“Trump was investigated despite evidence of his innocence. Hillary was not properly investigated despite evidence of her guilt.”

So concluded investigative reporter John Solomon –- as paraphrased by Dan Bongino –- but we already knew it was true. Our suspicions that “the fix was in” have been confirmed. After three years of FBI and special counsel investigations, even before the upcoming release of the Mueller report, there is a vast amount of evidence to support our conclusion, and anyone with half a brain who isn’t in total denial can see it, if not admit it.

Mueller’s report won’t say it, of course, because the special counsel is a team of partisan prosecutors, and the report will resemble a trial summation in that there is no requirement that it contain any exculpatory evidence whatsoever. (In contrast, a FISA warrant DOES require the inclusion of exculpatory evidence, though Obama’s FBI didn’t bother mentioning it even when seeking to spy on the Trump campaign.) And this special counsel report won’t deal with Hillary at all, as Hillary is conveniently “beyond the scope.” At least, we have reason to assume she is; the document outlining said “scope” has never been shared with us little people.

Ironically, the report’s one-sidedness in the face of what we already know will serve to underscore our conclusion about the “two-tiered” justice system.

But now that the unredacted testimony from FBI officials is finally coming out, courtesy of Georgia Rep. Doug Collins, and the intelligence sources tapped by the likes of John Solomon and Sara A. Carter are turning out to be spot-on correct, the reaction seems oddly ho-hum. I don’t mean odd for Democrats, who want to keep this information as far under the rug as they can sweep it, but for REPUBLICANS, because the blatant protection of Hillary has gone on for so long that many have essentially given up on the justice system. If the general tone of my reader comments is any indication, the thinking generally goes like this: “Hillary and her cronies will never be brought to justice, and this tale just gets more and more complicated every day, so why should I waste my time? Pardon my cynicism, but why should I even care at this point?”

This is the very attitude Democrats are counting on going into 2020. They love to drag out a story for as long as possible and then say, “That’s old news!” During the Obama administration, that narrative was Ben Rhodes’ speciality, and he was quite confident of his ability to accomplish his goal of furthering it. At some point along the way, it was no longer possible to utter the word “Benghazi” without being greeted with eye-rolls. (And, yes, I realize that Benghazi is one reason you are as cynical as you are now.) Whenever you hear media pundits and Democrat politicians say some version of “That’s old news --- we need to MOVE FORWARD,” you can be sure they’ve got their brooms out and the rug lifted high above the floor.

We absolutely cannot allow it to happen. If we do, we’re complicit in the exoneration of Hillary Clinton and the political weaponization of the Justice Department against Trump.

Doug Collins is doing what Congress should have done long ago –- taking matters into his own hands after getting fed up with the Justice Department redacting information simply for its own convenience rather than for national security. With Democrats now in charge, Congress as a whole will not take action on this, but what’s really exasperating is that it didn’t when Republicans were in charge, either. (Of course, Republican members of Congress who tried to get information from the DOJ were stonewalled every step of the way.) Something lit a fire under Rep. Collins, thank God. And now that Lindsay Graham chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee, he promises to use his subpoena power to fill in the details and make the full case.

Collins has defied the Justice Department by going to the floor of Congress and inserting unredacted congressional testimony transcripts into the Congressional Record. As long as the testimony doesn’t damage our national security or violate the privacy of innocents caught up in this mess, it’s a brilliant move and I say, “Go for it.”

Later on, if there’s anything classified that President Trump sees the need to declassify, he has the authority to do that and add it to our wealth of knowledge. John Solomon, in an outstanding piece in THE HILL, outlines the huge scandal that such information would expose, confirming our suspicions of the FBI’s intentional misleading of the FISA court by withholding exculpatory evidence on Trump campaign associates George Papadopoulos and Carter Page.

As it stands, we have received in just one week from Rep. Collins the unredacted closed-door testimony from Bruce Ohr, Lisa Page and now Peter Strzok, who was (incredibly) the lead FBI official in both the Hillary and Trump/Russia investigations and, later, worked on Mueller’s team. As busy as Strzok surely was, it’s hard to know when he found time for such voluminous texting, yet he’s best known for his many brazen anti-Trump texts with then-paramour Lisa Page, which were uncovered by IG Michael Horowitz and ultimately led to Strzok’s dismissal.

So what do we currently know that Strzok shared with the House Judiciary Committee last year behind closed doors? Well, we’ve learned that his versions of events and interpretations of certain texts were quite different from those of Lisa Page, who was surprisingly forthcoming in her testimony. And he insisted, ludicrously, that even though he texted in 2016 that he thought Hillary should win “100 million to zero,” his confidence in that happening did not color his investigative efforts.

