1. DAILY BIBLE VERSE

But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.

Matthew 10:23

2. RBC rights movement (the Reality-Based Community) gaining traction:

In what could be a sign that the RBC rights movement (the Reality-Based Community) is finally starting to gain some traction, USA Swimming released its “Athlete Inclusion, Competitive Equality and Eligibility Policy,” and it actually contains a tiny concession to biological reality.

https://www.foxnews.com/sports/lia-thomas-future-usa-swimming-new-policy-penn-teammates-support

There are still vast clouds of gaseous, CYA verbiage about “gender identity and expression,” but to cut to the chase, eligibility to compete will now include two areas of criteria: evidence that the prior physical development of the athlete as a male doesn’t provide an unfair advantage over female competitors, and evidence that the athlete’s testosterone levels have been sufficiently suppressed for at least 36 months before applying.

This was all prompted by UPenn swimmer “Lia” Thomas, who competed as a male for three years before switching to female, where “she” routinely passes female competitors like a speed boat and is mowing down female records by absurd margins. Take a look at the photo in that story, and you’ll see why.

I’m sure this change will come under furious assault by trans activists, but it's really just a welcome baby step toward returning recognition of the most basic biological facts and doesn’t go nearly far enough. For instance, current testosterone levels are only a small part of the advantage males have in sports because boys are exposed to so much testosterone from the womb onward. The changes during puberty give them even more muscle mass, greater upper body strength and other physical advantages that no testosterone suppressant can reverse.

Trans activists prove this by their own arguments. They go to court for the right to administer puberty-blocking drugs on grounds that if someone wants to “transition” to the other sex, it’s harder after puberty because of the irreversible physical changes. But when trans females want to compete in sports against biological females, suddenly, those physical changes during puberty don’t exist anymore.

This story says that Thomas’ teammates “released a joint statement backing their fellow competitor.” Yes, I’m sure they felt they had to because of the Twitter mob/cancel culture/trans activist pressure. But I’ll bet that in private spaces where it's only the girls – if such spaces still exist anymore – they’re high-fiving over this.

3. Differences:

President Biden perfectly illustrated the difference between conservatives and liberals by claiming that “the Constitution is always evolving slightly, in terms of additional rights or curtailing rights, etc.”

https://www.westernjournal.com/watch-biden-says-quiet-part-loud-6-horrifying-words-presidency/

I would reply that the ink on the Constitution has been dry for a long time now, and it’s not “evolving” when we aren’t looking at it. Simply “finding” additional rights, like abortion, hasn’t exactly gone over well with the American people. As far as “curtailing” rights, that’s the entire reason that the Bill of Rights was added: to make it abundantly clear that the government has NO POWER to curtail our God-given rights.

If you want the Constitution to change and “evolve,” there’s a very specific process for doing that. Liberals hate it, though, because it involves winning the support of the vast majority of the country. It’s so much easier to have judges wave their magic gavels and declare, “Make it so!”

4. The Blue Line:

Tuesday, police officers gathered from far and wide in New York City for the second time in a week, this time to honor Wilbert Mora, the partner of Detective Jason Rivera. Both cops were killed in an ambush by a gunman in Harlem when they answered a domestic disturbance call.

https://www.foxnews.com/us/new-yorkers-pay-respects-fallen-nypd-officers

Their deaths have been part of a disturbing pattern of rising attacks on police officers across the nation, as leftist DA’s have allowed criminals to take over their cities. Let us all hope and pray that the tragic loss of these officers will galvanize residents to demand action to support police and to recall these “prosecutors” and never allow them within a hundred miles of a seat of power again.

In a very related story, if you like the record-breaking crime waves and murder rates currently destroying American cities due to far-left, criminal-coddling DA’s elected with millions of dollars in PAC funding from socialist billionaire and aspiring Bond villain George Soros, then you’ll be thrilled to hear that Soros just donated another $120,000 to the cause of electing “prosecutors” who are emptying the jails and getting innocent people killed.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/george-soros-120k-pac-prosecutor-races

Moral: Do NOT think that elections for offices like district attorney, or primary elections in one-party areas, are just unimportant local elections that you can safely skip and let other people decide. These days, you need to vote in those local and primary elections as if your life depended on it, because it literally might.

5. Interesting Article:

Interesting article about how COVID-19 was the only disease we’ve ever seen where federal health bureaucrats actively worked to silence, smear and discredit doctors who tried to come up with off-label uses of cheap, proven drugs to see if they might save patients who were otherwise going to die. Health officials blocked all attempts at potential outpatient treatments until they had clinical trials to prove their effectiveness, even though that takes years and people were dying by the hundreds of thousands right then.

https://amgreatness.com/2022/02/01/did-dismissals-of-safe-outpatient-drugs-cause-needless-covid-deaths/

President Biden accused Trump of being responsible for every COVID death on his watch as President – until Biden became President, presided over even more deaths, and admitted Presidents have no power to prevent a virus. I have been consistent in refusing to blame any President for the spread of COVID (well, other than the President of China.) But if those clinical trials do start arriving, and they prove that there were safe, inexpensive, readily-available treatments that might have saved lives, and the federal health bureaucrats refused even to let doctors try them as a last resort, then I think we have found some people who do deserve blame for a lot of COVID deaths.

