Arizona and Montana have asked a federal court in Arizona to issue an injunction blocking President Biden’s executive order slashing the number of arrests and deportations of dangerous illegal aliens that ICE is allowed to make. The number of deportations has dropped by 50% to record lows since Biden took office.

Biden claims the DHS directive is to protect non-violent offenders, but the Attorneys General of the two states say it has actually resulted in scores of accused murderers, rapists and kidnappers being set free to roam the US, endangering all US citizens.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich claims that Biden has incentivized and decriminalized illegal border crossing, and that by letting potentially dangerous criminals loose in Arizona communities, he is not only harming public safety but illegally blocking deportations that are required by statute.

Short translation: he’s supposed to enforce the laws, not rewrite them.

Biden is a "clear and present danger" to the security of our UNITED STATES of AMERICA and should be removed from office and tried for treason... see US Constitution-Article 3 Section 3 (giving aid and comfort to our enemies (criminals)
