The latest study suggests that if you had even a mild case of COVID-19, your antibody levels may fall over time, but memory B cells will patrol your bloodstream for reinfection and plasma cells in your bone marrow will keep making antibodies for decades.

This would make sense, since most vaccines work by making your body think you had a particular disease, to try to mimic the immunity you get from really having it. But it brings up an important point: with so many people trying to divide Americans into two groups (vaccinated and unvaccinated), and prevent the unvaccinated from going without masks or getting on planes or even being able to afford to attend a concert, what about people who had COVID and are now naturally immune, maybe even more so than the vaccinated? Some doctors are advising them not to get the vaccine, out of concerns that it could cause complications. Should there be a third category: “Unvaccinated but immune because I had it already”?

Or maybe we should just stop putting people in categories and denying them rights, keep allowing those who haven’t had COVID to get vaccinated if they want to until we reach herd immunity (if we haven’t already), and quit trying to force people to get the shot if they don’t want to. Because forcing them to take a shot is a practice that’s about to enter the court system, and there’s a good chance it won’t survive.

I totally agree with your assessment of COVID and the “vaccine “. I had COVID and would rather get it again than get some experimental thing

Thank you so much for posting this, Governor! My husband and I had Covid 19 in November and do not believe we need a vaccine. We have commented to many about the fact that as far as mention of people who have recovered from Covid, all we hear is crickets!!! No mention at all. All the media and left leaning government officials care about is getting people to do what they tell them. Last time I looked, we were still a free country and we are in control of our own health, not the government. We are beginning to feel that unless we fall in line with these mandates, there will be many restrictions placed on us.

My husband and I both already had the Covid. We would sure appreciate being recognized as being immune and not contagious. Go for it!

Good! I hope they win their lawsuit, because I had to get the vaccine so that I wouldn't have to wear a mask in my office anymore; I didn't want to get the vaccine and I would have been the only person walking around with a mask, which would have labeled me as unvaccinated.

Thank you for your thoughts on the vaccine. I had the virus and was advised to wait at least a year before considering the vaccine. I would imagine the natural antibodies I have are better than the vaccine! At the end of the day, I believe we should have the choice to wear a mask or not and to vaccinate or not! Thanks for keeping us up to date. You are the only news source I follow right now!

mike, there are legitimate reasons for us to chose to not get this experimental shot. Some already know they will have allergic reactions from material in the shot from previous reactions to flu shots. I have a rare artery disease and I guarantee this would cause clotting and either kill me or destroy my world. I have a daughter in law who has had a stroke at a very young age and this vaccine would set her up for another one or worse. There are numerous people who have researched and decided because of so many unknowns and known factors not to take it. Does that make us bad or selfish...I don’t think so, maybe we are just more aware of our health issues and refuse to jump off the cliff with everyone else. As this is an experimental, no one knows for sure where this will all go. But we refuse to subject ourselves to becoming lab rats as it appears they should have plenty to study now. Another fact is “ if or when” you have a detrimental outcome, you can not get help. You can’t sue big pharm, you can’t sue the company that made you get the shot, you can’t even get a Physician To even admit your problem “ may” be connected to the shot itself. So you are just on your own with mounting hospital bills because you are so impaired by the vaccine...and most likely can’t work and no job! So if you took it with no repercussions, great! But leave those of us alone who do not chose too...and remember “ freedom of choice”. We have our own health reasons, if you would even bother to ask. One more very important thing, if our own government lied about the origin of the Covid, lied about the testing, lied about the mask, lied about social distancing , lied about lockdowns, lied about the numbers of deaths ...why should you trust them on this experimental vaccine? Thought this was America, and thought I still had a choice as to what medicines, vaccines etc. I put in my body. When we lose that choice, we are back in the Hitler era and the Nuremberg trial meant nothing!

Please go to daystar.com/covid...the government has been silencing your frontline doctors and Dr. Kory went to Congress regarding ivermectin. Please listen to all of these doctors. This is not a vaccine. The FDA has not approved this vaccine and your insurance company, when you take the vaccine, if something happens and they find out it is the vaccine the insurance company will not cover it. The people offering the vaccine is protected from the people suing them so they are not being held accountable for it. If you take a magnet and put it up to where you are vaccinated, it will stick. They also said if you take a gigacounter (?) it will let you know how much metal is in your body. Please, someone, let the people know that they are in harms way. And the ones that have not taken the vaccine need to have some help because we are being punished for not taking it. We can't fly, or go to the grocery store and of all things, we are the ones having to wear those masks and they are harming our health having to breathe used air. Thank you for taking this serious. PLease go to that website and do your homework. Doctors are losing their jobs over all of this.

We are, indeed, "... fearfully and wonderfully made."
    Thanks for the information.

My wife and I took the Pfizer vaccine about 3 months ago due to our ages 70's and with no side effects. I am not advocating to take that vaccine or any other and now I question the fact that it helped or will help in the future, and if we should have waited to see what happened if we had not. I believe that the whole thing was a hoax and that many of the deaths attributed were actually due to something else and blamed on Covid-19 to increase panic as further digging has proven to be correct, with the exception of NY and the dumping of sick patients into Nursing Homes with the sole purpose of thinning the elderly, who apparently was or is a burden on the state. I quit trusting the government in 1968 and with the exception of 2 Presidents will continue to distrust it, more now than ever and unless something good comes from the 2022 elections I fear we are doomed if not already.
