Biden Voters: Is THIS what you voted for?!?

By Mike Huckabee

Since it’s both exhausting and depressing to keep up with all of President Biden’s executive orders and tabulate all the damage he’s doing to America in record time, I’m grateful to the Epoch Times for offering this round-up of just the destruction being done to national and border security and public safety under the guise of “immigration reform.” Say, Biden voters who thought you were getting a “moderate,” is THIS what you voted for?

Seton Motley at has also compiled quite a collection of headlines and links to illustrate the massive explosion of government interference and regulations that Biden is unleashing, the hollowness of his claim to want “unity and bipartisanship,” and the damage he’s already causing. As Motley notes, Biden stole Trump’s “Buy American” slogan, but he’s making it impossible for anything to be made in America.

Fortunately, Republicans are already starting to recognize that the left has declared war on them and everything that makes America the exceptional nation they refuse to admit it is, and as I suggested, they’re turning to the courts to block Biden EO’s the same way Democrats tied up Trump’s agenda for four years.

For instance, Biden ordered an immediate halt to all deportations of criminal illegal immigrants for 100 days. And not just to halt deportations, but states were ordered to release immediately all illegal immigrants who were in custody awaiting deportation.

But Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has already filed a lawsuit that convinced a federal judge to put a nationwide stay on Biden’s order. Paxton argued that the order is unconstitutional and that Biden has no power to override Congressionally-passed immigration laws. The order also violates a legal agreement between the DHS and the state of Texas that requires Texas to be consulted prior to any actions which would “reduce, redirect, reprioritize, relax, or in any way modify immigration enforcement” agreements with the department.

The judge also agreed with Paxton that Biden’s order to release illegal immigrant criminals creates a threat of injury to Texas that outweighs any potential harm to the defendants and the public interest.

I like Paxton’s summation of the ruling: “Within 6 days of Biden’s inauguration, Texas has HALTED his illegal deportation freeze. *This* was a seditious left-wing insurrection. And my team and I stopped it.”

As they say in Texas, “It ain’t bragging if you can do it.” Now, let’s see a lot more attorneys general, legislatures and conservative legal organizations start doing it. Remember: Trump appointed a lot of judges, so be just like the left and do your judge shopping judiciously.

PS - Looks as if the RNC is getting with the program...

And note to Arizona: You might want to join that Texas lawsuit. Or file your own, and really tie ‘em up.

Another Dumb Idea From Twitter:  "Birdwatch"

By Mike Huckabee

Republicans on the House Oversight Committee are calling on the FBI, if it is going to investigate Parler over the Capitol violence, to also investigate Facebook and Twitter. Seems fair, since so far, that appears to be where most of the planning, threats and anti-government activism actually took place.

In a letter to the Democrat Representative who requested the FBI probe of Parler, GOP Reps. James Comer and Greg Steube wrote, "Like you, we were disturbed and angered by the riot and we believe those responsible should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But casting blame on a single social media company known for its conservative username while simply ignoring other social media companies known for sympathizing with liberal causes is blatantly and overtly partisan…Moreover, your letter is additional evidence of the growing alliance between Big Tech and Democrats to muzzle certain viewpoints, opinions, and perspectives."

Say, as long the FBI is investigating social media, how about investigating that, too?

News To Keep You Awake At Night

By Mike Huckabee

When President Biden’s official spokesperson was asked why he would sign an order allowing China to get involved in America’s power grid, she couldn’t come up with any coherent answer. By 24 hours later, nobody in the Administration had gotten back to the reporter with an answer.

Filibuster Update

By Mike Huckabee

Update on the Democrats’ apparently failed push to eliminate the Senate filibuster: With two moderate Democrats, Sens. Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema, saying they absolutely won’t support it, the fear that a radical left agenda will be forced onto America with 51 votes seems dead. But just to be clear, Republican leader Mitch McConnell warned Democrat leaders that if they ever do pass that “nuclear option,” he would unleash a “scorched earth, post-nuclear nightmare” on them.

He reminded them it takes 51 votes to produce a quorum, and the Vice President doesn’t count. The 50 Republicans would release immediate chaos, locking down the Senate so that nothing moves, and the Democrats wouldn’t be able to scrape up 51 votes to end it. He said things would happen either "in the hardest possible way or not at all," and Democrats could just block out the next two years on their calendars, because they would be there all the time.

