AOC Pushes For Ministry Of Truth

By Mike Huckabee

After four years of hearing that Donald Trump is an authoritarian dictator and the biggest threat to freedom of the press ever – and hearing it from media outlets that attacked him publicly and relentlessly, with no fear of ever being censored, imprisoned or shot, like, you know, a dictator would have – there now is a serious threat to freedom of the press. And it’s coming from the media’s “progressive” darling and Vogue cover model, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

The fascist fashionista and her “progressive” acolytes are pushing for the creation of a government Ministry of Truth to help “rein in” the press and combat “misinformation.” She said, “It’s one thing to have differentiating opinions but it’s another thing entirely to just say things that are false. So that’s something that we’re looking into.”

Of course, that presumes that in the realm of political opinion, you can make an objective judgement of what is “false” (of course, it’s always the ideas that whoever is in power disagrees with) and that comments she thinks are "false" aren't protected by the First Amendment.

I think that I can make a far better case than she can that most of what she believes in is false. We actually have a century’s worth of evidence that socialism inevitably leads to corruption, oppression and starvation. We can also judge whether leftist or conservative policies work better by just comparing how many people are moving from California to Texas to how many are going the other way. Even so, I would never tell her she’s not allowed to go on Twitter and spout uninformed nonsense about socialism. But I would like to retain the freedom to respond to it.

Read this New York Post article about this real threat to freedom of the press. And the Post should know, since their accurate scoop about Hunter Biden’s foreign money scandals was branded as fake news and blocked by social media and other news outlets seeking to influence the election – and it worked, as a poll found that up to 17% of Biden voters wouldn’t have supported him if they’d known some of the stories about him that were suppressed.

In a related story, watch the staff of Politico go absolutely bonkers at the news that conservative Ben Shapiro would guest-edit just one edition of its morning Playbook feature. Just as at the New York Times, they completely melt down at the prospect that someone who has a different viewpoint might be allowed to express it even once. “Tolerance, diversity and inclusion!”

This Is CNN

By Mike Huckabee

This…Really Is CNN! CNN was forced to make an embarrassing correction after it reported that far-left Democrat Rep. Ted Lieu of California had “grabbed a crowbar” during last week’s violence at the Capitol. It summoned up an image of Lieu bravely rushing forth to do battle with the far-right hooligans. In fact, Lieu wasn’t on the House floor at the time, and what he grabbed from his office was not a crowbar but a “ProBar,” an organic, vegetarian energy bar, for a snack.

To be fair, that sounds like it would probably repel a far-right protester more effectively than a crowbar would.

Innocent Man Targeted By Leftists

By Mike Huckabee

This is a bone-chilling tale of how partisan political venom and the irresponsible nature of social media can combine to destroy the life of a completely innocent person.

After the violence last week at the Capitol, someone on social media thought they identified a person involved and spread his identity around the Internet. Despite having no evidence, others spread it all over Facebook and Twitter, adding their own condemnations. Except it wasn’t the right person. The man they mistakenly branded as a rightwing rioter is a retired firefighter who was in Chicago celebrating his wife’s birthday at the time. He’s not even on social media, so he wasn’t even aware that he was under attack until he started getting threatening phone calls from tolerant, nonviolent leftists. The Chicago Police had to station a squad car at his house to protect him and his family. And as of the posting of that story, the fake tweets and posts are still online.

I’d bet that every one of those ranting nitwits believes that President Trump should be arrested for inciting violent and insurrection. So by their own standards, shouldn’t every one of them be arrested for inciting threats of violence against the man they falsely accused? And if Twitter can permanently take down Trump’s account for relatively benign tweets they interpreted as inciting violence, why are these accounts that really did incite threats of violence still active? By not removing those tweets with their “dangerous misinformation,” isn’t Twitter itself complicit in inciting violence against an innocent person? And therefore, shouldn’t it remove itself from the Internet?

Unconfirmed Report

By Mike Huckabee

There’s an unconfirmed report that President Trump plans to declassify a large trove of Russiagate documents today. You remember the “Russia Collusion” hoax? That was the attempted coup against a duly-elected President that the Democrats approved of.

Again, the sourcing on this story isn’t too solid, but let’s hope it’s true. I also hope he declassifies a lot more documents that have been hidden from public view for too long before he leaves. These should have been made public before the election so that voters could be fully informed of what they were voting for.

It’s reported that some in Washington are lobbying Trump not to release the documents to protect “national security.” But I’d feel much more secure knowing that the people involved in this conspiracy to undermine democracy were exposed rather than be allowed to cover up their malfeasance and continue unconstitutionally abusing their power as soon as Trump is safely out the door.

Claims that leftists from liberal states moving to conservative states [e.g. CA to GA] are changing the political makeup of the target states has not been verified, that I have seen. That is: who is leaving CA, the liberals or the conservatives, who have had their fill of taxes, regulations and homelessness? Does anyone have any such data?

