The U.S. Navy considers all photographs taken on board our submarines to be confidential and has a strict policy forbidding sailors from taking pictures, even just as personal memorabilia. The only sailor allowed to take pictures on board the sub is the official ship’s photographer, who takes photographs strictly as ordered. So when a sailor used his cellphone to take six pictures on board the USS Alexandria, he ended up being convicted of mishandling classified information and sentenced to a year in federal prison plus six months of house arrest followed by three years of federal probation. He was dishonorably discharged and lost all benefits, even his veteran status. His home is in foreclosure and he now works as a trash collector. He and his family have essentially lost everything.

Now, a different case: The State Department considers department email communication to be government property and has a strict policy forbidding the placing of such communication in non-secure settings, such as on a personal laptop. Huma Abedin forwarded State Department emails –- containing not just classified materials but official government passwords –- to her personal Yahoo account, where they were retrievable on the laptop of her infamous then-husband Anthony Weiner. Incidentally, Yahoo Mail has been plagued with security breaches, notably the compromising by foreign hackers of three billion (yes, that’s “billion,” with a “b”) email accounts.

After Huma’s gross mishandling of classified material, she was offered immunity from prosecution by the FBI for her closed-door testimony in the investigation –- oops, I mean “matter” –- of Hillary Clinton’s emails. Like Hillary herself, who blatantly mishandled thousands of documents, she faces no charges and walks free.

Former U.S. Navy Sailor Kristian Saucier, out of prison and now serving the house arrest portion of his sentence, appeared by satellite on FOX News to speak with Sandra Smith about the monumental double standard at work here –- not to make light of the mistake he made, to which he pleaded guilty and for which he is paying big-time, but to point out the injustice of that big ol’ “Get Out Of Jail Free” card carried by the Clintons and their cronies.

Saucier isn’t pumping his fist and chanting “Lock Her Up!” but simply wants to see due process, with Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin charged and prosecuted under the same system that prosecuted him.

Seems fair to me; how about you?

Hillary needs to stand trial with all her associates for massive government misuse of information bordering on treason. We need to start a new congressional independant investigation on O'Bama and the Clintons for monitoring Conservatives.
Mueller's investigation needs to give all the evidence of Democratic assault on Trump to the independant investigation on the Clintons. Specifically that Fisa.
If Congress wants us to believe they are serious, they should do their jobs and cut the budget. One thing they should start with is stopping the birthright. Give DACA green cards and make them renounce any other country and pledge allegiance to USA.
The other thing is the Federal Government should not get special retirement and health benefits. Medicare and Social Security is good enough. Let them save their cushy 200% salaries on their own, not on our workers backs.

I agree with this former sailor 100%! And now we are coming to see that this is merely added to Lois Lerner & her cohorts at the IRS, those involved with the atrocities at the VA, & now McCabe being "let go" but STILL gets full benefits! INFURIATING! Please keep doing all you can to publicize these things. I'm telling you, I have several neighbors who appear to believe EVERY WORD the "news media" has been feeding them about Pres Trump for the last 18 mos! Every word! I have older friends on FB who are TERRIFIED that Trump IS FORMING A DICTATORSHIP! PLEASE, CAN'T SOMETHING BE DONE TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT JOURNALISTS WHO MAY HAVE AN AGENDA? I worked in a ministry with MANY rescued from behind the Iron Curtain. They ALL warned that the beginnings of being taken over by dictators was to infiltrate the press! The schools became "camps" to form blind allegiance to the governments. CAN'T "ADVERTISEMENTS", or something be done in a "public way"?

Although what Saucier did was wrong, his life is ruined and I can't believe our government would destroy a person's life like that over pictures. There are illegal alien criminals out there that are getting off scott free, murders that are being ignored, Clinton not being indicted and this poor guy took 6 pictures. Let him do his due punishment but for God's sake, give him back what he had. He served in the military. Perhaps not put him back in the military but don't destroy him over pictures. Sad.

I totally agree with your article concerning the conviction of Hillary Clinton ( and ANYONE else involved) for those illegal and highly treasonist emails. There is a reason for the law and that is the safety of our Country.
NOT ONE PERSON is above the law whether the believe it or not.
If Hillary is allowed to get away with her illegal and treasonist act, the submarine sailor should not be punished either.
BTW. Illegal emailing is not the only crime this evil woman has committed so why is she still roaming free?

When is the government going to go after the Clinton's as they should? Both Clinton's have taken advantage of their positions to abuse the government and the people. They have done so much that is not ethical and still they are "admired" and worshipped by the left as pillars. Both sicken me and this sailor may have been unaware he did something wrong but Hillary was very aware and ignored the laws she helped make and was supposed to live by. The sailor should be given his status back and Hillary should have her's taken away, I have lost respect for both parties because both vote to benefit themselves and abuse those who elected them.