He reminded Sen. Chuck Schumer that acting as the majority when you don’t actually have a majority requires “collegiality and consent.”

Or to sum it up succinctly: Play nice or else.

"Racial Equity"

By Mike Huckabee

President Biden’s latest executive orders abolished Trump’s 1776 Commission that was created to promote the teaching of American history from a patriotic standpoint instead of the "1619 Project" version of American history as irredeemably racist. There were also other orders aimed at battling our alleged “systemic racism.”

You should also get used to hearing the term “racial equity” instead of “racial equality.” Laura Ingraham had a good discussion of what that will mean last night.

In the old, obsolete America, people were guaranteed equality of opportunity, and the only limits on how far you could go were your own talents, skills and willingness to work hard. Biden and his staffers like Susan Rice want to replace that with “racial equity,” or equality of outcomes based on the government deciding who deserves success more, as judged by who enjoys the most “privilege.”

Under systems like this, the government enjoys the most privilege because politicians and bureaucrats get to buy votes by deciding that government contracts, grants, job opportunities and other largesse go to favored groups rather than those who can do the job best, fastest and at the least cost to taxpayers. If you’re going to lard out goodies based on who’s the most oppressed or privileged, then the real power lies with whoever decides who that is. If they decide that a poor, white male Appalachian coal miner has more “privilege” than a black, gay Harvard grad, then too bad for him.

Just like all socialist systems, it’s a formula for expanding government power and corruption by literally judging people by the color of their skin (the Democrats’ go-to position since pre-Civil War days.) Doesn’t sound very American to me, but then, these people warned us that they were going to “remake” America. Voters should have paid more attention. I don’t think most Americans are going to like what they try to remake America into.

In the meantime, to combat this fundamentally anti-American and deeply racist mindset, I recommend checking out these two links, about two very important new documentaries on race and America that go against the leftist narrative.

Jen Psaki is not even close to being in the same league as Sarah or Kayleigh. And the press is silent about her not wearing a mask, but Trump's press secretaries were rediculed. What a contrast we are witnessing.

I wanted to read your Epoch article listing biden's disastrous accomplishments but going to the link, I could not get passed the insistence of Epoch demanding my email to open an account. I will NOT be forced to enter any of my info just to read an article, no matter who writes it. I kept clicking on the "continue reading" and nothing happens, won't let me read the article unless I entered my email addy. I don't appreciate being coerced into submission for something I'm not sure I want to continue subscribing.

As for the newsletter picture, put ones of you and/or your staff members who contribute to the writings at the top! The DIMS are not very photogenic!

Can we get an inspiring thought from Trey or Keith at least once a week?

Twitter's "Birdwatch"? "Tweet"le-Dee has become "Tweet"le-Dumb!!! Glad I don't participate in social media!

Also, God knows when a sparrow falls! So HE can cause the "bluebird" to lose its color, too!

Put the Bible verse at the beginning and the end! That way we can be inspired before and after the newsletters and everyone is happy! They can pick which location they want to read it!

I think it would be interesting to see a list of all the Biden Exec Orders and where possible and estimated cost to us taxpayers. It would be very large.

Governor unfortunately I do not want to see it but I believe that with all this going on J. Biden is setting the scenario to get himself set for assassination maybe the plans the Democrats have already made up, which will place Harris in control and the elimination of private gun ownership extreme jeopardy, followed by the slow and steady removal of our first amendment. I also see the destruction of our Constitution as one of the major objects and do believe revolt is coming.

Can you really destroy a country in 100 days?????

Looks like Dementia Joe is well on his way signing whatever they put in front of him. Is Kamala Harris the real President or is it Bernie Sanders? Maybe it is really George Soros as I begin to recognize Open Borders, Global Governance and Lax Law Enforcement which are his cornerstones!

I feel hopeless, the attack on Trump supporters continues with such velocity it is hard to imagine this is america. I cannot believe in this country the allowed ban on people from social media, DHS classifying trump supporters as domestic terrorists (doesnt that mean we have lost the ability to peacefully demonstrate?). We are not allowed to partake in free speech anymore, and considering the committee to look at the supreme court, we will soon have no recourse. I hate to say it but look at history, and you can see where this is headed, as americans turn their heads and pretend this is not happening. WHAT CAN WE DO? Is it this hopeless or can someone give me something?

