Judicial Watch is at it again, breaking news about the laughable FBI “investigation” into Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server for classified State Department business. Monday evening, JW finally acquired another 200 or so more messages (these were emails) exchanged between FBI agent Peter Strzok and FBI attorney Lisa Page that showed the FBI completely failed to make the “302” notes that were supposed to have documented at least four significant interviews with key witnesses in the Hillary case. I mean, there is just no record of these interviews, and that is highly unusual. The new Strzok/Page messages also show –- but we knew this –- that when Hillary was testifying, she had two of her own people in the room with her. Of those, Cheryl Mills was a witness in the case and also acting as Hillary’s attorney.

On the other hand, here’s something to ponder: While the Justice Department released the Strzok/Page communications, they rejected an order from U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan to release the transcripts of wiretapped conversations between then-incoming national security adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn and Russian envoy Sergey Kislyak during the Trump transition . They said only that these materials were not relevant to Flynn’s sentencing. Well, so what? Something’s likely going on here.

Other materials show that FBI General Counsel James Baker ordered the Bureau to expedite requests for documents from Hillary Clinton’s lawyer David Kendall. In other words, they were to get them out to her as soon as they could before the election. “In my view,” Baker wrote, “we need to move as quickly as possible on this...” Reportedly, in their haste they granted access to her attorneys to top-secret classified material found on her private server even though her legal team lacked the proper security clearances to see it.

Incidentally, this has to be a sore point with Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch, whose Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests have languished for months and even years before being responded to, if they ever are.

Now that our suspicions are being confirmed about the Hillary email investigation, investigative reporter John Solomon offers this excellent review of what we know so far and lists the questions he has for Hillary Clinton…

Not all of the breaking news involves Hillary. Former Trump attorney John Dowd has called the entire Mueller report “a fraud” now that he knows a voicemail transcript between him and a lawyer for Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn was edited in a way that was deceptive. (The Justice Department actually complied with Judge Sullivan’s order to release the transcript of that call, a voicemail message.) The report took a completely appropriate and proper conversation and made it appear sinister, smearing the attorneys. Appearing on Monday’s HANNITY show, Dowd made an outstanding point by asking the question: “Isn’t it ironic that this man who kept indicting and prosecuting people for process crimes committed a false statement in his own report?

“By taking out half my words,” he continued, “they changed...the tenor and the contents of that conversation with [Flynn’s attorney Rob Kelner]. And it’s an outrage. And there’s probably more of it.”

Alan Dershowitz explained why this is so serious: a special counsel report, by definition, is always going to be one-sided. There is no exculpatory evidence. So the evidence that’s there needs to be clear and trustworthy –- and in context. On its face, this looks like an example of weaponizing the criminal justice system. (Once again, though, Dershowitz maintained that he is satisfied that Hillary wasn’t prosecuted. We have to part ways there, as she clearly broke laws, obstructed justice and endangered national security.)

This edited transcript in the Mueller report sounds suspiciously like the work of the disreputable Andrew Weissmann, Mueller’s right-hand man on the special counsel team, who has made quite a name for himself hiding exculpatory evidence in other cases. Since finding out about this, Devin Nunes, ranking Republican member on the House Intelligence Committee, has called for the release of all backup and source documentation for what he has rightly dubbed ‘the Mueller dossier.”

I am glad the oversight committee is getting to the bottom of this mess and all this corruption.
It will probably erupt like a volcano. Glad President Trump is getting to "drain the swamp."
It needs it and LONG overdue. these people who abused our systems and procedures/laws
should be in jail........if your average citizen did this they would be in jail Mr. Huckabee.

I saw a blub about hil saying "no one can be above the law." I'm sure she meant Donald Trump (who did NOT collude, did NOT obstruct.) I guess she feels comfortable saying that because SHE WAS ABOVE the law--thanks to comey, lynch, a whole pack of criminals lurking in the FBI, the DOJ, the DNC, and the obama White House. All we hear, and have heard, from the left is whining and crying about any kind of investigation into anything they have done. It's just fine and dandy for mueller and friends go on for 2+ years and millions of dollars (tax dollars) to try to find SOMETHING, ANYTHING to bring Donald Trump down, and to he;; with anyone they send to prison along the way. Collateral damage, you know. And, of course, now that it's all over, instead of getting down to real business congress is supposed to do, to have what seems to be every "committee" spending more time re-investigating. But, darn it--you leave all those democrats, socialists/leftists alone!!!! How DARE anyone investigate them?

the more we learn the more corrupt we find all the players to be. Man! Sloppy, procedures, not following procedures, out and out lying, hiding exculpatory evidence. What ELSE have they done that is yet to be revealed. And most of the players are STILL arrogant and defiant. yeah, this whole thing smells of Weismann who is more crooked than the snake river.

How can we ever again trust investigative results of the FBI until the chronic law breakers doing the investigations are indicted & tried for their crimes. How many ppl are in prison because exculpatory evidence was withheld? Each and every case these investigators solved must be reopened and reviewed for injustice.

For all the reasons cited in your article, I choose not want to respond to Charlie Kirk's question about having DOJ investigate Hillary Clinton. It will be another huge waste of time and taxpayer dollars. DOJ is still populated by lots of Obama hacks, left there primarily to CYA Obama and Clinton agendas. Of course they will slow-walk any inquiries for full disclosure of things they know WE want to know, Of course they will destroy everything they can before we can ever get to them. They'll whitewash everything. Dems know what to say publicly to appear clean as the driven snow; would that they would actually be so clean. Yes, I want her investigated. But it will take the right people in charge, who love our country more than they love their political position of power and the wrong agenda. ("Who more than self their country loved and mercy more than strife...") Barring that (unintended pun) I believe we will see HC receive her just reward before the end of her life, without our having to do anything at all.
