One giant leap for white mankind

2 minute read

July 19, 2019

Saturday marks the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing, one of the greatest achievements in the history of mankind (or the herstory of humankind?  No wait, that’s still not gender-neutral and non-species-ist.  In the entirety of carbon-based-lifeformdom?  Would that pass muster in Berkeley?)

The reason for cluttering up such an important topic with a lot of ridiculous PC gibberish is because that’s apparently what we’re now supposed to do, according to those once great newspapers, the New York Times and the Washington Post. As we prepare to celebrate the half-century mark of the astounding accomplishment of putting Americans on the moon and bringing them home safely, the liberal press seems chiefly concerned with the races and genders of the astronauts and technicians, and comparing America unfavorably to the admirable “wokeness” of the Soviet Union's space program.

https://pjmedia.com/trending/nyt-yeah-well-the-soviets-sent-women-and-minorities-into-space-first/

Sure, America might have gone to the moon in peace for all mankind, but that was just a giant leap for “white MAN-kind,” so it didn’t count.  The USSR is to be admired more because while they never reached the moon, they used more women and minorities in the space efforts they made in between invading other countries and oppressing and starving the masses there.

I could have linked to a serious news item about this, but I chose Jim Treacher’s write-up because he not only includes both papers’ stories, but he drenched this in the buckets full of sarcasm that both papers deserved.

If you wonder why many Republicans don’t take the “racist” cries against Trump seriously, it’s not because we don’t take racism seriously (after all, we did fight a bloody Civil War to force Democrats to free their slaves.) It’s because we have something in common with the moon landing: we’re observing half a century of Democrats falsely accusing every prominent Republican of being racist. The constant slander has eroded the power of an accusation so serious that it should never be made lightly, because doing so harms not only the target but all of society.

Oh well, at least WaPo and the Times didn’t think the first man (or to be precise: American) on the moon was John Glenn, the way the New York Daily News did (linking to a screenshot of that tweet because - surprise! - the Daily News has since deleted it.) If Trump had tweeted this, how many stories would the Daily News and all the rest have run about him being a senile moron who should be impeached?

Governor, if I go hunting this deer season and see a doe that identifies as a buck, shooting doe/buck would be legal..right? I am only asking because the Game and Fish Commission has not issued their regulations on trans-gender thinking deer. Will it be illegal to shoot a buck who identifies as a doe?! What if all the bucks change sex during hunting season?
Also, if my rooster identifies as a hen and the hen identifies as a rooster, with the eggs be double-yoked?

The commentary on all forms of media today often surrounds itself with the lack of civility and a loss of Traditional American values. This idea is not a fiction. Too often the images on every outlet of news is violence, hostility and divisive rhetoric pushed to the extreme. Commentators lament the condition and seem clueless about an answer. I believe we need look no further than who we now use as role models ; real heroes. Remember when 5 to 8 year old children aspired to be astronauts, firemen, nurses, policemen, doctors, soldiers and even President? Those were lofty goals, but carried a vision of who the real heroes among us were. Even children in an earlier time knew who carried the burdens of society and recognized their importance to American Traditionalism. Let us stop escalating unruly and uninformed Hollywood "stars", rap culture icons, do-nothing career politicians, boring real life TV personalities that lack any signs of talent and PC hate mongers stumping for the cause of the day into top tier status. We need to recognize that for our American Idealism to enjoy a noble resurgence, we need noble American Heroes again, like the Apollo 11 Astronauts; Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldren and Michael Collins. Walking on the Moon without a safety net takes real heroes.

Every American--of all races--should read Booker T, Washington's autobiographical *Up from Slavery* to get a glimpse of real racism during slavery and the Reconstruction. The paperback (Dover Publications) is under $2.60 at Amazon and the ebook is 60 cents (last I checked).

Not only did Daily News get the wrong astronaut, they also blew the quote. It wasn't "one giant STEP for mankind", it was "one giant LEAP...". Idiots :(

Our local government is changing the term "man hole" because of PC. It doesn't seem to ever stop. So now it will be an "Access Hole"? Who knows what they will call it?

