil and Heil Hitler are apples and oranges. Literally translated, Seig heil means “victory good“. Soldiers and civilians alike greeted each other with this phrase during the war. It has absolutely nothing to do with Adolf Hitler.

Heil Hitler on the other hand is literally translated “good Hitler“. This was used to greet Hitler or as an exuberant salutation.

So actually, when people get excited about the term “Seig heil“ they have no clue well they’re talking about.

It’s typical of the situation today, just take things at face value and don’t bother to do any research.

Perhaps the term “Seig heil” should be the slogan for conservatives much like “let’s go Brandon“. We know what it means.

Just thought I would clear that up governor.

It would be a blessing for AOC to lose her seat in Congress. She is awful along with the rest of the squad.
