DAILY BIBLE VERSE
Righteousness exalts a nation,
But sin is a [a]reproach to any people.
Proverbs 14:34 NKJV
Buy Mike Huckabee's Book:
The Three Cs That Made America Great: Christianity, Capitalism and the Constitution
Forces on the Left seek to fundamentally change our nation by disregarding the principles upon which it was founded. Members of the media and liberal politicians seek to damage our economic, political, and educational systems for their gain. The Three Cs That Made America Great: Christianity, Capitalism, and the Constitution:
exposes the Left's plan to undermine the Christian values on which the nation was built
reveals how attacks on Christianity are part of the political agenda of Liberals
provides a clear understanding of capitalism and how free markets benefit all people
reveals how Liberals undermine capitalism with their socialistic policies
shows how the Constitution’s purpose to restrain government and protect individual liberty
unmasks the efforts of the liberal Left to subvert the power and relevance of the Constitution
exposes the current corruption in government and culture which undermines the principles on which the nation was founded
America faces a war of values that will determine its future and likely decide if it will continue as a great nation on the world stage. Mike Huckabee and Steve Feazel sound a needed alarm to Christians and conservatives to answer the call to action and push back against the forces that desire to move America from its heritage and founding principles. It is time for God's people to take an active role in the political arena, not with violence, but with votes and voices that proclaim and defend the values that made our nation the brightest light of freedom the world has ever known.

Hat's off to Ed Driscoll at the Instapundit blog for reminding us that Thursday, March 16th, marked the three-year anniversary of the day the CDC declared that we had to shut down the country for (as it was infamously known) "15 days to slow the spread" of COVID-19. I'm sure there are some places where they still think the 15 days aren't up yet.
Border Chief testifies
On Wednesday, Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz gave testimony to the House Homeland Security Committee that contradicted the Biden Administration’s claims about the border and was described by Committee chairman Mark Green as “earth-shattering.” And Congressman Green will be on my TBN television show this weekend—don’t miss it! For full details on how to catch it, check www.huckabee.tv
Ortiz disagreed with Biden’s halting of the border wall construction, said policies have been put in place that keep border agents from doing their jobs, backed agents who were falsely accused of whipping migrants, and directly contradicted DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ previous testimony that the US has operational control of the border. Ortiz said multiple sectors are being overwhelmed by massive flows of illegal entrants.
Republicans on the Committee praised Ortiz for being brave enough to buck his superiors and tell the truth. They want to bring Mayorkas back, and they say they now have a lot of questions they want him to answer.
My chief question would be, “Why would anyone call that news ‘earth-shattering’ when we’ve been covering it here for two years?”
Harris is in over her head
You know Vice President Kamala Harris is above her pay grade when she can’t even handle an interview with Stephen Colbert, which is like catching drifting puffballs with an extra-large butterfly net. And his question that stumped her was, “What is the job of the Vice President?'”
To be fair, after watching her for over two years, I don’t know what her job is either.
Happy St. Patrick's Day
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! This is the day when we celebrate the patron saint who drove the snakes out of Ireland. And today, a lot of people drink because they’re so depressed that he’s not still around to drive the snakes out of Washington.
If you happen to be a teetotaler like me, here’s an article on suggestions for how to have a non-alcoholic St. Patrick’s Day celebration. One tip: If someone offers you a “non-alcoholic green beer,” make sure it’s not a kale smoothie before you drink it.
Safe from the storm
I hope those of you who were in the path of the huge storm system that hit yesterday from Texas eastward are safe. It brought high winds, tornado warnings, tennis ball-sized hail and even snow, as it dropped temperatures to over 20 degrees below average. If you want to see some astounding video of a potential giant tornado trying to form over the DFW mid-cities (thank the Lord, the rotation stopped and it moved on), check out my writer Laura Ainsworth’s Twitter page, where she posted video taken by her husband and my other writer, Pat Reeder, from their back porch between Dallas and Ft. Worth!
