November 10, 2020

By Mike Huckabee

Biden’s 93,000-vote lead in Arizona has shrunk to less than 15,000 votes with approximately 61,500 left to count. It’s possible Trump could pull ahead. That won’t bring Biden’s current unofficial electoral vote count below 270, but with Michigan and Pennsylvania still facing legal challenges, the results are not set in stone, no matter how much cement the media keep trying to dump on it. More details at the link on how this could play out.

Since there’s so much fast-breaking news related to the election, please bookmark this page from It’s their live blog that compiles news and comments in real time. The map on the right side also shows current vote totals when you hover your cursor over each state:

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell celebrated Republican Senate winners Monday and took a little time to give the media and the opposing party a primer on how the process for determining a Presidential election winner works.

That was a must-read in itself, but then he delivered the quote worth requoting:

“Let’s not have any lectures, no lectures, about how the President should immediately, cheerfully accept preliminary election results from the same characters who just spent four years refusing to accept the validity of the last election and who insinuated that this one would be illegitimate, too, if they lost again — only if they lost. The people who push this hysteria could not have any more egg on their faces than they do right now.”

Oh, sure they could!

One year ago on “Sixty Minutes,” Nancy Pelosi insisted that socialism was “not the view of her party.” This week, while angling to remain Speaker, she ducked questions about whether she opposed socialists or would put “Democratic” socialists into House leadership positions, brushing it off with vague talk about “differences of opinion.”

A good rule of thumb is that if someone refuses to denounce socialism, they’re either a socialist, scared of socialists, or don’t know what socialism is. People who aren’t socialists but actually know what socialism is, like the Cubans in Florida, never hesitate to denounce it.

Singer/songwriter Austin Forman racked up nearly half a million views on YouTube practically overnight for his furious but funny pro-Trump song about suspicious election activity, “Pallets Full of Ballots.” Warning: Contains very bad language!

Yesterday, we brought you the story of how Biden’s team is already pressuring the General Services Administration to anoint him as the “President-elect” –- well, heck, the media have –- and to immediately start the “transition” process for a Biden administration.

We said wait just a doggone minute. Nothing about this is official yet. The head of the General Services Administration, in charge of setting up the “transition,” agreed that the Biden team’s push for this was premature. And, as of Monday, something else IS official: Attorney General Bill Barr has sent a memo authorizing the Department of Justice (including all U.S. attorneys and FBI Director Christopher Wray) to investigate voting irregularities in the 2020 election.

Barr apparently reads his mail. On Friday, 39 Republican members of the House had written Barr, appealing to him to allow DOJ resources to look into the allegations and make sure the election and vote counting process are fully consistent with state and federal law. People who’ve been asking, “Where is Bill Barr?” should be glad to know he’s on the job.

The letter to Barr, authored by Rep. Michael Cloud of Texas, said, “While each state runs its own election process, the United States Department of Justice is ultimately responsible for the integrity of federal elections. The American people must have the utmost confidence that the outcome of the presidential election is legitimate.”

Here’s the memo from Barr authorizing the investigation. It makes great reading.

Barr says that to wait until after the vote is certified would not be advised, as “Such a passive and delayed enforcement approach can result in situations in which election misconduct cannot realistically be rectified.” No kidding.

Barr is minimally concerned that these actions will impact the vote, in that voting has already taken place. “...I authorize you to pursue substantial allegations of voting and vote tabulation irregularities prior to the certification of elections in your jurisdictions, as I have already done in specific instances.” Also, he warns: “While it is imperative that credible allegations be addressed in a timely and effective manner, it is equally imperative that Department personnel exercise appropriate caution and maintain the Department’s absolute commitment to fairness, neutrality and non-partisanship.” Barr stresses that he isn’t saying voting irregularities have impacted the outcome of any election, just that he’s giving the authority to address those allegations.