Great move to lead with the Bible verse of the day. The root of all the problems the USA is experiencing is spiritual in nature. Only GOD can solve the problems through willing human participants. We participants need His word for defense and offense. Without knowledge of His word we could be like the leftist that calls evil good, and good evil. The result is a lawless heart filled with hate and a mind possessing no common sense.

It will be a bad year it looks like.
Right now many believers are learning from the persecuted Church. Preparing like the early church to go underground.
My own dnomination is crumbling. Like the German churches who falsely believed we only deal with ecclesiastical matters.
Out present Narxust government will not accept that
Already they have made the federal calital an abode if Satan as shown by the liberal preacher who invoked demon gods.
I wish groups like yours would speak out prophetically on these and other matters as believers are required.
It will also encourage Big Tech and put new hate laws in place to ban any religious outlets. Churches and radio states and religious social networks.

Thank you for asking our opinion about the placement of the Bible verse. I prefer it at the end. It’s always so nice to focus on something encouraging from God’s Word after reading about what isn’t right in the world.

I liked the Bible verse at the end of your news. Seeing that most of your news is negative because of the new regime, it's nice to end your news on a reassuring positive note, God's Holy word.

    Governor Huckabee,
Thank you for being the voice of sanity in our new communist country. Your levity and calmness has been a calming force in keeping my sanity. I fear for the future of our country and the idiocy that my grandchildren will have to live with. I'm old and will not have to deal with this for very long. The children will suffer and I have difficulty accepting that.
Good luck to Sarah! Love you both.

I am going to ask again -- is anyone in the legal community going to go indepth to uncover this election fraud? By indepth I mean through investigations for the next two years, machines, more votes than voters, thousands of bogus ballots etc. Or is this all going to be swept under the rug by liberals (internal enemies of the constitution =IEOC)? Does anyone really care for there to be exposure of the facts? Where is the FBI, DOJ, state AJ's? If someone doesn't get to the bottom of this you can kiss the U.S. of A goodby. Where is Sen Graham?

When you say “is this what you voted for?” Obviously not, Trump won 79 mil to 68 mil. So we did vote the right way!! Deep state republicans and Obama funding the steal, we have to live through this evil administration? Only if God has mercy on this country will we make it out. I’m severely disgusted & at times defeated. Although I’m a believer, I trust Gods plan ??

About the Bible verse. Having it at the beginning of the page made me forget it about halfway through the first article. When it was at the end, it felt as though I was returning to God with my prayers that now include what I learned in the articles.

Equality of opportunity is not equality of outcome, much less the undefinable "equity."
For social justice we must have one standard of proof.
Can't demand a "beyond any doubt" criminal standard for electoral fraud, but cannot say merely unequal pay, for example, as incontrovertible "evidence" of "sexism" or "racism."

To fight systemic racism I will contact our Local Planning Commission Chair to start developing a Municipal Ordinance that would make it illegal to ask an applicant for their race or ethnic identity on any Township application or form. Further more it would be illegal for the township to collect, collate, store or transmit to any agency, or organization, a citizens racial identity and or racial background data in support of the Constitutional requirement that all citizens are equal under the law. This ordinance would ensure that no body or organization could officially label or group people to facilitate intentional or unintentional systemic discrimination. Further more it would be illegal for the Township to use taxpayer funds to support any government agency or body that collects, collates, stores or transmits to any agency, or organization, a citizens racial identity and or racial background data.

Such an ordinanc should pretty well wipe out systemic racism at the Municipal level and be a good start to get rid of it all together. If they can't segregate us they can't discriminate!!

Now that you have commenced destroying the fossil industry . How good is your pedal power and do you own a bicycle to get you from the White House to Capital Hill, back to your house in Delaware and how are you going to get from Washington DC to Europe since Air Force 1 will be mothballs and the only alternative to get to Europe or anyother place in the US is either by your electric car and hope that electric refueling stations are open or have sufficient power to recharge your limo to get you back and forth from Washington or via the way of sailboat or wind powered vehicle hoping that the wind can move the vehicle.
