We begin tonight with sad news from our own neighborhood. This past week, the Nashville area was hit by a brutal tornado that killed at least 24 people, destroyed hundreds of homes and businesses, and left thousands of people homeless. One of the hardest hit communities was Cookeville, TN, hometown of our own Keith Bilbrey. Our theater and studios are located just north of downtown in Hendersonville and our facilities and our staff and team were largely outside the path and wrath of the storm. But the families of those who perished in the storm need our prayers and all of the victims need our help. Our friends at Samaritan’s Purse have been on the scene and will continue to help. They and other relief organizations provide a reliable way to give, knowing the funds will actually help victims.

We’ve also all been affected by the Coronavirus, not because most of have it or will get it, but because there is a world-wide panic about it. I’m in no way minimizing the serious nature of any type of flu and this one is frightening because it appears to spread rapidly and no vaccine is developed yet to stop its spread, although Israeli scientists say they are but days away from finding one. In the US, there are less than 250 cases so far confirmed, and less than 30 have died, but keep in mind that there are 330 million people in our country and that the regular flu has already this year affected about a million people and over 12, 000 have died from it. We’ve all heard the common sense advice about preventing it—wash hands vigorously and often, keep hands away from one’s face, and probably best to avoid shaking hands and maybe wave or do an elbow bump or foot bump. Or if you’re Joe Biden, just sniff the hair of other people without actually touching it.

Let’s also mention that the field of Democrats in the 2020 Presidential race has dramatically dropped with only Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, and Tulsi Gabbard still in. You probably haven’t even heard that Tulsi is still in because for reasons that I’ve never understood, the Democrat Party seems to be intent on keeping her off the stage and out of sight. They have manipulated the rules to keep her off the debate stage, and many of the commentators even lament that there are no women left in the race, which must come as a surprise to Tulsi, who at last report has not transgendered. Suddenly the party that prides itself on diversity is left with 2 elderly white guys, the youngest of whom is 77 years old and one female that they insist on keeping out of sight and out of mind. It’s easier to find the body of Jimmy Hoffa than Tulsi Gabbard at a Democrat Party function!

One of the comforting take-aways from the recent reduction of the Democrats in the race is that despite big money still being more important in politics than good policies and ideas, not even Mike Bloomberg could buy the White House. And he sure did try! The guy spent almost $600 million dollars and only won in American Samoa. As a consolation prize, the Girl Scouts gave him a case of their Samoa cookies. He burned so much money that environmentalists blame him for global warming. And TV & radio stations and online advertisers are crying because he pretty much individually funded them. But it’s good news for those who now can watch cat videos on You Tube without first having to suffer through a “Mike will get it done” ad. Mike got it done all right. He’s down and done. And all he keeps is a t-shirt that says, “I spent $600 million dollars and all I got was this t-shirt in extra small.” Yep, Bloomberg came up short…

Governor Huckabee, We can all agree that there has been an unusual amount of severe weather throughout the United States over the last few years as well as a number of wildfires doing massive damage and costing numerous lives also. But the thing that gets me is how quick the left is to blame all of these things on "climate change". Yes, I admit that the climate is changing, but, I don't agree with the junk science the left is spewing forth. Back in the 70's they were saying we were coming into another "Ice Age". Well where did that go?
In all seriousness Mr. Governor, I Believe with all my heart that Our One True God is trying to get the attention of the American people. God with all of His Mercy and Grace, is only showing us a very tiny fraction of His All Mighty Power. The time has come for the people to wake up and return this once great nation back to Him, and do away with all of these far left liberal policies that the democratic politicians are trying to shove down our throats.

Governor hope those affected per that horrible storm in Nashville are being taken care of. I love Nashville and the music. Love your show too. This virus that so many are making out to be we are all dying is wrong. Yes, we older are more susceptible and have to be cautious. Flu as you said killed last year 36,000 did anyone ask how? Were they older, could they afford the flu shot? Children get the flu so far not this virus strange. Pray for the WORLD and this President instead the Demos daily attack such nasty people. Love your Bible quotes too we sure need these now. Listen to the Dr on TV etc not the host. WASH Hands, use lotion bacteria make your own lk on line, Keep hands off face go to eat wash hands. See one who had this virus in People magazine said he was fine now and on a scale of 1 to 10 it was like a 2. Fight it like the flu and stay away from others.

Thanking God that you and your staff were spared from the Tornado. "Stuff" can be replaced but lives cannot. Also, glad to hear that the Girl Scouts stepped up to help Bloomberg. We wouldn't
want to have him leave crying and hungry. At least he didn't need to lick his fingers like he did with his pizza.

