GA senate subcommittee hears STUNNING ballot testimony

By Mike Huckabee

A hearing of the Georgia State Senate Subcommittee on Election Fraud was going on Wednesday --- anybody see the wall-to-wall mainstream media coverage of it?

I know, I know, very funny. But news is slowly emerging about something quite dramatic and fascinating and totally new that happened during this hearing. And we’re not talking about some crazy conspiracy theory about Chinese robot astronauts hacking Dominion voting machines from space.

But there was sworn expert testimony to the effect that they COULD be hacked, not (necessarily) by Chinese robot astronauts from space, but certainly by someone who knew how and wanted to change the vote.

This wasn’t just any expert, either. You know those scanners you see at the grocery store when you check out, at the airport when you print a boarding pass, and just about every other place where you purchase something, show proof of purchase, or have to verify information? This is the man who invented and patented the technology for that. His name is Jovan Hutton Pulitzer.

As reported by Victoria Taft at PJ MEDIA, Pulitzer claimed that to the extent Georgia had election issues, these could be resolved simply by looking at the paper ballots. Then he went further, claiming he could prove the system was susceptible to manipulation via WiFi because his team had already broken in that way and were in the system right then, as he spoke.

A link to Pulitzer’s testimony is included within the story. Pulitzer issued a challenge to the subcommittee: SHOW HIM THE BALLOTS, give him two hours, and he’d be able to tell them if there was election fraud in Fulton County, Georgia.

He said it’s not the code in the machines that is at issue, but the ballots themselves --- something about the ballots that causes them to be read by the machine in a certain way, either as an error or not. In his hour-long presentation, he discussed something he had already found: differences in the type of paper used in two different areas of Fulton County, one heavily Republican, the other heavily Democrat. He could clearly tell the difference.

In addition, there was a bar code on ballots from the Republican area that was not on ballots from the Democrat location, he said. And the alignment cues on the Republican ballots were not correctly aligned, while the Democrat ones were. Those cues are what enable the scanner to read the ballots.

"What I care about is the physical artifact,” he testified, meaning just the ballot. “That physical artifact has material differences from district to district that should not be there. Why are they there?"

He said he and his team can tell immediately if a ballot is real or was made in a copier, whether a person or a machine marked the choices, and whether or not it actually went through the mail. Also, the ballots are numbered, so they can check to see if numbers recurred, to see if a number was run again and again and again as has been claimed in sworn testimony. He can tell where the paper came from, he said, and where the ink came from.

"I’ve spent the last 24 years studying the way paper and machines and internet react. I’ve spent the last six years studying the paper reading details at the nano level. I can tell you what paper came from China. I can tell you if the person who handled it was a smoker. All of it is detectable with the physical ballot.”

Recall the sworn eyewitness testimony of numerous election workers at counting locations who said some of the mail-in ballots were on different paper, looked like copies, hadn't been folded, etc.

And oh-by-the-way, even though Pulitzer said the secret was in the ballots, he also claimed his team had indeed penetrated the voting system with WiFi. He told the subcommittee that when officials assured him the system couldn’t give and receive signals, that was not true. Watch him drop the bomb here.

Pulitzer said, “I’m the guy who told the world that that little bar code can talk to the internet...This is as simple as scanning a loaf of bread at a grocery store. That’s your vote. You’re handing it to the checker or scanning it yourself --- that’s basically the polling machine.”

He continued: “What’s sad about this is we’re not even performing at standards expected at grocery stores...If you complained, [the store] would have to audit and make it right. But we don’t do this in elections? They’re playing hide and seek with the ballots? Why?”

Rudy Giuliani gave some compelling testimony of his own. Here's the video, for when you have time.

After the hearing, the subcommittee did say that they would make “some of” the ballots available for examination. For crying out loud, give the man all the ballots he wants, give his team two hours --- heck, give him three hours --- and let’s see once and for all if anything untoward was done with this vote. Let's put this thing to rest if we can, one way or the other, and if fraud really did change the outcome, we are going to have to look that in the face. There will have to be a legal remedy and we all know what that is. I'm sorry the country has to be put through this, but there is no way around it.

I have to wonder if the lieutenant governor of Georgia, Republican Geoff Duncan, knew anything at all about Pulitzer's testimony when he went on Sandra Smith’s FOX NEWS show Wednesday and said those who question the election results are participating in a “misinformation” campaign.