It looks like we are now part of a Hollywood/ weird b flick
Now it is a combination of BloodSport, 1984, and The Time Machine. The evil Morlocks are on the rampage and going after blood.
We are in desperate need of real men who, like Joshua, know and follow their God

When ocasio talks about “rein in” the press and combat “misinformation” --she doesn't seem to specify, but one would certainly hope that any minister of truth would clamp down on false/lying information of the msm. Pretty sure she would want to be in charge of the "minister of truth" and would dictate what she wants to be truth and what she wants banned (like the real truth.) I wonder if any of these people sit back and listen to what they say. First, read the actual definition of dictator (not any new re-redefined version.) Then read actual history of what Hitler did (pelosi, nadler, biden and others should KNOW--they were certainly alive at the time--possibly already in congress!!) and explain exactly what it is that President Trump did that would compare him to Hitler. Too many, I think, never learned about Hitler and only know that Hitler is a dirty word, so let's call President Trump a Hitler!!! Then again, many of them insist the Holocaust is false news.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wants a Ministry of Truth?? Is that not an oxymoron? What would be the standard or measure of truth since the Marxist-Democrats have no standards? They could not identify the truth if it took out a large chunk of their backsides.

Well, Pucky! Communist News Network (CNN) told a lie? How could you tell? This is normal for CNN. Would they participate in AOC’s Ministry of Truth? I hope the one piece of news I heard is true, CNN is leaving the Airports. I have always been embarrassed to think that foreigners would see their shows and believe they were truthful.

Yeah, this is going to be a problem for the Ministry of Truth, Marxist-Democrats lied and got someone killed.

Hey, the price of gasoline is UP and the value of stocks are DOWN and this is before Biden has been crowned dictator!! Thank You Marxist-Democrats!!

Even though the social media companies have policies users have to agree to, the companies are legally bound to enforce their policies equally. I question if a company can have a policy, even though agreed to by all parties, that require someone to give up their constitutional protected rights.

President Donald Trump punk'd me. Socialist have this tendency to lie. When President Trump brought up the idea that Barrack Obama was born in Kenya. I though I might be able to believe that that could be possible. But when Donald Trump offered a million dollars to anyone with proof that Barrack Obama was born in Kenya and no one got a million dollars richer then I knew I'd been had....most people in the United States can be bought for the right price I thought

Here is the latest Op-Ed from the Las Vegas Sun. This is the same hate filled rhetoric that has been published by Brian Greenspun for the last 5 years because his friend Hillary was not President. No wonder we have the problems we do! Most of his syndicated articles are from WAPO & NYT!

Unity depends on Republicans disavowing the president's big lie

For five brutal years, President Donald Trump worked with his every breath to divide America. He approached every problem as an opportunity to drive us apart amid a torrent of lies, venom, false accusations and blind self-interest.
Meanwhile, GOP leaders slavishly served this president who made it clear he represents only his supporters. They amplified Trump's divisive rhetoric, repeated his incendiary lies and abetted him as he vilified those who failed to give him their unconditional loyalty. Whether they were government officials simply doing their duty, or members of the media, or peaceful protesters demanding social justice outside the White House, or even Trump appointed Cabinet members who didn't respond enthusiastically enough to his poisonous ideas and decisions, Republican leaders attacked them.
In Trump's party, there are two types of Americans: Those who support him and enemies of the people.
And "yet now that Trump has been impeached again a week after his mob, fueled by GOP lies about the election, hunted lawmakers in the Capitol, these same Republicans shamelessly rise to call for "unity." The ones who have spent years stoking hatred among their supporters of the "other," whoever that might be, now make florid speeches contending that removing Trump from office before his term expires would widen the rift among Americans. It should not be lost on any¬one that what underlies that argument is, that impeaching Trump further angered domestic terrorists and insurrectionists. Never forget these Republicans, because they are publicly calling to bow to terrorism.
As they kowtow to terrorism and the big lie that the election was stolen, these same Republicans accuse those who pur¬sued impeachment of being divisive. There is nothing divisive about living up to your oath of office and defending the nation from a president who is a clear and present danger to our republic and who incited an insurrection. It is the responsible thing to do. Indeed, the only thing to do.
The hypocrisy of a GOP soft on violent insurrection after years of determined efforts to divide our nation is galling.
The party was the primary enabler of the Trump led march to extremism, supporting the hideous lie that a free and fair election was stolen and helping create the monster that materialized in the form of the mob violence at the U.S. Capitol.
Even when speaking against impeachment, no Republican corrected the record with the simple truth they all know, but won't admit: There was no election fraud. Cowards, all.
The party could have brought Trump to heel at any time, but was too afraid of a hostile tweet to stand up for American unity. And then the Republicans dove into the most dangerous move of all: promulgating the big lie that the election was stolen, a cruel act of violence against America that will lead to years of disunity as some members of the electorate stew in furious juices believing Trump's ego soothing fantasy.
Trump and the GOP big lie have caused such damage that now 20,000 National Guard troops must be stationed across a locked-down capital to guarantee the safety of the incoming president and vice president. Contemplate that. In our precious America, the Republican Party has brought us so low without moving to cure the problem they created. One president and one party are so dangerous that the lives of a fairly elected president, vice president and lawmakers are at risk because of the mobs they have encouraged.
Now they call for reconciliation while they stand on the floor of the same building where they watched in horror as Trump's mob raged through it, and to this moment justify Trump's violence against America?
Don't believe them. They've surrendered any shred of credibility to stand as a party of unification.
Instead, they still cower behind Trump, offering meaningless condemnations of the violence - meaningless because they're not backed by any action whatsoever. When someone like Rep. Liz Cheney breaks ranks and makes the responsible call for Trump's immediate ouster, they turn on her like wolves. When election officials, including Republicans, present an avalanche of data debunking Trump's claims of voter fraud, they call them liars and oppose the certification of the Elector¬al College results.
Through it all, they embolden the Proud Boys, Boogaloo Bois, neo-Nazis and other violent white-supremacist groups by repeating the lies that Trump has used to inflame and mobilize them. And now, as .yet unconfirmed reports suggest that a GOP lawmaker gave insurrectionists detailed tours of the Capitol the day before the attack to guide their way.
They do all this despite being fully aware of the human consequences of Trump's destructive presidency — the deaths and destruction in the Capitol, the terroristic threats to election workers and their families, the horrific spike in hate crimes under Trump, the calls among insurrectionists for a second civil war, and • so much more. Even Republicans admit they are terrified of Trump's mob and the death threats they so gleefully share.
Americans clashing with Americans. Americans plotting against Americans. Americans buying unprecedented numbers of weapons in fear of other Americans. The nation desperately needs unity, no question.
If Republicans have any legitimate concern for it, they need to stop acting as if the only road to reconciliation is for the major¬ity of American voters to simply swallow Trump's lie about voter fraud and resign themselves to another four years of the Trump presidency.
    It doesn't work that way.
The key to unity instead lies in Repub¬licans' hands. It involves telling the truth with an unequivocal message validat¬ing that it was a fair election, an absolute renunciation of the claims fueling the "stop the steal" madness, a disavowal of QAnon and the other insane' conspiracy theories that Trump has leveraged to create his mob, and a warning to the violent extrem¬ists in their ranks that ' they will be held accountable for any crimes they commit.
The Trump presidency is over. The question of how long and how badly it con¬tinues to damage America rests primarily in the hands of the Republicans who remain in office.
Until they take firm actions to repair the destruction they've caused, their calls for unity are self evidently insincere.

