Robert Mueller's Russian Military indictments

Chalk up another victory in the new Cold War that's incongruously being fanned up by the left: Robert Mueller has obtained grand jury indictments of 12 Russian military intelligence officers for allegedly hacking into the Clinton presidential campaign and Democratic Party and releasing tens of thousands of emails  and memoes deemed "politically damaging" (i.e., they revealed to the voters what was actually being said and done) in a "sweeping conspiracy by the Kremlin to meddle in the 2016 U.S. election."

At this point, before Democrats hyperventilate, I should note that the announcement stressed that no Americans were involved and the hacking had no effect on changing any ballots.  So sorry, Trump really is the President, and he will stay that way.

 

I would also add that if a relentless prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich, this is the equivalent of indicting a dozen bowls of borscht.  Mueller previously made a media splash by indicting several Russian companies, apparently assuming they would never show up in court to answer the charges and demand to see his evidence.  Oops, one of them did!  Major embarrassment that Mueller has been backtracking away from furiously.  This time he must be hoping to avoid a similar fiasco by indicting 12 Russian spooks who are about as likely to show up in an American courtroom as I am at a Peter Fonda movie.

 

On the plus side, at least this investigation has finally targeted someone or something remotely related to its mission.  We should be doing everything possible to discourage foreign interference in our elections (although, curiously, Democrats who are so exercised over unverified "Russian collusion" rumors don't seem to mind letting non-citizens actually vote.)

 

Still, it's hard to work up too much rage at Russia for hacking into US secrets when the people charged with protecting them were reportedly using "password" as a password and sending classified documents over an unsecured homemade server stored in the bathroom next to the Glade air freshener.

If you're dumb enough to leave your car in a bad neighborhood with the windows down and the key in the ignition, and someone steals it, sure , it's still a crime; but don't expect me to feel a lot of sympathy for you.  Or vote for you for President.

    I enjoyed reading this article. It made me laugh, when really I should be crying that our Country has come to this. I just wish the media would tell the truth for a change. There's something else they won't tell the truth about (because they are in bed with Big Pharma; just look at all their commercials), but I've tried sharing this with you before. No one seems interested. It's about natural cures for cancer. There are so many out there, I wish our insurance companies would provide the means to get these natural treatments. After battling cancer for two years, all it took was a vitamin to wipe out five of my tumors all in a ten-week span. I'm now 5 1/2 years in remission. I'm a mother of four children, married 26 years, and also a published author of Historical Inspirational Fiction. But most importantly, I'm a child of God. He's the One who provided me with a cure. While I was battling, I begged Him to promise me something if He took me away from my kids. He had to promise me He'd find someone for my husband who would love my kids as much as I do and get them to heaven. I begged Him to promise me this. Well ... I'm still here. God is Good. He's still Good even if He decided to take me home. Okay. Enough rambling. I'm sure you have hundreds of emails to wade through. Blessings to you.

    I'm thinking the whole Russian hacking of the DNC and Clinton's emails, can be related to the Anwan brothers, as I think I"ve mentioned before...I mean, figure, they gave the Pakistani brothers access to all the computers, why wouldn't they sell what they retrieved from the government computers to the Russians and Iran and Syria, and every other country who wants to do damage POTUS and US security??? I'm going to harp on Anwan until someone does something about them....also got the feeling that Rosenstein's timing for his Russian hacking announcement, was timed to interfere with POTUS' Russia visit. I mean, this didn't just come up yesterday...I'm thinking Rosenstein, Mueller, and all the top FBI administration are all a part of the Swamp, and should all go...Also, Strozk said he still has top Security Clearance, so does that mean he's still on OUR payroll?? No one has said he's been fired, yet...I hope that will be coming soon...why should we be paying his salary all these years to sit is his office and text his lover??? Anybody have any answers??

    Hi Mike, this regards your recent Huck hero the 14 yr old Thai boy who speaks several languages. Did you know he is a Christian and part of a church in a Compassion International project? You can follow this up, but I believe his church may have fed volunteers and prayed and possibly had children singing and praising Jesus outside the cave area. He maybe the only Christian of the bunch. I hope we hear more about him! I am a Compassion sponsor and heard this on a facebook group for correspondents. I also want to say that I am thankful for you and your daughter and the truth that I hear from you in the middle of the mess! Joan

    I would just like to know why it is that the criminals on the left when subpoenaed to testify and spill about their involvement in atrocious crimes committed by THEM, how is it that their hides aren't nailed to the wall? Why do they get to sit and lie their heads off when they're caught red handed with their silly hands in the cookie jar??? WHY? Do they actually think the yarns they spin in the "hot seat" will be swallowed by the Americans who pay their salaries? When are they ever going to have to face the music and pay the piper? WHEN????????????????????

