Today's Edition

Michael Horowitz’ testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, in combination with the report he released Monday, has blown the lid off what was done to infiltrate Donald Trump’s candidacy and, later, his Presidency. Investigative reporters such as John Solomon and Republicans in Congress such as Devin Nunes --- and his former staffer Kash Patel --- were vindicated. (So was Team Huckabee.) Good heavens, it’s even been confirmed that the FBI’s “briefing” of Trump was really cover for an agent to investigate (SPY ON) him! But if you watched the mainstream media’s version, it was the opposite of this. You were told there was no spying, FBI officials were not biased, and they were justified in their actions.

In other words, you were gaslighted. You were LIED TO. CNN reportedly was even cutting away to other news during much of the Republicans’ time, presumably, so there wouldn’t be anything said to challenge their narrative. And you didn’t have to be watching CNN or MSNBC to be given this false picture. Maybe you got it from your top-of-the-hour radio newscast.

With gratitude,

Mike Huckabee

Feel-Good/Huck's Hero Story of the Day

By Mike Huckabee

Feel-Good/Huck's Hero Story of the Day (and we could really use one): Actor Gary Sinise and his Foundation, in partnership with American Airlines, just sent Gold Star Family children and their surviving parents on his annual “Snowball Express” flights to Disney World for a five-day, all-expenses-paid vacation.  The Gary Sinise Foundation says that "the holidays can be especially challenging for grieving families," so they provide "a therapeutic retreat with a blend of fun and inspiring programs."

And they’ve provided it to a staggering number of military families: 1,000 children and 750 parents this year alone -- and it’s their 14th year! Sinise was inspired to start the program when he read of a letter written by a soldier to his wife, saying he wanted to take the family to Disney World when he got home – but he was killed in action and never made it home.

This is a reminder that there are still some patriotic good guys left in Hollywood.  If you’d like to help Gary’s many efforts to entertain the troops and to help active duty military members, veterans, first responders and their families, visit

And if you’d like to learn more about why Gary is such a tireless supporter of our military (he’s been called “the Bob Hope of our generation”) and why he’s so grateful to be an American, you can hear it in his own words in this terrific interview he gave us on “Huckabee” on TBN.

I wanted to make sure you also read these comments:

Tuesday should have been a monumental, historic news day: the House of Representatives announcing that it would proceed with Articles of Impeachment against the President of the United States!  And how was this earth-shattering news greeted by the public?  With a giant, collective yaaaaawn.

To give you an example of how seriously most people take this transparent charade: the stock market reacts to just about every bit of bad news.  Even rumors of bad news can send it plummeting.  So what happened on Wall Street after the Democrats launched their impeachment missile?  Well, the Dow did close down…by 29 points.

That’s because this was the most predictable, least consequential “impeachment” in US history.  Ever since the minute Trump won the election in 2016, the disgruntled left has been throwing a public tantrum, and hopping from one foot to another like a three-year-old who needs to go potty, screaming for the bad orange man to be impeached. They've been telling us what they were going to do until our ears were bleeding from having to listen to it. And on Tuesday, the inevitable happened: they soiled themselves.  It was probably as much of a relief to those of us who've had to listen to their incessant whining as it was to them to finally let it go.

They’ve gone through one excuse after another, all of which fell apart on examination.  Just in the past few months, they’ve skipped from “Russian collusion” to “obstruction of justice” to “quid pro quo” to “bribery” (tested better in focus groups) to “extortion,” back to “quid pro quo” again, until the Spinning Wheel of Impeachment Rationales finally clicked to a stop on the thin, vague and ridiculous “Abuse of Power” and “Obstruction of Congress.”

As Joel B. Pollack explains in detail at (and seriously: share this link with everyone you know: ), both “grounds” are laughable.  The first is based on hearsay, zero evidence and ignoring denials from the only people with any firsthand knowledge of what happened, along with criminalizing conduct that is actually the sworn duty of the President.  Under the new Democrat standards, you could have impeached any President in history for “abuse of power” simply for exercising his executive powers.