This phrase jumps out: " I have already done in specific instances." No elaboration. Apparently, some investigation of specific allegations has already been going on.

Barr didn’t predict where this would eventually lead: “ would likely be prudent [for U.S. attorneys] to commence any election-related matters as a preliminary inquiry, so as to assess whether available evidence warrants further investigative steps.”

Attorney Harmeet Dhillon, in a piece she wrote for FOX News, lays out the various GOP lawsuits examining a variety of irregularities at the polls in Michigan, Georgia, Arizona and Pennsylvania, explaining how they likely could have impacted the vote in those states.

As reported in the EPOCH TIMES, a 78-page lawsuit has been filed by David A. Kallman, senior counsel with the Great Lakes Justice Center, in Detroit (Wayne County) alleging “clear fraud” and numerous issues of misconduct.

In Pennsylvania, House Speaker Bryan Cutler has called for a “full audit” of the presidential election returns before the vote is certified. He cites “very serious equal protection rights issues” due to votes from different counties being treated differently.

Also, 10 attorneys general have filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in support of Pennsylvania Republicans who are asking that the ruling extending the deadline for mail-in ballots be overturned. As we’ve discussed, it’s the state legislature’s job to set the deadline, not the governor and the state supreme court.

Here’s the brief.

We reported yesterday on another serious allegation, this one about voting machine software deliberately flipping votes. There’s much more to be examined before we can be confident we've counted every legal vote but not the illegal ones.

My point: this is far from over. Biden may be deluded into thinking he’s officially the President-elect –- and I can understand this if he’s watching almost any news outlet --- but HE IS NOT THE PRESIDENT-ELECT. It’s almost as if he, like the rest of America, were being “gaslighted” about this. So, it occurs to me that another question, only slightly tongue-in-cheek, needs to be asked: Since Biden is essentially a private citizen right now, with the race up in the air, is he already talking with foreign leaders as if he were President?

When he was Vice President, attending a January 5, 2017, Oval Office meeting with outgoing President Obama and a handful of top-level bureaucrats, he reportedly (according to Sally Yates) brought up the Logan Act, an obscure law that said it was a crime for a private citizen to conduct foreign policy. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t care about this centuries-old law that has never been used to successfully prosecute anyone, but since Biden himself apparently thought it was a good law to use to go after then-incoming National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, it might be fun to look at applying it here.

Is Joe Biden already talking with foreign leaders and trying to set foreign policy as a private citizen of the United States? If so, he’s certainly as subject to the Logan Act as Mike Flynn was --- arguably more so, since Flynn actually was serving the duly-elected President during an official transition period.

(Related: Biden’s team is rumored to have been working behind the scenes with Trump’s Secretary of Defense Mark Esper, even though election results have not been certified, votes are still being counted and alleged irregularities are being investigated. You will note that President Trump has just terminated Esper. Trump's being savaged by the media –- so what else is new? –- for firing Esper during the “transition” --- which is NOT officially underway --- but the two reportedly had a strained relationship, and if the rumors are true about Esper coordinating with the Biden team, one has to wonder what else has gone on behind Trump's back.)

Now, here's where the Logan Act comes in: We know Biden plans to take a far different approach to foreign policy, particularly with Iran and China, than Trump did (unfortunately), so I wonder if he's already been in touch with, say, Tehran or Beijing, undermining Trump's policy. Biden is not a member of the current administration, nor is he even officially cleared to be in the “transition.” Since calls between Americans and foreign leaders are surely picked up by our surveillance, if Biden is "playing President" on any of those calls, I assume his name will be unmasked, he will be investigated and interrogated by the FBI –- with the goal of catching him in a perjury trap and ensnaring him in litigation for years –- and he will possibly be prosecuted under the Logan Act for trying to affect U.S. foreign policy as a private citizen.

It wasn’t too harsh a punishment for Mike Flynn.

And now, here's a similar take, just found at I swear we thought of this completely independently.

