FOX News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett has made it clear that Bruce Ohr, by not officially disclosing his wife’s paid work for “opposition research” company Fusion GPS, can face criminal prosecution.  Rudy Giuliani made a similar observation, tweeting on August 30, after Ohr had testified before congressional committees:

“What are the odds the DOJ or Mueller have begun an investigation of Bruce Ohr for violating 18 USC sec. 208?  That’s a federal felony unless he disclosed all facts to the DOJ and has a written waiver.  How many of you know what that is?”

And this:  “Ohr’s wife was financially benefitted by Ohr, a DOJ official, advancing the Steele phony dossier.  Her firm got some part of the $1.02 million paid by Hillary and the DNC.  A crime unless he has a written waiver from Obama’s politicized DOJ which is possible.” it’s possible to get a written waiver to avoid having to disclose such a huge conflict of interest on official forms?  I wonder if Ohr has one of those.  And I wonder what extraordinary circumstances there would have to be for something like that to be granted.  I suppose if it had to do with helping get Hillary into the White House and keeping Trump out, they might, conceivably, grant one…

Thank you for continuing to bring forward this type of information. The disparity in left-wing notification of such blatant illegal activity is so obvious, yet they continue to manufacture such by the opposition, and then have to recend their reports after they are proven wrong. Just imagine if they put that much effort in reporting this kind of lawlessness of their own party!

I keep wondering where the attorney general is and why we are not seeing hillary, huma, Cheryl, comfy, our, mcabe and others prosecuted and held accountable for the obvious Laws they broke. This has made a mockery of our judiciary and legal system.

As a tax paying American, I cannot conceive of the lengths these felons would go to keep Donald Trump
out of the White House! I hope they are all convicted and serve the maximum prison sentences. Why do these kinds of people seem to skate through and never have to be accountable. I have lost faith in this system!

Ohr will face no criminal consequences for his actions (as have none of the other players in this wicked charade). Lady Justice does not live on that side of the street. Perhaps if we had an AG, that would change, but I don't really have any confidence in that scenario either. However, the current Democratic appointed AG, Robert Mueller, will certainly be interested in this Russia collusion. Ahahahahahahahahaha.

Governor, I have great respect for you, though I live in California...or maybe BECAUSE I live in California. I'm wondering if you have any hope that people at the FBI, as well as within the Clinton campaign, the DNC, and Hillary herself, will ever be held accountable for their misdeeds? I am very close to giving up all hope in our Justice system.

Thank you for your newsletters, and please, keep up the good work.

Please tell Pres. Trump. U R our only hope of saving this nation.
    1. Pull all higher level security clearances from old administrations including Kerry, all att. Generals, Heads of FBI< CIA< NSC<HOMeland, including lower acting heads such as Mueller and Rosenstein and his boss. Fire Session right after Nov. elections. All these people are part of the swamp. They are and have committed treason and monetising their info.
    2. We Deplorables R behnd U and pray 4 U. Here in Ca., we have rampant Ca. Swamp, voter fraud. The city liberal communists outnumber us in the less populated contryside. We need Devin Nunes and John Cox as well as State reps to clean up Ca. swamp that has bankrupted us and continues to add more and more fees and taxes. What can U do in the next 60 days to assist us to clean up this mess!
UR loved by the regular American people, as well as your children and esp. Melania. U made a good choice 4 a wife 4 the first lady.

Stay on the story. Remember Obama's Czars? P.S. Why can't we get the FCC to let Fox into the major networks group since all 3 are left leaning, it would benefit the general public to have access to conservative viewpoints. I recall when I first saw O'Reilly's show on Fox, I thought he was too conservative. Slowly, I learned alot, it appealed to my knowledge of math, checks and balances and logic.

Bro.mike: love your show& comments, is there even an ounce of integrity in the doj? Also: i was so saddened that the family of the late sen. McCain and x- pres. Obama would use that forum to cast uncalled for darts at President Trump. Thank you sir, keep on!!!!!!

What are the chances of Ohr ever being prosecuted for that crime? I have almost lost all hope in the Justice system. We all see what has happened with the D-Rats and their ability to escape justice. Smug faces and all. Just to see one bad actor from the top go to Gitmo wkuld be sastisfying to me.

It has become painfully obvious, at least to me, that some are simply emune form accountability under the law. Me, well I'm just one of the many "Joe Lunchbucet's" that provide these butt nuggets whit an extremely generous paycheck. One of the masses that IS ACCOUNTABLE! The wealthy, not so much. Politicians, NOT AT ALL! Funny how we have ONE CONSTITUTION and at least three completely different legal systems. As much as it displeases me, I find myself thankful to POTUS Trump for making me see it. I assumed this was always the case but always found some "convenient" way to EXCUSE it! The medicine is awful and I wonder if the remedy outways being cured. This is a cancer that needs to be dealt with.. This is not something that we should PASS TO OUR CHILDREN!

I have never seen such hatred and bias against one man. I do not condone immorality but most executives are guilty and as for Donald Trump,it has nothing to do with his excellent work in making this country great. I am amazed at the name calling directed to conservatives.
Frankly, I was a democrat until pres O'Bama came into office. it was a different type of democrat then. They were interested in helping people not destroying the constitution as this group does. They have completely lost it and let their hatred rule their hearts. I sincerely hope they realize there is no proof that Russia was actually involved and if they loved this country they would work with the president and truly make this country great.

So many lies. I get so upset reading about what Trump and his family are going thru but my husband tell

Thank you Gov. for your truthfulness.

Mueller has extreme prejudice against President Trump. Mueller isn't fit to be involved. The entire investigation is felonious and a fraud against the American people using our own tax dollars! Mueller himself is emblematic of the swamp Americans want cleaned out. Hopefully after the midterms, some major improvements can be undertaken by people who care more abut the country than their very wrong-headed globalist ambitions.
