I hate even to waste time on this, but since the media insists on taking seriously the claim brought forth by porn star lawyer Michael Avenetti that his client, Julie Swetnick, was drugged and gang-raped by someone at a party where Brett Kavanaugh was in attendance 35 years ago, here are some of the problems with her story that have already surfaced:

Somehow, Kavanaugh passed six FBI background checks for the highest-level security clearances without the agents ever uncovering that he spent his teenage years as part of a drug-and-gang rape ring.  An ex-boyfriend once took out a restraining order against Swetnick and says she threatened him, his wife and newborn child, and that she is “not credible…not at all.”  She once filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against an employer, and by an astounding coincidence was represented by the same firm that employs Debra Katz, the feminist attorney representing Kavanaugh’s first accuser. Sixty of Kavanaugh’s former classmates released a letter stating that they never saw him engage in any such conduct, nor had they ever heard of anyone named Julie Swetnick.

And one female classmate told Fox News that it was a small town, and if even one girl had been drugged and gang-raped at a party, everyone would have known about it.  Yet Swetnick claims she attended at least 10 parties where it happened, with seemingly dozens of victims and hundreds of witnesses, and nobody said a word until now.

But since Avenetti is attacking anyone who questions the credibility of his client for trying to dig up past history to attack a rape victim, let’s put all that aside.  It’s not necessary to point to her past to question her credibility.  All you need for that is her own “sworn declaration.”  Even if, against astronomical odds, it’s actually true, it’s more of an indictment of Swetnick than of Kavanaugh.  I want to make this clear: I’m not “blaming the victim” or attacking her history.  I’m merely pointing out what she admits to right now in a sworn statement.  In a nutshell, these are the “facts” of her own story:

Commentary continues below advertisement

While she was a legal adult in college, she attended at least ten parties given by high school students (i.e., legal minors or “children”) at which she witnessed underage girls being drugged and gang-raped, and yet she never told anyone about it.  Not the police, their parents, school officials nor the homeowners where the crimes were taking place. Again, before anyone pulls out the “rape victims are often too traumatized to talk about it” card, note: by her own admission, she was not a rape victim at the time.  For some unknown reason, she continued attending parties where she claims the drugging and gang-rape of underage girls was routinely going on, until finally becoming a victim herself at around the 10th party.  Why did she allow this alleged horrific behavior to continue without saying anything to stop it, when she was not a rape victim at the time, she was a “witness”?

If she is lying, then she’s making an outrageous slander designed to destroy the career and reputation of an innocent man.  And if, by the longest of long shots, she is actually telling the truth, then by her own sworn testimony, she, as an adult, knowingly stood by and watched the drugging and gang-rape of underage girls on multiple occasions without saying a word to stop it.

Incidentally, you know it’s a shaky accusation when the lawyer for an alleged victim of a sexual assault at the hands of a conservative can’t even convince the women of “The View.”

The gang-rape allegation turned my anger to full-on blinding white light rage. I don't think the accuser realized her allegations made her complicit in the alleged crimes (failure to render aid) along with strongly suggesting she has sadistic sociopathic tendencies. WHO witnesses liquids being spiked with drugs, watches young teenage girls drink it, then watches as men line up to rape them, and never calls the police? Not just at one party, but TEN? Her allegations say a whole lot more about her state of mind (and spiritual well-being) than anything else. The fact that some in the media were quick to jump on this and give it even a nanosecond of credibility speaks to their level of intelligence, or lack thereof.

Sent a message to Judge Jeanine tried to, also President Trump my idea is to make the alcohol industry mad at the women who falsely accused Judge Kevanaugh of sexual assault. How: Due to their testimony how drinking affecting just one item caused memory loss of important events and reckless dangerous conduct the drinking age should be raised from 21 to 27 by Congress and this can be one way to cut down on drunk driving accidents. Note: Last part of the brain temporal lobe "Consequences" part of the brain doesn't finish growing until age 26. I have a BA in Psychology 4/30/1988.

These are a few of the questions that I would ask Ms. Ford: How did you get upstairs? If it was to use the bathroom then, why were you in the bedroom? Were there not any bathrooms downstairs where you said that everyone else was for you to use? What was the legal drinking age where you lived. Were you flirtatious that night? What was the timeline again? If you remember that night, what did you do the next day and to whom did you talk?

This can’t be too surprising given that these same senators let Hillary get away with all her antics. These people must think we are just dumb sheep and will believe anything. I shake my head at the fact that these folks have no shame and will falsely accuse someone. How much do you think she got paid?

Why didn’t Dr. Ford do this when Kavanaugh was on the list before Gorsich was nominated?