    Mr Huckabee...
Please consider having Kathy Zhu on your show. She is Ms. World who was stripped of her title because she's a conservative.
    Love your show...Thx! Cathy

This was certainly a historic moment in history and for me I had a historic moment of my own Just as they walked on the moon for the first time I was having my daughter at that very moment. Of course big history was made that day and my daughter and I get to share it on her big Birthday too. I think it is amazing for me anyway
    Thank you

Well, it could be argued that back when the Soviets sent women and minorities into space, it was kind of like sending a chimp into space, back then women and minorities were not thought to be as good as real men.
I'm so sick of the PC mumbo-jumbo.

berkley should be regarded as the bastion of stupidity and ignorance. We HAVE man hole because men go in them women don't. Children don't work in the sewers so let's stop being stupidity and ignorant. The left needs to get over itself and live in the real world. I realize that is asking a lot but...

The left will do anything to change our history. A lot of this has succeeded because people won't take the time to check things out.

Gov. Mike I hope you will somehow tell Pres. Trump to stop playing the libs game. The libs seem to be using the #squad to keep Pres. Trump occupied and in doing so keep his mind off 2020 lib hopefuls. It is a good ploy and I know he's a counter puncher as he has said he was several times.
    I. Omar has said she would continue to be his worse nightmare and so far it looks like that plan has worked. I hope the next time someone mentions the #squads name He will say "huh, who".

Re: changing pronouns, it's laughable but it is also infuriating because California spends so much time, energy and money on the rediculous instead of the homeless and cleaning up their infested cities!

When I was learning pronouns, many decades ago, I thought girls were special because their word s ‘woman” & “women” applied only to females. Whereas, the boys words “man” & “men” could sometimes include girls, in fact everybody could be included there, as in “mankind.” Female too was a special word. They only used a part of it, “male” when they referred to boys. How did thinking get so messed–up?
And while I’m at it, I’ve always been bothered about the word “cattle.” There is no singular word for it unless you know the gender. Oh, I forgot, we’re doing away with them and it won’t matter when they are extinct. Pretend I didn’t mention it.

We did not fight a civil war to free slaves! We fought a civil war because the Federal government was trying to charge illegal taxes! False history is not good for America!

Just a thought while reading this article...
What if registered democrats paid "democrat tax rates" while republicans paid "republican tax rates." Wouldn't bother me to "only" benefit from "republican supported" benefits.
    Just a thought. :-)

For Apollo 11, since the PC radicals have conveniently 'forgotten', a WOMAN was in charge of developing the computer software that the three astronauts relied on in their capsule to manage the 'burns' needed to change their direction and/or velocity in order to: (a) orbit the moon; (b) land on the moon; (c) take off from the moon and re-dock with the lunar orbiter; (d) return to earth orbit; and, (e) re-enter the earth's atmosphere at precisely the correct location and re-entry angle!!!

STATES RIGHTS....Why not start a state by state rebellion against voodoo linguistics. Some state still having male/female bathroom and an out house for those who changed their sexes. Why not have President Trump decide what is political correct nwhit those executive thing that President Obama allways used being PC now should be determined by the President in office

It is a sad state of affairs when a news organization can take a great feat of engineering of man kinds(people kinds) an turn it into a propaganda piece for racism an some twisted ideology about a world of non gender humans. I guess we are to evolve into that South American frog who changes gender to have babies if having babies will still be done in the future. News organizations should now be called gossip columns as most don't print real truthful news anymore.

This just shows how far we have come from celebrating the achievements of humankind. Liberals and socialist have become the political correctness police! They no longer look at what people have accomplished but look at gender(what ever they consider that as) skin color and anything else they consider a handicap as being more important that what a person has accomplished!

Thanks for you support for the most "COMMON SENSE" President I have witnessed in my 74 years on this earth. And thanks for raising such a fine daughter who was my hero for her handling the press as Trumps Press Secretary. I was raised a democrat but as so many in my dem controlled state have left the democrat party for more sane candidates. Keep up your support for Trump.

If it were not for white people there would be NO Europe or North America. Both continents would be full of cesspool countries as is Africa.
