BIBLE VERSE OF THE DAY

2024

By Mike Huckabee

Roger L. Simon at the Epoch Times analyzes CPAC and the current state of the Republican Party (solidly behind Trump’s policies), and weighs the question: if Trump doesn’t run again in 2024, who should? His top possibilities based on their resumes, histories with Trump and CPAC appearances are South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, in that order.

It’s an interesting read, even if he errs in saying that Ben Carson was the only former Trump rival to escape being blasted by him (reminder: I also ran in 2016 and have always gotten along fine with him -- I think because the so-called “Trump attacks” are usually just return fire to people who attacked him first, a fact the media tend to bury.)

This article requires you to have or open a free account at the Epoch Times, but you really should anyway.

“If It Weren’t For Double Standards…” Dept

By Mike Huckabee

The president of the Berkeley teachers’ union, who has been fighting the reopening of schools, was caught on video dropping his own two-year-old daughter off at an in-person pre-school. By the way, I don't know which pre-school it was, but I'm assuming it's a private school.

His response was to try to turn it around and accuse the people who caught him of invading his child’s privacy, even though they shot the video at a distance and blurred out her face. I suspect he’s more upset that they invaded his hypocrisy.

Just Keep Repeating

By Mike Huckabee

“There’s no such thing as voter fraud…There’s no such thing as voter fraud…”

White House Contagion

By Mike Huckabee

Whatever President Biden has (and we’re not allowed to talk about it apparently, no matter how disturbingly obvious it becomes), it appears to be contagious. One of his advisers said something out loud that she wasn't supposed to say but that we all suspected: that COVID-19 was the best thing that ever happened to Joe Biden. After all, he was a two-time crash-and-burn presidential loser until he had the pandemic to blame on Trump. But that’s so heartless, cynical and self-serving that it’s the kind of thought most political aides know you keep to yourself.

Luckily for her and for Biden, the second-best thing that ever happened to him was the rabidly biased, anti-Trump media, which covered up that shocking admission until safely after the election. It came from a new book about the campaign, but for some reason, we’re only hearing it now. Too bad journalism no longer exists, or maybe, like Hunter’s laptop, voters would’ve been informed about it when it might have made a difference.

2021 Golden Globes

By Mike Huckabee

I confess, I didn’t watch the Golden Globe Awards last night. I did hear that there were no political jokes (can’t say anything mean about Joe Biden) but there were endless complaints about how the nominees weren’t diverse enough, which you’d think they had some control over. Also, that Jane Fonda used her lifetime achievement award as a platform to lecture Hollywood about the need for more diversity. I also hear that she, a white lady, accepted the award rather than passing it on to the family of the late Cecily Tyson.

Fountains Of Noxious Nonsense

By Mike Huckabee

Tim Graham at Western Journal reminds Democrats who are trying to get conservative news TV channels deplatformed for “spreading misinformation” that the outlets they rely on for their “knowledge” of current events, like CNN, MSNBC and even the current New York Times, have become veritable fountains of noxious nonsense.

Having spent the past 10 years or so having to dig up facts and accurate quotes and correct their partisan piffle, I can attest that the list in this column is only the tiniest dusting of frost on the very tip-top of the iceberg.

Old Saying

By Mike Huckabee

There’s an old saying that fanatics eventually become the thing that they hate. I think it’s safe to say that the Boston school district is controlled by ultra-liberals who are fanatical in opposing racism because they have now become such fanatics on that point that in the name of “anti-racism” they're openly embracing racism against whites and Asians.

A February poll in my organization was about a person's favorite awards show. Well, 67% of the people answered that they DO NOT WATCH awards shows. Hollywood's influence is far from "substantial" these days!

So far in March's poll regarding favorite NBA teams, over 50% have answered that they DO NOT WATCH professional basketball!!! Very little influence there either.

I just love it! More people are involved and interested in little league, high school, and college sports as well as reality TV and home videos these days.