And the second charge was pulled out of their hat instead of a rabbit. Trump didn’t “obstruct Congress,” which isn't an impeachable offense under the Constitution anyway.  He denied their requests to participate in their farcical hearings and told them to send a subpoena and we’d let the courts decide. That's the proper way to handle it.  It was the Democrats who were in such a rush to impeach that they refused to follow the Constitution. As law Prof. Jonathan Turley pointed out, the House Democrats are the ones who have actually abused their powers by refusing to recognize the rights and powers of the other two branches.

(And don’t even get me started on their claim that they have to impeach him to prevent him from doing impeachable things in the future.  They actually produced a majority report that has the same plot as the Tom Cruise movie, “Minority Report.”)

So it’s no surprise that nobody other than rabid Democratic partisans and the media (but I repeat myself) take this bad “SNL” sketch seriously.  A new poll found that even 61% of Democrats don’t believe Trump will be removed.

A new Quinnipiac survey finds that opposition to impeachment has reached 51% overall, the highest since September.  The more people saw of the Democrats’ “case,” the less convinced they were.

Even the House Democrats pushing this diaper load signaled that they don’t really believe their own balloon juice.  As their Lying Czar Adam Schiff was solemnly intoning about how sad and reluctant they were to be forced to take this drastic step because the President is such an imminent danger to America, they knew they were about to announce an agreement with him to pass the USMCA North American trade deal, negotiated by that same dangerous President who doesn’t care about helping anyone but himself, a deal that will create thousands of jobs for Americans.

(At his rally last night, Trump said the impeachment actually forced Nancy Pelosi to finally take action on the trade deal because “it plays down the impeachment, because they're embarrassed by impeachment, and our poll numbers have gone through the roof because of her stupid impeachment."

It should be noted, though, that the Democrats won a number of concessions in that trade deal that Republicans are not happy about.)

The next step in this long slog is the actual vote, when we’ll find out how many Democrats actually want to go down in history (and their swing district reelections) by voting “Aye” on this abomination. Some are reportedly meeting in desperate hopes of exchanging this rancid Christmas fruitcake for a censure vote instead.

We’ll also see how many make pious speeches about how sorrowful they are to be forced to vote to impeach the President but the grounds are so serious they simply must, when they've already voted at least three times to impeach him for petty things I don’t remember and refuse to waste time even looking up.  And the rest are talking about impeaching him again countless times if he wins reelection.

And they expect anyone to take this seriously? The only questions remaining are, “Will they really be suicidal enough to pass this joke?” and “Will the Senate throw it out right away or force them to put up a trial?”  I’m sympathetic to those who just want it to be over, but I’m also sick of seeing these spoiled children get their way with no consequences, and I’d really love to see them (especially Schiff) get the spanking they deserve by being forced to testify under oath, to expose their chicanery and finally set the record straight for all the Americans who get their “news” from the DNC’s propaganda media outlets and still believe Trump must’ve actually done something impeachable.

Hint: If everyone who’s sick of this votes in 2020 to take the House away from these incontinent children, then they can go back to voting to impeach Trump for everything he does with no consequences, and we adults can go back to ignoring them, and everyone can be happy and concentrate on making America great again.

"....Democrats won a number of concessions...." Sadly, the very reason America has LOST the culture war is that there has been a two-party system of governance in America the Democrat party and the Democrat Lite party (a.k.a. the GOP)! Conceding to the demands of the Democrat party has been the GOP's only accomplishments these past fifty-odd years.

Representative Green made the statement that if the American people put Donald Trump back in the White House in 2020, they would just impeach him again. It seems to me that this ‘abuse of power’ by the Democrats has to stop. What can be done here? I know that in a court of law frivolous lawsuits can be tossed out. Surely there is a similar process in the House. The Speaker does not have unlimited power. Surely there is a Constitutional way to end this garbage.

I am curious why Pelosi has not charged for a conflict of interest trying to "become" president? she is trying to impeach the President and then also she wants impeach the Vice President on her way to insert herself as the new President! Don't you think there is a conflict of interest trying to the process?