Our Country is founded on Law and Order. Plain and Simple. Lawlessness, fraud, and all of it should not, can not, will not be rewarded. Their actions ARE treason.
Thank you to all of our honorable and brave Veterans who have sacrificed so very, very much all these many years so we can have Law and Order.

I really enjoy your newsletter Mr. Huckabee. And your Saturday night show—always record it. Here’s my comment/question: I am very concerned how everything seems to be pushed under the rug in our political system. Ex: The Barr/Durham results of an important investigation. When will we hear something? Or will this be ignored because Barr will be replaced immediately if Mr. Biden moves into the White House? And what about Hunter Biden’s computer findings? The contents sound very critical to what the Biden family is all about, which isn’t good. Where are reports about this? Buried for good it sounds like, especially since the FBI has known about it for 11 months. I don’t know who to write to about these concerns and I bet lots of other folks have the same questions and just don’t know who/what department in our government to express ourselves to. Would it be possible for you to mention websites/names in your newsletters—frequently? And possibly your monologue in your shows? It’s important we voice our opinions especially right now. We can’t continue to roll over, ignore, play dead. Thank you Mr. Huckabee. We appreciate you. And your daughter!

Not related to anything but wanted to share something I feel important. I get this magazine call End Time. Read an interesting story about climate change. The goal is a perpetual crisis to keep us in fear mode. This human-induced global warming, which leads to climate change is a hoax. It is nothing more than an enormous wealth redistribution scheme. This hoax is agenda driven by the world government. Why Biden wants to go back to Paris deal. Now related statement - Trump will be re-elected. Biden is illegally claiming to be President elect. He is as much President elect as you or me.

Having retired after a career in computer software and programming, I know for sure it is possible to alter computer software at the last minutes of vote counting. The software patch applied late on election night could very easily have taken votes from Trump and given them to Biden. I have heard a patch was illegally applied Tuesday to several vote counting computers. Trump had a large lead late on Tuesday and the lead had disappeared Wednesday morning and Biden had a lead.

Is a re-vote out of the question where the corruption of the vote is unable to be unraveled?

For overhauling the voting machine, Why not previously vetted citizens be assigned a direct link to vote on the day of the election through their email so that they can vote securely and direct to a FEDERAL COMPUTER, bypassing all biased state run machinery and people who would, will and have perpetrated voter fraud in the past?

For those of you who still cannot admit or grasp the depth of this fraud and abuse to our countries internal founding principals ask:
    1. How many in question ballots were NOT for Biden or his party?
    2. How many states where almost the ENTIRE fraud of this election were Not BLUE?
    3. Of the states who stopped counting early, without being finished counting on vote night were:
    a. Blue, without exception
    b. Trump's, without exception
    c. Biden's after the count resumed, without exception
    d. Not allowing Republican observers their legal right to observe, without exception
    e. Allowing thousands of non-source vetted votes to be counted without segregation with, in
some cases, ENTIRE batches in the thousands by the thousands for Biden, a statistical
    impossibility, almost without exception.

Look, you get the drift, this was definitely a rigged election and therefore void in the states where this corruption was practiced, is therefore void and requires a strict Federally observed REVOTE!

The list of improprieties by BLUE (Biden) states goes on and on. He and the people who backed him should be ashamed, many of them should be in jail.

That was a funny song, in spite of the language. And, he hits the nail on the head.

Good ol' hil mentioned often about her 30+ years in politics (although only 8 years in an official political position as senator and secretary of state for 4) yet proclaimed she had no idea about the lawful use of emails, etc as a bona fide political figure. Now, we have joe biden who, after 47 years seems to have no idea that the winner of the Presidential election isn't officially proclaimed until mid Dec after electoral ballots are tabulated.

I want to read the edition where you mentioned the paper used for ballots being was somehow marked for tracking by a committee. Is it possible for me to get the story again.