Could Hollywood and professional sports quickly become things of the past? Now there's some "cancel culture" I can agree with wholeheartedly!!!

Hi Governor Huckabee. I listened to Mike Lindell’s analysis and research into the 2020 election fraud, but haven’t heard or seen much coverage on it. Did it just fail to gain traction, and is there a reason it didn’t?
    Thanks!

Mike, think it is about time that we decorate 1600 Penn. Ave. power requirements with wind mills and solar panels so Jill can explain to Joe what Texas experienced.

How about Trump does run in 2024, and picks Noem or DeSantis as VP, and if he is "too incapacitated" he can resign, as Biden will do at a time that is convenient for the Democrat party to say so. Trump would surely win if the election does not get rigged again. As the elections stand, however, the democratic party appears to rule the world right now in being able to fix the election with the aid of domestic as well as foreign actors (Lindell and Powell's evidence). If only we knew what the democratic chess board looks like right now.

    Thank you Governor,
I watched the Awards so you don't have to. ;-) ;-)
Ms Fonda was awarded a lifetime achievement for 60 years in film. That was it, 60 years.
Sasha Cohen did make Trump jokes with each award given. They were actually humorous instead of just snide comment.

The real kicker about the Boston School system being racist against white and Asian kids is that the BPS is only about 20% white and Asian, so they are really being racist against the minority students... ??

You cannot make this stuff up!

If President Trump doesn't run for the next election, I vote for another successful business person (like yourself, Gov.). It seems that politicians are so stuck in politics that they are unable to find their way out of that quagmire and into the clean air of progress.

Thank you for your newsletter, Gov. Mike, and I have forwarded them to my son, and a niece as well, who are very Conservative, in their mid-30's, and very upset about the fraudulent election, but after reading your newsletter, they have become calmer and realized that it is Not the end of the world, just another 'big blip' of 'recalculating' that always needs to happen in a divisive leading country that is promoted by those who think they 'know-it-all' but they really do not, and their manipulations don't last for too long, because the truth always wins and proves the lies are just that, lies.

Look at how quickly people have gotten fed up with all the masking and infringements on their freedoms because of the Chinese virus? That has only taken less than a year, and that it has effected everyone. How much faster the frustration because of political power (abuse of power) 'infringements' dictated upon a free nation will show itself against the political party that is doing all this, will take?

President Trump has done a positive, and powerfully good long-lasting legacy of getting the vaccines ready from 'Operation Warp Speed', that will influence for years to come, what the Right Way Is to get something done at 'warp speed' when major crises happens. It has been done, so it CAN BE DONE, not if, but when. People who were against and will always be against President Trump, are also being helped by getting the vaccines that HE indeed helped get done....yesterday. That is in itself, worthy of re-electing President Trump. More proof that President Trump cares for Americans, and will always put America First, never last. He's proven it by many examples, but at the forefront is the vaccines right now.

Mike, could you do an article on Ben Carson and see if you can get it printed in a major publication? The work he did at HUD was phenomenal, but I have yet to see him get the credit he deserves.

    Thanks for all You do!

Mike, in your March 1 news-letter e-mail there was an insert about DEMS’ “Great Reset” For Americans -- Dangerous News
When I clicked the link it showed an apparent cover of Time Magazine for Nov 2 / Nov 9 2020 with “The Great Reset” on the cover. I have that issue and that is not the cover on my US edition of this issue. The issue is labeled as a “Double Issue“, and inside on page 64 starts the special section of “The Great Reset” which includes at least 6 articles covering page 64 to page 98.
If you would like more information on this issue I will provide it to you.

    Regards,

    William Price

Love the format of your newsletter and that it begins with a Bible verse. I was so happy to see you a few years ago as a speaker at the DAR Hall in Washington, DC when our choir sang. God is still in control as the craziness continues in this country. Thankfully we have your voice of sanity to keep us well informed.