He accused some Republicans of “trying to figure out ways to flip the election with misinformation” and said that’s “not American.” He's concerned that talking about misinformation was hurting them for their January 5 election –- that it interferes with their “winning attitude.” I’m not quite sure I follow his reasoning. Asking questions and determining the answers to the most important issue before our nation right now is not dealing in “misinformation.” It’s something that has to happen, or upwards of 70 million voters will never trust an election again. Most especially this one in Georgia.

Election Updates

By Mike Huckabee

Happy New Year's Eve! Be careful tonight as we all celebrate the most-anticipated moment of the year: the end of 2020! Speaking of that, it’s the last day of 2020, and can you believe we’re still doing Election Updates?

Vice President Pence reportedly rejected the idea of refusing to accept electors from challenged states when Congress meets to confirm Joe Biden’s victory. Some conservative sites accused him of betraying President Trump, but legal experts disputed the claim that the VP has Constitutional authority to replace one set of electors with another. They say his role is largely ceremonial. But members of Congress can challenge the vote and spark an automatic debate.

Sen. Josh Hawley announced that he will challenge the Presidential election results that are due to be certified by Congress on January 6th. It takes one Representative and one Senator to trigger a debate and a vote, and several House Republicans have already voiced support.

Biden’s spokespeople dismissed the move as a “formality” and insisted that he would be inaugurated President.

Wednesday, the Trump campaign filed its third petition with the Supreme Court. This one asks the SCOTUS to review lower court decisions against their challenges to Wisconsin’s unauthorized and illegal election law changes that they claim were in clear violation of Article II, Sec. 12 of the Constitution and the Fourteenth Amendment's equal protection clause. Their previous two SCOTUS petitions involve Wisconsin again and Pennsylvania. You can find more details at the link.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed an amicus brief in support of Republican state Senators who subpoenaed Maricopa County Dominion voting machines and ballot images for a forensics audit. The county Board of Supervisors voted 4-1 to refuse to comply with legislative subpoenas, which doesn’t look suspicious at all. The link includes four points made by the AG to explain why the Senators have the power to subpoena and examine those machines.

In what’s being hailed as a major lawsuit victory for election integrity in Georgia, a judge ruled in favor of the Cobb County Republican Party and the pro-Trump PAC Committee to Defend the President and ordered the director of the Board of Elections and Regulations to allow Republican poll watchers at the runoff. In November, the director allowed only two people to monitor a 25,000-square-foot facility with three separate rooms. The judge ordered her to interpret election laws as they were originally written, allowing Republican poll watchers to oversee ballot counting without restrictions.

Well, that’s one baby step toward making future elections trustworthy, at least. But I’ll ask a question I just keep having to ask too often: Why does it now always take a judge’s order or passing a new law just to force people to obey laws that they’re already supposed to be obeying?

Answering Reader Question on Abortion and COVID Vaccine

By Mike Huckabee

Reader Charles W. Sigers wrote this question, which a lot of other readers have asked in various ways:

“Aren't both vaccines out so far developed using aborted fetal tissue? I will not partake in any vaccine using baby body parts.”

The answer to that question is more complicated than I can get into fully here. The short answer is that while fetal tissues have been used in a number of other vaccines, the COVID-19 vaccines contain no aborted fetal tissue, and no baby body parts were used in their testing and development.

The testing of both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines did involve the use of an immortalized cell line known as HEK293T. This is a line of cells that’s been widely used in testing of most drugs for over 50 years. But the cells are replicated in the lab and contain no cells taken directly from a fetus. The line did start with cells taken from a fetus in the Netherlands in the 1970s, but the records have been lost, and it’s not known whether the original fetus was from an elective abortion or a miscarriage.

For more information, rather than direct you to a secular clinical site, I’m going to link to an excellent article by a pro-life writer at the Gospel Coalition.

He conveys all the scientific data, but also seriously examines the morality of the use of the cells and explains why most pro-life Christian ethicists don’t feel that it’s immoral to take the vaccines. They would prefer no use of human cells in testing at all, but this cell line has been duplicated in a lab for half a century, and using it actually prevents the need for obtaining new fetal tissue.