    The names may change, the actions may look a little different, but everything the left does or have done are for one thing, and one thing only.....to try to get rid of President Trump. Everything they have done for years has been destructive to our country.

    Governor,
    I am getting a little tired of the litany of one-sided stories about the separation of families at our border. As a thirty-two year veteran of the U.S. military, I frequently supported federal agencies attempting to protect our citizens from the dangers of a porous border. What galls me most recently is the steady stream of family separations blamed on our government, when ICE and others are largely in the business of keeping families together and separating them very temporarily for humanitarian reasons. Could you please educate the public about: 1) The reasons families are separated at our borders that are not the work of our government, but the work of coyotes, parents and drug runners and the efforts of ICE and others to reunite legitimate family members; 2) The very short separation periods (minutes and hours not days or weeks) for humanitarian reasons (verifying family membership, individually processing parents, providing health services, etc.); 3) The history of family separations at the border (not a Trump initiative); 4) The actual average separation times for U.S. agency initiated actions versus those initiated by smugglers and traffickers: 5) The extraordinarily difficult and dangerous jobs border agents undertake (separating the hostile from the docile, protecting themselves and citizens from the lawless; stopping infectious diseases from entering our country to name a few). You could expand on these themes to clear the air with regard to emotionally charged quarter-truths being used to excite the masses! Thank you in advance for all you do advance the truth. Mike W

    Well, I have an observation or some might call it an opinion. Just maybe, these hackers were actually looking for information on the nominee because they thought that she, being a criminal, might indeed become the President. If that happened it would most certainly be to there advantage to have the particular kind of information that they were no doubt gathering. Just my observation as maybe possible!

    Thank you, Governor. I’m so glad when someone reminds us that ALL that was revealed in the emails was the truth, and that probably did impact people’s opinion.
    I like to stick to 3 questions:
    1. If the Democrats are concerned about fair elections, why are they not bothered by their own primary being “rigged” from the inside by one of the CANDIDATES?
    2. If they’re so concerned about the Russians, why not turn over the DNC server that we KNOW was hacked, and why doesn’t the FBI care?
    3. Was Hillary Clinton (A) incompetent, (B) dishonest, (C) both incompetent and dishonest when she implied that ANYONE could perform the job of Sec. of State WITHOUT sending and receiving classified data via email. That is impossible!

    Mr. Huckabee, I think that the Russian hackers are smart enough to not allow themselves to be traced back. This is all made up by the Democratic elites, again. So tiring!

    Cannot believe they are wasting millions upon millions to effectively attack the greatest President in my life time to disenfranchise millions of legitimate United States citizens' votes and ultimately cover up the real greed and power driven traitorous acts against the United States of America and her citizens. Mean while the great majority of us attempt to navigate the horrendous gauntlet, created by these lick themselves all over ??, to have what they call healthcare, fix our vehicles, afford the no inflation miracle living expenses, etc.,etc.,etc., without bankruptcy or other catastrophic on going events, including mortality and the entirely criminal invasion of our country.

    I think Mueller is still digging so he can get rid of or cover up a lot of his own corrupt things he did, like taking the uranium sample to Russia, plus I am sure there are many more.

    So now " meddling " is a crime ? The MSM doesn't seem to want to offer up a description of the actual " crimes " that may have been committed. Finally, the WSJ is calling for Mr. Trump to declassify the documents - I think they should be unredacted ! If someone is embarrassed - tough; they should be. It's hard to believe that in this very basic skullduggery, there are any " secret " sources or methods to be found. Meddling ? Sounds almost like being called for taunting...in the NFL.

    Additionally, why should any country be expected NOT to try and influence our policies / elections to get us to elect the leaders they would prefer, the policies they'd like ? Believing that isn't happening is hopelessly naive. Good old BO went over to Merrie Old to try and get them to shy away from Brexit, which they promptly voted for - meddling with a capital M ;-}