I agree, they should be prosecuted, but they never will be. No one 'on hill' ever has to pay for any illegal activities. No one is going to hold them accountable. I believe because there is such a big percentage of 'hill dwellers' that have dirty hands, no one is going to seek justice for another's crimes, for fear they will have to pay for their own. I am sad to say I do not even give it a second thought any more, I used to sign the petitions, write letters, etc. No one cares what we the people think, they all have placed themselves above the law and plan on keeping it that way.

I don't claim to be a genius, but I do claim to have lots of good common sense. The way I see it, everyone should be held to the same standards. I believe the biggest mistake we can make is to set a double standard for the rich and famous (politicians, celebrities, etc.) Their popularity and celebrity don't bother me; but when they break laws, have others killed to hide their sins, etc., I believe they owe a big debt to society! How will criminals ever learn right from wrong if we casually overlook their crimes? I also feel that by covering up high-profile crimes, others may feel encouraged to disregard rules, regulations and laws, thinking that they too can get away with crime. We insignificant folks know that we must obey the laws or get punished. To treat our citizenry as equals by having our laws apply to EVERYONE would truly make our country GREAT AGAIN! And perhaps, we would not have to worry about another "SWAMP" emerging in the future.

I spent over 25 years on active duty in the United States Air Force. If I had done what secretary of state Clinton did with classified emails I would have been locked up for the rest of my life; there is definitely a double standard. The Justice Department needs to fire all individuals hired during the time that Obama was President and get the Justice Department back on serving justice for the United States Citizens.

It is so sad to read about Hilary and the unfairness that has prevailed during her term of office. The same standard should hold for all of our Senators, representatives or anyone being paid by our government. It should be a crime to hold everyone to the same standards that our laws and constitution provide.

I wholeheartedly agree with this sailor and you on this matter. Hillary Clinton is a lawyer and as such she is fully cognizant of the laws regarding classified documents and their handling. Furthermore, before taking office all federal appointees who will be looking at and handling classified information are given very detailed instruction regarding laws governing said handling. This instruction I am sure was also given to Me. Abideen. Why they have not been held accountable is at least a travesty of justice and a double standard.

Hilary Clinton must absolutely be prosecuted for her crimes!
Many Americans have lost faith in our justice system and are furious that she and her associates were not held accountable for obvious security violations! Her failure to protect classified information put this country at risk.
I served in the U.S. Air Force for 28 years and have seen people suffer far greater consequences for far less security infractions than Clinton! As a bare minimum, she and her associates should be permanently stripped of their security clearances! It's inconceivable if they still have access !
The law is what protects everyday people and is a basis of our freedom and liberty! All Americans are subject to the law at all levels and our Attorney General needs to act swiftly and boldly to enforce our laws! It is essential he act now to restore faith in the system ! I and many others love this country and demand justice served equally and fairly !

Thanks to idiot Comey, he gave her a FREE PASS to move forward with her life and totally escape punishment for her many crimes! I just don't get it. Where has common sense and decency gone? There seems to be a gross lack and shortage of it these days with what's going on in government, men changing into women, women changing into men, murders every other day somewhere on our planet. Right is now wrong, wrong is now right. What in the name of God is going on????

  • Cathy Kilminster

After what Hillary and her cronies did, they should be prosecuted and jailed like this poor sailor. Yes, he did something wrong, but he is paying for it. This is definitely a double standard here. If you are wealthy and have the backing of other crooks in the government, then you go free. As an American citizen who believes in the Rule of Law, I want to see the Clintons and associates tried with a grand jury, go to court and receive appropriate sentencing. Enough is enough! We need to get rid of all the crooks in the Justice Department and the FBI. Comey thinks he is so smart, but he needs to be rounded up like the others. I did have respect for him until he came out on TV and told us that Hillary would not be tried. I knew right then that the "fix was in" like Trump says. What the Clintons and the Democrats, plus the liberal media, are doing to Trump is scandalous. This country needed someone like him after eight years of that lousy Obama, and all you have to do is look at where we are now, less than a year after he took office. He has my support 100%, and he is not afraid of anyone. Go Trump!

Yes, I agree that Hillary Clinton and her cronies should be prosecuted. There are too many inequalities with higher-ups getting off and the little guy having to pay the price. I also agree that colleges should either not get federal money or should have to pay some sort of tax on it since they certainly get money hand over fist from every college students attending. It is ridiculous the amount of money that is paid to colleges and like the public schools most of the students come out dumb as rocks and don't know how to do anything but protest. A nation of laws will beget a peerage of lawyers. Everyone knows that power corrupts, so that the ruling elite--the lawyers--will necessarily become corrupt. The more the lawyers control the justice system, by such means as abrogating the hard-won common-law right of juries to judge the law as well as the facts in a case, the more corrupt things get. I doubt the swamp can be drained. It's time to start over. As a lifelong pacifist, I must nevertheless agree with Thomas Jefferson: "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants."
