I’m very glad to see that Attorney General Merrick Garland’s plan to engage federal, state and local law enforcement to intimidate parents who protest the actions of leftist schools boards is being met with the overwhelming furious backlash it deserves. One commentator said this might be the straw that broke the camel’s back (sorry for triggering any animal lovers) for the Democrats’ dwindling hopes in the midterm elections. This is such an outrageous assault on the most basic rights of all citizens to engage in free speech and protest, and of all parents to have a say in how their children are educated, that the outrage cuts across all political and racial lines.

To be clear: I'm not defending anyone who makes actual physical threats against school board members. But Garland cited no examples of actual threats to justify this. Instead, his statement included vague and overly broad terms such as “harassment” and “intimidation,” which signals that this is really an abuse of power designed to chill free speech. He also offered no justification for literally making a federal case out of these hypothetical threats, which are already covered by laws and police on the local level. The only reasons to federalize this are to assert more control in picking targets and to ramp up the intimidation factor (ironically, Garland is the one who seems to be guilty of attempting to harass and intimidate people.)

Here’s a round-up of just some of the reactions to this Orwellian abuse of power:

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis blasted Garland for “weaponizing the DOJ by using the FBI to pursue concerned parents and silence them through intimidation,” adding, “Florida will defend the free speech rights of its citizens and will not allow federal agents to squelch dissent.” His spokeswoman also called it “despicable and un-American,” saying, “Florida law enforcement is perfectly capable of responding to crimes in Florida, and we have never heard the FBI suggest otherwise. However, disagreement is not harassment. Protest is not terrorism, unless it involves rioting, looting, and assault, like some of the left-wing protests of summer 2020.”

Speaking of that, while the DOJ and FBI busy themselves with surveilling Trump voters and intimidating concerned parents, murders took the biggest spike in history in 2020, nearly 30 percent (thanks, all you police-defunding blue state Governors, mayors and city councils!)…

And while the FBI is ignoring that, they’re also doing virtually nothing about actual violent terrorists and anarchists like Antifa, as long as they’re on the left.

I'm glad too see so much back lash against the AG Biden on the school issues, but will it help the election next year? I have my doubts because the
democrats are so crooked they will control the polls every way they can. Look at all the illegals coming in the country

As far as I can see, the entire democratic party is a cancer that needs to be excised from the "body politic". They re pushing programs that advocate socialism, abnormal sexual relations and other vrious evils that are guaranteed to tear this country down. At this point, I feel the democratic party needs to be outlawed to prevent more damage being done.

The description "domestic terrorist" was first applied to Trump voters but has been followed by Americans opposed to vaccine and mask mandates, parents who voice their opposition to CRT at Board of Education meetings. The list of Americans who are not domestic terrorists is growing short.

The risk of adverse reactions from the Jabs is 12.4% +...the risk of dying from COVID less than 5% when averaged out. The Jabs contain graphene, lead, TOXIC! The Jabs mutate DNA in body's cells, cause a systemic hyper immune response.
An Italian doctor, Dr. Tenpenny, scientists, doctors, predict mass genocide from The Jabs. Climate Change Nutjobs, Globalists, WEF, want to reduce global population by 3 billion at least. NIH, Fauci, Gates own patents on Jabs. Money, power, and One World Order is the agenda.
Please...I have an article, 30 Facts About COVID I can email you. Please do your due diligence, Sir. Stop straddling the fence.
And yes, the Election WAS stolen. But I digress ...prayers and blessings!

I learned about slavery in U.S. history when I went to school back in the 50's. Critical race theory aside, I learned that we fought a revolution over taxation without representation. That and other laws by an unhearing and uncaring King. We were outmanned and outgunned in that war but we prevailed because we had some honest and hard working leaders that we Americans respected. Sadly we are no longer represented by folks of such ilk. We may be seeing a new revolution fought by the people over taxes and other mandates not covered by our constitution. I hope the supreme court clarifies things soon or I expect lots of trouble. God help us all.

From one Arkie to another: refusing to bring Garland up for Senate confirmation was perhaps the only good thing McConnell has done - certainly only one of the few times he has shown that he has a spine. God Bless DJT for fighting not only the Dems but also the Republicans. Think what he would have accomplished - and weep with me.

Love your Newsletter and I have a very simple question. Let me preface my question with the fact that most states have laws about educating our children and those laws support parental input. Plus it is the parent who pays taxes that pays the salaries of the teachers, pays for the schools they office in and teach in, but these parents who are voicing their opinion are Domestic Terrorist!
QUESTION GOVERNOR: Why does our Government think that PARENTS do not have a right to express their opinions? Why does the School Boards and teacher think that parents do not have a STAKE IN THEIR CHILDS' EDUCATION as state by Governor of Virginia? Finally, why is there not been an article comparing this type of activity by our current Administration, AGs Office and the FBI to what occurred in Germany in the 1930s (the similarities are amazing)?
Thank for an opportunity to express an opinion and ask someone of your insight to respond.
    Respectfully:
    Bruce W Groth