We've also learned from Strzok that he was was never even asked by the special counsel about the possible effect his political opinion, as reflected in his texts, might have had on his objectivity. On the other hand, we know through key testimony from Lisa Page that Strzok’s opinion hardly would have mattered one way or the other, as then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch had directed the FBI not to prosecute Hillary for “gross negligence” in handling classified material, which is a violation of the Espionage Age. (Lynch said they couldn’t prove “intent,” when under the statute it wasn’t necessary to prove intent, at least when prosecuting any of us mere mortals and even though Hillary most assuredly DID intend to go around the law.) It’s Obama’s Department of Justice, headed by Lynch, that needs to be taken apart and thoroughly investigated for “fixing” Hillary’s case. That is William Barr’s task as new AG, and Rep. Collins has confidence in him regarding accountability.

Thanks to Strzok’s testimony, we even know that because of a deal struck between Hillary’s attorneys and the Obama DOJ, the FBI didn’t have access to Clinton Foundation emails that might have helped them with their investigation (sorry --- “investigation”). Who gets a deal like that? The details in the story from Jerry Dunleavy at the WASHINGTON EXAMINER are stunning…

And if you didn’t see it over the weekend, here’s the link we offered to the more detailed story from FOX News…

So, if transparency is so important now (and it is), why did Lindsay Graham block the Senate vote on releasing the entire Mueller report after the House approved the resolution 420-0? According to Rep. Collins, the House vote was “a political stunt” to see if they could get some members of Congress to vote “against transparency.” It wasn’t necessary because it was for something that Bill Bar has said will be happening anyway, so there was no reason to vote against it. In the Senate, Graham had made his support contingent upon including an amendment calling for a second special counsel –- which we need –- to investigate the FBI and DOJ’s behavior in “investigating” the Clinton email case. These votes don't matter; we’re going to see the Mueller report.

No we don't give up, we start getting real nasty with Bill Barr and DT, We get blunt and direct. Justice will be served on hilary the murderer. no questions asked. She WILL be prosecuted for Uranium one AND the foundation, and all the people who are associated with her that are " committing suicide". The latest is even suspicious. The deep state MUST be destroyed, and now it is by any means required. Our nation is in dire straits. If there is no justice there is no nation. It is no longer an option.

I’ve always been a positive sort. The lazy, complicent & gutless Republicans, exception would be Rep. Collins & a few others, have given rise to constant misgivings. Why does the party of Republicans act so weak & spinless. I have grandchildren with more courage. I’ve stopped supporting the RNCC & recently stopped watching Fox News as a source for truth. I’ve rely on folks such as you & sites such at WND @ Info Wars.

Hillary Clinton should be in jail - this is what most Americans think. How does she get to go free after all the crimes she has committed. I don't understand how Congress and the Administration will let this go. Something needs to happen as she is guilty of so much. I don't care if she is old and a grandmother - she is a criminal.

Consider the irony: If the DOJ had indicted Hillary Clinton, the DNC would have chosen another candidate. Vice President Biden most likely have come to the aid of his party, and quite likely would have beaten Donald Trump. Be careful what you wish for - you just might get it.

You’re so right when you state that many believe Hillary Clinton will never be truthfully investigated and the Americans will just move on apathetically.

I do believe Hillary Clinton is grossly negligent in her duties she was sworn in to uphold. Further more, when I hear “Benghazi,” my blood boils.

    Do we ever forget 9/11?
Do we ever forget WW11, WW1 and would we, or how could we, ever forget the Holocaust (sp)?

    NO never!

We cannot and must not let any of the political weaponry by our CIA, FBI and “higher ups.”

This is our America and we must hold wrong doers accountabie!

I believe the “light of day” is forthcoming!

God Bless President Trump and the First Family, God Bless you Governor,Sarah, and your family.
After the events of the last several years of my life, if President Trump was not in Office, I would bet that I would have relocated to another country.
My life is hard. My abuse started in infancy, and left me with multiple disabilities. I should be in assisted living. "I don't give up"! As a Catholic you understand the merit of "offering your suffering", united to Christ's Suffering on the cross. I offer it perpetually for Our First Family, you Gov. Huckabee, and yours. God Bless you all, and all that you do. God Bless and protect America, our home sweet home.