6.Things are really serious now:

Now, we know the supply chain shortages are getting really serious! Check out this punch-throwing brawl that erupted at a Pennsylvania Golden Corral buffet when they ran out of steaks.

https://www.westernjournal.com/video-dozens-involved-wild-brawl-alleged-steak-shortage-golden-corral/

Ironically, a lot of people now need steaks to put on their black eyes. The fried chicken is great, but it doesn’t work as well.

7. Ben Ray Lujan:

New Mexico Democrat Senator Ben Ray Lujan, 49, suffered a stroke and had to undergo surgery to ease swelling in his brain. He’s “resting comfortably” in the hospital, and his office issued a statement saying he’s expected to make a full recovery, but there’s no word on how long he will be out. Our prayers are with him and his family.

https://www.yahoo.com/now/ben-ray-luj-n-49-152851965.html

Of course, in Washington, no human tragedy or problem is so serious that someone won’t view it through the lens of political advantage.

https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/592391-lujan-stroke-jolts-50-50-senate

Chuck Schumer had scheduled a marathon of votes on Biden nominees this week, and now he's frantically rushing to delay them. If Lujan can’t come to work for a while, there goes Schumer’s ability to force the leftist agenda onto Americans with a 50-50 tie vote plus Kamala Harris. If Lujan is out for too long, then a new Supreme Court Justice might have to wait until after the election and be vetted by the new Senate who will actually represent what the American people want as expressed in the 2022 elections.

It’s cynical but that’s how they think in DC. But if they're thinking Sen. Lujan’s health crisis will affect their hopes of resurrecting the “Build Back Better” spending bill, it makes no difference. Joe Manchin already made it clear this week that the version of that bill that passed the House is “dead.”

This Lia Thomas thing is ridiculous. My son in high school in about 1978, was on intramural basket ball team, played Girls Varsity that went to state, and with no one over 5'll" blew them out of the gym. At the Air Force Academy, ladies were allowed knee pushups. Etc. We love the ladies, but they can't begin to compete physically against men.

Matt. 10:23 was a great selection, Gov. Must be why people are leaving Blue states in droves!

That still all hinges on whether our votes actually count. Personally, I doubt it. All the poll watchers in the universe aren't going to stop the "it's who counts the votes, who counts the votes, who counts the votes" crowd from appointing whomsoever they please. And smearing as racists, homophobes, bigots and Nazis anyone who dares to question the narrative.

Sadly, many Americans now fall under the warning of Proverbs 24:11-12 -"Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. If you say, 'But we knew nothing about this', does not He who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not He who guards your life know it? Will He not repay each person according to what he has done? "
What of all those people in America WHO DO KNOW what is being done and has been done that is leading people away to death who say "we knew nothing about this"?

Mike does biden care about America’s future this Nov? My thoughts are not a chance After two years of illegal entry to our nation people we do not have a clue what they are biden is sending these people around the country setting up cells up to cause mayhem and chaos if another party takes control remember 911 those hijacker’s trained on the taxpayers dollars to learn how to fly airplanes biden will probably be out of office when this mayhem takes place he maybe on an island like the other billionaires have bought to seek refuge remember the FBI is raiding homes of our citizens it can not be trusted to watch the illegals they allowed the pilots to fly into our buildings

    Hi Governor,

In regard to studies proving Ivermectin's efficacy and safety in treating Covid, there are more than dozens. No need to wait. A very well documented history of these studies can be found in RFK's book, The Real Anthony Fauci. I encourage anyone with a love for people and a love for their freedom, and a platform to make the truth heard, to read his book. It is remarkable that these studies have been suppressed and doctors have been censored by our "representative" govt. Dr. Fauci has not only suppressed these studies, but has sabotaged his own Ivermectin studies to further advance his tunnel vision agenda. "Heinous" is not an exaggeration.

Btw, my own life was spared by an Ivermectin prescription 3 months ago. My children and grandchildren have also been treated effectively with it.

I am grateful, and I am mad!

    Lars in Oregon

Satan comes only to "kill, steal and destroy" seeing how the left and the president and RINOS just ignore the many deaths due to their policies I see now the Capital is an earthly temple to the Devil. Only God can restore life and liberty to our nation.

Good news about possible delay - sorry for Senator's stroke - but my way of looking at it was that God answered our prayers. As He always does! Thank you Gov. You're the best!!!!
