After two days, seven jurors have been seated in Alvin Bragg’s Rube Goldberg-esque prosecution of Donald Trump in Manhattan. Legal analysts are saying that this case will be won or lost for Trump on jury selection, since he’ll need to find at least one juror who gives a flying fig about the law or the truth and will stand up to intense pressure to “get Trump.”  That will be tough in New York City, as this process is already proving. Here are some articles on how it went…

And this one reveals the 42 questions that jurors have to answer before they are accepted or rejected. They do not include, “Do you have any knowledge of the law or constitutional rights?” Apparently, that’s also not a requirement to be a New York prosecutor.

Strategery! While Trump’s judge has made it clear that the purpose of this trial is really to shut him up and keep him off the campaign trail during a presidential election, Trump turned the tables on both the Democrats and the prosecutor.

Unable to go to battleground states to campaign, Trump turned a trip to a Harlem bodega into a viral campaign video. He visited the bodega worker who killed a violent robber in self-defense and was wrongfully prosecuted for murder by criminal-coddling DA Alvin Bragg (he later sued Bragg for wrongful prosecution, which along with releasing real criminals seems to be his hobby.)

As a crowd in the background chanted, “Four more years,” bodega co-owner Maad Ahmed told the New York Post, “I have never voted, because I’ve been working, but this time I will. We need Donald Trump back in the White House because he’s a strong guy.”

Silence THAT, Democrats.