Governor, you're exactly on target. The application of justice in this country has become a farce: if you're Liberal, then even crimes are overlooked; if you're a conservative, even blatant allegations become convictions by the media and the delusional Dems. This 2-justice system must be stopped now! Why don't the FISA judges, who should know by now they were taken for fools by the DOJ and FBI when they presented fake allegations from a fake dossier against the president, don't hold these people in contempt? Why don't they speak up? This is an outrage, not only to the People but especially to those judges. And on another topic, please remind the President, if already not accomplished to "Empty the swamps": get rid of all Obama/Dems administration holdovers who, instead of serving the People, only serve themselves or their parties and are "traitors" to the President. All personnel in the administration must “row” in the same direction for the good of the country and current Commander-in-Chief!

I have never given up on the rule of law and continuing with providing Hillary with true Justice. I have been supporting Judicial Watch in there efforts to bring real justice to Hillary for her email scandal and the other many criminal or at least unpatriotic activities. They have and continue to use public information requests followed by law suits for release of information when necessary (which with DOJ is mostly).

All of this needs to come out on every media outlet. No rose colored glasses on it either. We have/had too many Republican politicians involved in this as well. The number one is John McCain along with other rhinos in the RNC party. Lindsey Graham has flip flopped as well as not backing President Trump.
The Mueller indictments against the people who supposedly lied to the DOJ, Congress, whomever and had their lives ruinned should be given a public apology by Mueller. The money he and his cronies made from running this false investigation should be given to their victims.
The DNC and HRC need to publicly apologize to President Trump as well. Barr needs to throw the book at all of those involved and the taxpayers money wasted because of their greed for power and money.

In order to allow Bill Barr to do his duty, Trump needs to fire every political appointee in the DOJ, and replace them with new people. And if he finds any career employees (likely former political appointees who burrowed in), whp engaged in misconduct, fire those too. Then give Barr a suspense date by which he comes up with a thorough case against any and all who misused their positions in CIA, DOJ or NSA. If Barr can't do it, get someone who can.

I will believe it when I see it. The Republicans just can’t bring themselves to make waves like the liberals. The GOP has become wimpish. Not so the DNC. They will say anything , nasty or not, true or not, exaggerated or not, and they go to any links to misinterpret for their own ambitions. I cannot believe the Republicans are going to have the guts to really prosecute the case against Hilary. A Segment of the DNC has become so nasty and threatening that they intimidate the GOP and many of the more reasonable of their party. I do not know the solution because the children are being brainwashed in school and have no idea about the uniqueness and the greatness of this country. I don’t know why is being taught about economics but if Cortez is any example it is a weird curriculum that has no basis in reality..

If it weren't for you, Mike, and your humor I don't know what I would do. I think there is a spark of hope that all this garbage will finally be revealed. But the scope of how big this thing is boggles my mind. The swamp is deep and wide and stinkier than we imagined. I don't agree with the Presidential Tweets but how else is he going to communicate other than Fox News. My heart and my prayers go out to President Trump and his family. There are times now when I see a tired President. I know he marches on but it's sad to see a vibrant man burdened with all this evil that is against him----including Republicans. “Trump was investigated despite evidence of his innocence. Hillary was not properly investigated despite evidence of her guilt.” has been the known consensus for some time, as well as summing it all up concisely, nicely, and to the point. I too, along with many other Christian American Patriots, continue to pray and hope that Hillary and the corrupt swamp will all have to face, and answer to true justice, including the penalties thereof. Thank you for keeping us all informed. Keep up the excellent work.

It seems that Hillary's and the Obama justice department's crimes will finally come to light. I hope so.
But that's not good enough. Somehow, the message needs to go out to the American people how corrupt all these people are, while they investigate President Trump for things that they have done. Even people on Fox News are still speculating that Trump "misdeeds" in the Mueller report will be kept from the public.
The real concern is that the mainstream media will hide all news of the misdeeds of Clinton, Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein and the rest, and still make President Trump sound like the bad guy.
Back when the investigation of President Trump was starting, I saw an article about what's just coming out now. When I tried to look at it again the next day, I couldn't find it-- purposely removed???
And what about the Democrats at the top of the Virginia state government? I'm not hearing about them. If they'd been Republicans, there would have been non-stop coverage until they were forced out of office.
Those of us supporting President Trump and making America great again need the media to be forced to be more honest, or Mr. Trump is right to say that they are America's enemy.

I’m a curious kind of guy, and I’m sure the fix was on for Hillary. But I hope the investigation goes deeper than that! We need to see how long this has been going on. Was the fix on for Barack Obama after all he came out of left field ( community organizer) and took the world by storm , give me a break who are they trying to fool! The country needs to get to the truth and root out and prosecute to the fullest anyone involved in tampering with elections no matter what party affiliation! I find it hard to believe this hanky panky just started !