I took my ballot to the voting center, but they were going to take it and put it into a box so I asked them to mark across each page so it could not be used, they were going to put my unmarked ballot into a box on the floor. Then they printed a paper ballot as my ballot, it was then run through a scanner, I asked if I needed to sign it first and was told no. My daughter was given the option to vote by machine, I wasn't. We went to the same voting center at different times. With all the irregularities I now wonder if I really voted at all. I live in Orange County CA and voted for Trump. Please send the edition if at all possible. I think it was within the last 2-3 days. Today is November 10th. Praying hard for the truth to be brought to light. A friend has family in AZ who were given "markers" instead of pens, the ink ran through to the other side, when they questioned the ballot's reliability, they were told no problem, their ballots were fin and would be counted.

I am still stunned as to what would vote for a leftist. I use the term what because a human being can not understand anything but hate and corruption. Lefty Governors are keeping people from their places of worship now they basically wants to cancel Thanksgiving I wouldn't bet against them canceling Christmas after all it is the day Christ came to us whats with these Heathens. Schumer looks like the Grinch and acts like one Pelosi is busy stirring her last black pot of hate for the season Harris and Biden are sharpening the knives to carve up American values commerce and the energy sector also is trying to cover the North Star so the Wise men will be silenced. What votes for a Lefty Government official one that is paid for by the CCP. What color uniform will the military wear under the Harris Biden Administration I pray I wouldn't have to witness it. May not like what i would see I truly do not trust the 2 of them.

My heart literally breaks for President Trump. I wish I could speak to him personally. I’m still praying for him each day. I don’t think the American people have a clue what they have opened the door to. Not the 70 million that understand but the other millions who are so very lost. I just cannot believe in live in America and can say we actually have become so godless and corrupt we have to fear for the future of this nation. The wealthy rich democrats don’t care who they crush! They will take their money and destroy the middle class and poor even further.

God please help this nation, we are desperate for you to expose the darkness all around us! ????

Unfortunately, Governor, the (lack of) comment from Nancy Pelosi was made in response to a question asked by Fox News. The very idea that Fox News is NOW worried about a country tilting left one-ups the hypocrisy of the far left. From now on, any mention of what used to be that network will now be referred to what they have really become - CNN2. And no, I don't care what they ask whom anymore - they are a non-entity. It seems Donald Trump is alone, Media coverage has always defined him as the Villain in the Black Hat ,other than the 70 plus Million voters, where is the support of my President in this obvious fraudulent election. How does one trust our Congress, Our media outlets, our Judges our Supreme Court, it ruled On Obama care disregarding the Constitution, and other matters that went against the Constitution. Also our leaders with the FBI the CIA, I considered Trumps accusation of our Intellegent Agencies may be corrupt with question i put that to rest along time ago he was proven correct they are corrupt with sadness and distressed I still stand by the Assessment this country today has been exposed to more corruption than I thought The Obama Biden Crime Family started my downward spiral of trust, the corrupt investigation of my President Donald Trump then the Impeachment of my President Donald trump now this Election with all the illegal changes by states to defraud the election; the counting Covid 19 deaths in a despicable and I believe in a criminal way, and now it wants a Communist style of Government what the hell is left of this country? Other than 70 million plus Great Pro Americans for which I am one. Now the media wants Harris and Biden the Queen and King of Corruption to rubber stamp our country to a Communist way of a lower style living.

What is the penalty for a dead person voting? Not much if the dead person did not cast its vote someone or something must have. I haven't seen dead people rising up on election day yet to cast their vote. Can the entity that cast that vote for a dead person be fined and or in prisoned by law and how does one arrest the illegal voter for that crime? If convicted how many years can the criminal get for such a criminal offense? Maybe immunity and a 900 dollar fine with community service for a year.if the criminal comes clean before the end of the week

So far, no one trusts election results. If DOJ does a credible job inspecting results, trust could return. Given decades of dismal performance, expectations of trustable outcome are low.
