Maryland is one of our bluest states (largely because so many people who get rich off of government live there.) Republicans can’t stop any crazy bill the Democrats want to enact. But as Mark Tapscott at PJ Media reports, Maryland Senate Bill 669 isn’t just crazy, it’s horrific, unconscionable and even genocidal.

Liberals fear the Supreme Court may soon overturn or limit Roe v. Wade, so blue states like California are already making moves to enshrine unfettered abortion into state law. But so far, nobody has taken it to such grisly extremes as Maryland. The new law would ban investigating or charging anyone for “experiencing a miscarriage, perinatal death related to failure to act, or stillbirth.” The “perinatal” period runs from shortly before birth to four weeks after.

That means if someone decides they don’t want their baby, they would have up to the time it’s four weeks old to let it die through neglect, and they couldn’t face charges. If someone even tried to investigate, the parents could sue. If you thought partial birth abortion was legalized murder, then this takes it even further. It is literally legalized killing of a baby up to four weeks old. And as Tapscott points out, it’s almost certain to pass over the Republican Governor’s veto.

Read the entire article, as upsetting as it is. It includes some valuable history on how, under ancient Roman law, a father had the right to kill his children. It was Christianity that ended that barbaric practice and made people see the intrinsic value of every child and the sacredness of every life. Liberals like to accuse those on the right of wanting to “turn back the clock,” but in their mindless hostility to Christianity and the sanctity of life, they’re the ones who are threatening to turn back the clock to the brutal era of 2,000 years ago.

Enough to make a person sick. Maryland is as evil as it gets. They are without Christianity so are doing the devil's work. Thank you for keeping us informed. I hope at the end of their time, they deal with Satan and are not heaven bound.

Satan is alive and well. God help us. As a nation we must repent and turn to God.

There is a simple explanation for all this. The representatives are not representing their people at all. They might as well be their own kings....
This is the comment of what is happening in the blue states.. The voters are largely ignored. The media is distracting and nobody knows the trouble we are in!

It has become easier to see the depth of hellish evil that has permeated our society. They have taken off their masks and allow us to see them. Come Lord Jesus

I left Maryland for glorious Florida, having lived there for 43 years, the day after Obama was elected. Truly an evil place.

Colorado is just as bad if you look at their recent abortion law

The control over our Maryland State Delegates and Maryland State Senators makes me want to cry. A few of them I have known over the years from PTA lobbying work. It just feels like some heavy terrible threat is held over their heads to make them all fall in line to whatever the leadership?? or is it whatever the federal government?? directs. Maryland with its close proximity to the federal government seems controlled by it. It makes no sense. I thought once longtime (1987-2020) Maryland Senate President Mike Miller died and was no longer in the State Senate that even his picked successor would not have the lock hold over all of the other State Senators, especially the Democrat State Senators but I have heard that Democrat State Senators and State Delegates are not even allowed to offer amendments?? I have long wondered who or what is exerting such control over my beloved Maryland .... my best assessment to date is Nancy Pelosi, Steny Hoyer, #1 and #2 in the U.S. House .... controllers of trillions of dollars every year ... Pelosi's organized crime connected father .... etc... etc.... just a brief review of wikipedia information is sobering.... Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer were interns at the same time for a Maryland U.S Senator in 1966?? what are the chances. I pray fervently to God to deliver Maryland the Free State from this evil hold. People in my state do not deserve what the government has done to them. Finally realized ....that our elections are not reflecting the will of the people in my state .... "the call went out from downtown .... to the 10th ward [in Baltimore City]...[to tell how many more ballots were needed] ...." . https://www.marylandmatters.org/2019/08/06/erasing-history-baltimore-renames-park-strikes-all-trace-of-iconic-congressman/ 25 years of Linda Lamone as the head of the Maryland State Board of Elections and her relationship with 1987-2020 State President Mike Miller. Willie the Torch... the Balt County/State/FBI Baltimore office law enforcement's nickname for William Donald Schaefer...who was the successor Mayor to Pelosi's brother after his tenure as Mayor during the 1968 riots ended in 1971.. https://podcast.app/sister-cathy-part-journalist-tom-nugent-part-e73087079/ I fervently pray to God that He will let justice roll down like waters to the citizens of my beloved Maryland. Please God deliver us from evil.

As a Marylander for the past 30+ years (and a minority Republican), I was appalled when I read your article about SB669! I am ashamed to admit I live in Maryland. I verified that this bill was first read in the Senate Judiciary Committee in early February and since then, both hearings in February & March have been canceled. I can only hope this bill will die and not go any further ??.
