More (mostly) unsurprising news

November 24, 2017

The news right now is full of breathless, hysterical reporting on stories that are completely unsurprising.

Hollywood and Capitol Hill are full of powerful and semi-powerful men who take sexual advantage of women (and sometimes young men) who are simply trying to have careers in their chosen fields. Who knew? Hillary enabled Bill’s “misdeeds” for years, with help from willing friends in the media. It’s true! The list of Clinton scandals grows ever longer as they fade from public life, with more surely to come out. Unbelievable! And it goes on: Our border with Mexico is a treacherous and deadly place. In North Korea, Kim Jong-Un bleeds all enjoyment out of living under his pudgy little thumb. Two turkeys have been pardoned for Thanksgiving (and I don’t mean Bill and Hillary).

And now we learn the judge who has placed a permanent injunction against Trump’s order to withhold grants from sanctuary cities is an Obama appointee who raised at least $200,000 for him and donated $38,000 to pro-Obama committees, as well as $51,000 to the DNC. Does this surprise you? Me, neither.

And are you shocked that this is the same black-robed Democrat, Judge William Orrick III of California’s Northern District, who issued that restraining order against releasing undercover videos supporting allegations that Planned Parenthood was selling fetal tissue? You’re not? Same here.

But here’s one bit of pleasantly surprising news: Former congressman Jason Chaffetz has a suggestion for dealing with the sanctuary cities ruling: throw it back to Congress and let them include Trump’s wording in the reauthorization for all funding of the federal government. The deadline for that happens to be coming up on December 8. Of course, that strategy doesn’t necessarily stop a determined judge from “finding” some other basis for achieving the ruling he wants to make, but it might, at least for now.

Regarding the DNC prospects for 2020:
Disturbing rumors are circulating about another George Soros candidate in Michigan running for governor, I believe. Rumors are this man is more openly Muslim than Obama. I cannot remember his name. Any truth to this rumor?

Judges LEGISLATING from the bench can be cured by Impeachment! The 9th Circuit needs to be broken into at least two but four courts would be preferred.

Is there a way to get this Judge, who obviously has no respect for the Law, disbarred and removed from the bench?!

If so, why hasn't been done?

We do NOT have room for Radical Judges in our Judicial system!

    Do we?

I am ashamed and embarrassed by the California liberal community that does not even try to cover their bias and disdain for the Constitution and the rights of others. To me, they should all required to resign immediately and be reappointed with those who respect the rights of all of their constituents.

A better solution would be for the congress to utilize it's power to impeach judges who CLEARLY violate the constitution and usurp the authority of the legislative and executive branches... It probably won't happen but I'm just throwing it out there!

Here's how to start "Flushing the Sewer." Have the states pay for their entire Congressional Team - salaries, benefits, staff, expenses, slush funds, etc. It is absurd that the swamp determines its pay, benefits, etc. and polices itself. Let the Federal Government provide standard office space and nothing else. If the States want to elect and pay for sexual abusers, harassers and pedifiles, let them deal with the problem. This would end the problem of Congress voting on stuff for the taxpayers but exempting themselves. The states could decide if their animals deserve a lifetime pension for one day of work. The states could also set term limits.

In the old west we had hanging judges, perhaps a reversal of that would be a good idea.

Can a Federal Judge be Impeached? "Although the legal orthodoxy is that judges cannot be removed from office except by impeachment by the House of Representatives followed by conviction by the Senate, several legal scholars, including William Rehnquist, Saikrishna Prakash and Steven D. Smith, have argued that the Good Behaviour Clause may, in theory, permit removal by way of a writ of scire facias filed before a federal court, without resort to impeachment.” Impeachment requires a 2/3 conviction vote by the Senate. I personally think this Judge and any Judge that exceeds his constitutional authority (over the President of the United States to protect our nation) should be impeached or removed (ASAP).

You would think that with all his donations, he should be disqualified to be a federal judge. Can't he be de-benched? And Democrats were worried about Gorsuch. Well, of course, because they know he can't be bought.

Why is any lone judge able to over turn a anything passed by Congress.... And if a judge has authority to do that it should be removed by Congress or the people. Only the Supreme Court should be able to do that.

How is it possible that a judge in California can rule on anything the President does? The dems are trying to control everything that President Trump does to make this country safe and prosperous. They are scared to death that their going to get their hands caught in the cookie jar. When we all know they are up to their arses in deceit and corruption.

I’m tired of hearing about judges letting the crimes and left wing nuts slide!! The people rule this country not one judge and we have spoken time and time again on behalf of the poor and middle class. this country is doomed if we finally elect someone to save us and his hands r toed by a judge appointed by the left!