The thought of Socialism and Communism too the elderly is devastating one of the reasons the Left Leadership is putting seniors the most group in need of a protection from China's assault on our country as a least priority is the more seniors in the grave the less noise the Left has to contend with as the Seniors object to the Lefts Agenda of Communism.
Look at the assault of our 1st and 2nd Amendments Biden didn't allow reporting of the news of his corruption of money laundering some people know about his dealings, the "buy back weapons" the government never sold, thats just the beginning . Trump answered questions on the State because his policies are good for America Biden on the other hand can not talk about his plans because his plans are horrific for the country that is why Biden or Harris cannot talk about what they are doing now. The plan is anti Constitutional at every issue that has American value our Values as the Constitution states are the best in the world Harris and Biden will chip away at the document, they know most Americans have their heads in the sand and just don't care; how else could a nitwit like Biden get elected the other is fraud. Stay alive Seniors this country needs us more than ever as the rest of the population quite frankly I don't think they give a Schitff.

Can those who are paying attention, i.e. NOT watching MSM, we know the Fix has been in for Years. Question is? How deep are the CCP tentacles into Politics? Will we the People be allowed to see before the damage is done? Will the VP step up to bat or take the walk? Sad to say it but our Republic is at Risk and four years of Harris /Pelosi/Schumer will be the final nail in our coffin!

In reference to your comment about why we need new laws passed to enforce laws already on the books, I believe there are two causes, both tied to progressive control of the judiciary.

    1. Progressives (Democrat Socialists) are huge scofflaws, and will especially flout laws they disagree with.

    2. Progressive judges and States routinely fail to enforce laws unless they are pushed right in their faces, as Legislatures can do by passing new laws.

Reminds one of The Who with modifications to the lyrics - "Meet the new law, same as the old law".

Yep! Saw the video of the hearing and the testimony. How on earth could anyone ignore the sworn testimony that confirmed that there were not only a few irregularities but outright fraud!

I read your article about Mr. Pulitzer with great interest this afternoon. This should be one of the most important developments this year concerning the most important event this year--the Nov. 3 election. I turned on the news I watch this afternoon (Fox and Newsmax) and kept check until time for Carlson and Hannity who are not on the programming this evening. All that's going on are "cute" shows about the year ending tonight and similar items. Not once did I hear anything about what your article addressed, which should be "Breaking News". I have come to the conclusion that there is one of two possible scenarios : 1. Your article is totally BS (which I do not believe to be true). or 2. The black out of election fraud coverage is being practiced by even networks that claim to be "fair and balanced". Methinks the "DC swamp" extends much farther than I thought, possibly from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico.

Govenor, stop Abrams, her sister from stealing the election. It's a move to destroy America. Trump won Georgi as, you can stop them on the election and run off. We do not appreciate you lack of support for a fair election!

It's as if all of the corruption, lies and fraud will just be forgotten. As if people will quietly go back to sleep after this, in your face awakening. When the Citizens (Patriots) have lost all trust in their government it cannot end well. I assume, 'they,' expect people will get back to their busy lives and forget about a fraudulent election. The Country is closed for business, so there's that, guess not as busy as normal. We have just watched an election so vile the forefathers are probably weeping in their graves. America will simply not accept this and it couldn't be clearer. Buckle up folks because Sydney was correct in saying "The Kracken will be unleashed." Not necessarily in the context she intended.

So is anything going to be done with this information from Pulitzer's testimony? Why is the proof of fraud and miss handling of ballots being swept under the carpet?? Why has the SCOTUS not acted on any of this? I am so depressed and frustrated as are many Americans.

Could you please send the Georgia senate subcommittee's ballot testimony information to all of the other senators, in other battleground states? Also, to any others that might listen? I'd imagine Josh Hawley of Missouri and Tommy Tuberville would like to read about what was explored during this testimony, as well.

Why do our Congressman think we want to hear their opinions? Their opinions are none of my business-- they are there to listen to our opinions, not argue with us. They have forgotten what they are there for, and they either lack reading comprehension or they have forgotten their oath of office. How can they say with such certainty that there was no election fraud or interference when they refuse to examine the evidence? We the people that elected them, want them to take our freedom to have fair and legal elections seriously. We want this election examined NOW. We don't want promises of some investigation at a later date.

It’s as if, I woke up In a third world country the morning after the election. Trump pulled the covers off and exposed the corruption in our government and they in turn pulled together to thwart the will of the American people and oust the best President we have ever had. It is truly a sad day in the U.S.