"Professional" politicians have turned service to our country into a mob-style operation. The founding fathers considered it a privilege and a duty to leave their homes, farms and businesses to spend a year serving in Congress. What the corrupt, soulless power-seekers of today's political landscape have done to our governing body is a disgrace. They mock the courageous revolutionaries who shed their blood to form a great nation, against insurmountable odds. The comparison breaks my heart and steals my hope for this country.

You give me as many chuckles as you portray the sad news about the wicked!!
Guess old Bloomberg $ Soros will be giving it their “all” toward this duo of miscreants now that the decision has been made by the Demos. Look out ‘cause here comes Hillary once again to plague us via Biden! Bye bye Biden!!

To make an issue if women or men should be President is irreverent the leader of this country needs to be free of any stigma of Gender Race or Religious belief. Just for a second does any one believe the countries that do not share the values of Americans care what is calling the shots No, all they want is to impose their beliefs and laws on the United States creating a Non United States. People get your heads out of the sand protect the Freedoms that we have now by electing the person that will do so. Look at the people of China Iran North Korea Syria South America act. do they look happy? What makes you think Americans would be happy with their Agenda? The Media is a big part of changing America to the will of our enemies to stop Freedom in the US. Our values are the envy of the World. MAGA

The Dems no longer hide the fact that if one of these nitwits would win the Presidency they would not be calling the shots Biden seems to be drugged most of the time has not idea what he is doing and nut job Sanders is beyond competence nothing he proposes has a chance so what is behind the scenes or who is pulling the strings of these puppets thats what the public needs to know. My guess is China the last generation of polictians were bought and paid for by the Chinese and China is not done buying elections remember Bloomberg invested a lot in China and they are not done yet.

Governor Huckabee, I feel it is bad enough that we have such a threatening virus sweeping the world that I find it "unacceptable" that we have to deal with Liberal Democrats and Fake News Media totally trying to "politicize" this crisis. The bad news is that The Fake News Media and Liberal Democrats are "one and the same". I feel this "panic" is due to, once again, what ALL Liberal Democrats depend on.......the "out and out ignorance" of their constituents.

Thank you Governor for another great newsletter. I really appreciate how you break down all the top headlines & in an understanding way. It was so obvious how Mike Bloomberg was trying to buy is way into the White House. I think he is so boring & think his money can buy anything. He may give his money to charities, but that doesn't make him a better person. He's rich & powerful & knows it. I'm happy to see Mark Meadows get the new position. I wish him well.

For some reason, this was the first article I have had on my emails in months. I truly enjoy your insight and humorous twist on our countries affairs. I lived in Madison for 5 yrs. and Antioch and Franklin one each back in 70's and early 80's. I taught and coached at Goodpasture 4 yrs. and then Battleground Academy and Ezell-Harding. So far, I have heard all of my friends are okay. Thank you for your continued efforts to promote a better America and doing it in an honest and positive way. Also, thank you for sharing your wonderful daughter with us. What a great and strong young lady.

Bloomberg did succeed in buying Virginia and the Democratic Legislature are still tearing up this formerly great state. Illegal immigrant drivers license, 12 cent gas tax, encouraging localities to raise taxes on residents, taking down statues, gun legislature that won't save a single life, silly gender stuff, partial birth abortion to name just a few.

In my comment that I wrote to you early this morning, I mentioned how I was planning on attending Mark Harris' new church later on. His new church is in Mooresville, which is a half hour's drive from Charlotte and the way I get there is I use a transportation service, GO GO GRANDPARENT that uses uber drivers ...and it turned out that my uber driver has family in Nashville, so I am aware of the heartbreaking tragedy people have suffered there and will certainly keep praying for them!

Since I got up at 2am, I am too tired right now to try and explain, in any real detail, why, as I listened my to Mark Harris preach, I was overwhelmed with a depth of emotion that I cannot define because what authored it was the fact that it has been so long since I heard a pastor preach with the kind of REAL anointing Mark preached with and, when I'm NOT so tired, I need to tell you about the significance of this fact OF Mark's anointing.. as I see it...as to God using Mark to make a difference in this political saga...

If Mike Bloomberg had won the Democratic Primary, he would have wasted even more money as he would have lost against President Donald Trump! The $600 million Mike Bloomberg wasted would have been better spent on something useful - such as helping the people in Nashville or putting the money toward stopping the spread of the caronovirus. I'm a resident of New York - born & raised here - & I can confidently say Bloomberg was terrible in NY - as bad as our governor Cuomo!

Mike, just think of all the good that those millions of dollars could of done!
Even half of that money could have put food on the table for the people in Appalachia, built homes, given medical assistance to thousands of people, etc. Bloomberg didn’t have a chance to win even with all of that money. His ego certainly got the best of him!

Just because he is a rich witch is no reason for him to be elected to office, any office. I still believe the person we need is Donald Trump. He has put up with more shit than Carter has little liver pills and still got things done. He is not perfect but who the hell is. I'm not for sure. I will be voting for him in November.
