In breaking news Tuesday night, Sen. Lindsay Graham is introducing a resolution in the Senate condemning the House of Representatives for its illegitimate, closed-door “impeachment inquiry.” The rationale is that they cannot allow future Presidents to be subject to such an unconstitutional process. “All I’m asking is give Donald Trump the same rights as Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton had when it comes to impeachment,” he says. He’s telling us that Trump "should be given the rights that every American is given when he gets a parking ticket. And if he is not, then when the case gets to the Senate, it should be dismissed in the Senate without a trial.”

As White House counsel Pat Cipollone wrote in his letter to the committee heads, “[Y]ou have designed and implemented your inquiry in a manner that violates fundamental fairness and constitutionally mandated due process. For example, you have denied the President the right to cross-examine witnesses, to call witnesses, to receive transcripts of testimony, to have access to evidence, to have counsel present, and many other basic rights guaranteed to all Americans...All of this violates the Constitution, the rule of law, and every past precedent.”

In news that broke on Tuesday, congressional Republicans seeking to view transcripts of the House Intelligence Committee's hearings haven’t even been permitted to have a copy in their possession. They go into a special viewing room accompanied by a “minder” (!), a Democratic staffer present to make sure they don’t make notes or take papers out. You know that if these transcripts furthered their impeachment narrative, Democrats would be doing everything they could to make them public, not hide them. What does this tell you? This is why you should pay no attention to mainstream media leaks about any of the testimony, no matter how much CNN and MSNBC salivate over it. It is cherry-picked and essentially worthless.

See "Huckabee" writer Laura Ainsworth sing on "Huckabee" on TBN

By Mike Huckabee

Last year, “Huckabee” writer Laura Ainsworth, who is also a retro-jazz vocalist and indie recording artist, and her husband/fellow writer Pat Reeder visited Hendersonville, where Laura shot an appearance on my TBN TV show.  She and Tre Corley and the Music City Connection performed a gorgeous rendition of a great standard from her award-winning third album “New Vintage.” We also talked about growing up with her big band musician dad and her book, “The Sub-Par Adventures of Snakebite and Stonefinger,” a memoir of life aboard a US Navy sub in the 1970s, written with her submariner veteran pal, singer/songwriter Bill Sanner.

Sadly, the segment had to be pulled at the last minute because of a problem securing the TV licensing rights to the song.  But we’ve finally secured permissions to at least share it with you on YouTube as a digital exclusive. Please enjoy and share!

If you love what you hear, you can find links to buy Laura’s albums, downloads and best-of vinyl LP “Top Shelf,” and her books at  “Snakebite and Stonefinger” ( ) is a great gift for any Navy sub veteran or anyone who’s experienced having a family member serving on the far side of the world.  Pat and Laura’s other book, “Nine Hallmarks of Highly Incompetent Losers” (, is a hilarious “reverse self-help book,” featuring hundreds of crazy-but-true news stories, perfect for fans of “In Case You Missed It” (I wrote the foreword.)

Laura is also on Facebook at and on Twitter at if you’d like to follow her there.

Great Philosophical Questions of Our Time: “What if they gave a ‘Beto’ O’Rourke rally, and nobody came?”

Well, they’re pretty much doing that now.

This also brings up one of the classic science questions: “If ‘Beto’ O’Rourke vows to take away our guns and bully our churches, and nobody’s there to hear him, does he make a sound?”

I want you to click the link and read this story in its entirety because it’s important for everyone to know just how much an anti-science political agenda has infected every level of society, to the point that it’s not only corrupted law and medicine, but not even the once-reliable common sense of Texas jurors is immune from it.

On the other hand, I think I should warn you that as you read what is being done to this seven-year-old boy – yes, haul me away in handcuffs, I called him a “boy” – and how his father is being labeled a “child abuser” for holding religious beliefs and trying to PREVENT his son from being pumped full of dangerous, body-altering chemicals by his mother – there’s a good chance it will leave you feeling very sad, extremely furious or most likely both.

Bible Verse of the Day (KJV)

"And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee."

I read about people who changed their sex--and extremely regret it. Not a lot, for sure, but one wonders if that is because there are many that regret the process but are too afraid or too ashamed to admit it. Anyway, there have also been articles (been a while, though) where now adults sue their parents over some ludicrous part of their childhood. I never saw an outcome of these, come to think of it. But, I am thinking, when this boy reaches adulthood or even teenhood--and he does NOT want to be a girl, I hope he (and dad) can sue the holly heck out of mom, the jurors, the lawyers, the courts, and whatever "medical" or "psychological" "expert" was used to convince the jury to allow--no, FORCE sexual change on a child who is too young to know much more than up from down. Include any doctors who provide the chemicals and any surgeons who would do mutilating surgery. I'm betting he (and all the other little kids being essentially abused about sex preference) wouldn't think twice about being a boy if there wasn't someone carrying on about it non-stop in his presence. Shame on "mom" who certainly doesn't seem to have her child's well-being above her need for attention, for being woke, etc.

Is there nothing that the Texas governor, or other elected officials can do to save that poor abused 7 year old boy from being chemically castrated by his psycho mother???