So, the Democrats don't want a border fence to keep out illegal aliens and MS13 gang members, but they do endorse a fence around the capitol to keep out U.S. citizens that feel disenfranchised.

(The razor wire.) Isn't that yet another sign that yes, the Democrats did illegal things during the US Elections. They are so nervous about being attacked because they know they did wrong and should be accountable and take responsibility for cheating. So yes, the republic government is now a socialist government and the people are no longer allowed to be in opposition of the govt. by speaking out about too much govt. over-reach, abuse of power, and control. Well, that's what today's younger college crowd always wanted, so now they have it. Now we all will have to be forced to be vegans, against our will.

We elect officials whom we hope will listen to the people and act in the best interests of the group as a whole. It is very sad and frustrating that elected officials think they are above the law and are allowed to spread false information and attack those with differing points of view. Trump should declassify everything and allow the people to see the truth for themselves.

I see the Republican Party with an attitude of all is well, and let’s move forward to win back the house, senate, and the presidency. All this time there are republicans that are impeaching Trump, and are completely happy with Biden now being in the White House after committing fraud and criminal activity. Is there no republicans with conviction and backbone. They are scared of the democratic communist and that they may threaten them or take away their place in the house or senate. This election was a fraud and there was crimes committed. They should never back down for speaking for the people. The Republican Party stood by before the election and allowed the democrats to go from state to state to make fraud easier to take place and there were no Republican challenges or actions of any kind. I guess they were hoping to rely on the courts, and you can see how that went. I don’t see enough republicans in any state to have the conviction to make the state laws protect the vote of all the people. I keep hearing about 2022. What do you think the democratic communist are going to do in 2022. They will stuff illegal ballots in the boxes and count them, change votes on voting machines until they win again. And this will go on from now on. The only thing I see as hope is if there is a revival of God’s people and a spiritual awakening to get conviction back in the hearts of each man. Then things could turn around!

Regarding your "Unconfirmed Report:" My guess is that even if Pres. Trump orders the referenced documents declassified, those in the Intelligence and Law Enforcement agencies that actually possess the documents, will simply refuse to comply - as happened before the election when Trump tweeted a directive to declassify documents. The agency head said a tweet is not binding, and no documents were released.

What the Democrats do not realize, is that conservatives are individual thinkers. We are not a cult blindly following President Trump. The President is our leader, he listens to us and is out spokesperson. He fights for us. He fought to the nth degree to keep us from communism and got impeached for it. Democrats cannot deprogram us, they are so unaware of what is going on with conservatives.

As always, democrats seek to harm republicans for misbehaviors and crimes perpetrated by democrats. We are living in distorted times where the innocent are targeted for destruction by malevolent mobs of feral democrats and other wild things. Apparently, the governing apparatus fully endorses this state of affairs.
