Wonder how many billions of dollars’ worth of ads Mike Bloomberg will have to run to try to make Democratic voters forget that he said this about crime, guns and minorities back in the distant, pre-woke era of 2015?

It might be too early yet to write Joe Biden’s political obituary, but Stephen Green at PJ Media is working on a first draft, and he offers some pretty compelling reasons why.

To me, this is why the entire premise of the Democrats’ Ukraine “quid pro quo” claim was ridiculous: it was based on Trump assuming Joe Biden would be his Democratic rival for President, and as he’s said before, he never thought Biden would be the nominee. For decades now, Joe Biden has been painted by the media as a Presidential frontrunner, right up until the time people actually start voting, and then it all falls apart.

Also, a hat-tip to Instapundit for finding this example of Biden’s political tone-deafness, this time on the subject of gun control. Bonus: includes a great meme on Mike Bloomberg’s arrogant disregard for Second Amendment rights.

And speaking of New Hampshire’s motto (“Live Free or Die”), the Babylon Bee has a hilarious observation about that.

Must-See Video: Rob First destroys AOC’s assault on the idea of individuals “pulling themselves up by their own bootstraps” without lots of big government assistance.

Speaking of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the “degreed economist” recently tried to make a point about the failures of capitalism and income inequality by quoting “famed economist Milton Keynes.” Problem: there is a Milton Friedman and a John Maynard Keynes, but the only “Milton Keynes” is a town in Great Britain (I eagerly await her comments about the socialist theories of famed economist, Dixville Notch.)

After being razzed online, AOC assailed her critics for focusing on a “typo” and ignoring her important point about the failures of capitalism. Okay, since she brought it up: “Typo” aside, here’s why the economic point she was trying to make was also incorrect: what capitalism has actually done in this case is free women from much of the drudgery of housework through automation.

TV ratings for Sunday’s Oscarcast plummeted 20% from last year (nearly 6 million viewers!) to break the previous record low viewership set in 2018. Which is really too bad: think of all the Americans who didn’t get to learn about the blatant injustice of their speciesism in stealing milk from cows to put on their cereal. To quote Homer Simpson: "Celebrities! Is there anything they DON'T know?"

Meanwhile, liberal media critics continue to be baffled by why Americans no longer watch awards shows. But it’s no surprise to Golden Globes host Ricky Gervais, who says he did try to warn them that everyday, hard-working people don’t like being lectured by privileged celebrities.

You Make the Call: An Atlanta firefighter made a split-second decision to enter a burning home alone and risk his life to pull a 95-year-old woman out (sadly, she could not be revived.) He’s now been docked two days’ pay and suspended for four days for violating “safety and order” protocols. So what do you think: rogue rule-breaker or hero?

Here’s a good lesson in how the media push a preferred narrative by leaving out context. Last week, the Washington Post ran a story quoting Human Rights Watch, headlined, “At least 138 Salvadorans deported by the U.S. were killed in El Salvador: Rights group.” The thrust of the story is that the US has blood on its hands and should have known not to deport these people back to their dangerous home nation, and the situation “will only worsen under Trump.”

And now, the context they didn’t highlight: of those 138 deportees, 109 were deported under the Obama Administration. Most who were murdered were killed by gangs, particularly MS-13. As the story notes, since gangs mostly target other gang members, it raises the question of why those deportees were killed by gangs, and how safe it would have been to leave them here in America.

As Paul Harvey used to say, “Now you know…the rest of the story!”

Great Cartoon! If you didn’t catch Sunday’s “Pearls Before Swine,” it’s a must-see! Appropriate that it ran on the same day as the record-low-viewership, ultra-“woke” Oscars.

Chuck Schumer is fuming over President Trump daring to fire people who deliberately undermine his policies (“as if he were President!”…add those five words to every specious Democrat charge against Trump and it sort of makes sense.) But with “impeachment” and three years of bogus partisan investigations finally behind him, Trump is moving quickly and at long last to clean house. Last week, the Vindman twins were escorted to the door, EU Ambassador Sondland was recalled, and another 70 Obama holdovers at the NSC were just given the boot.

Now, I am extremely pleased to share the news that “Anonymous” has reportedly been identified. That’s the alleged White House staffer who wrote smug, anonymous op-eds in the New York Times (and even signed a book deal), claiming to be part of “the resistance inside the Trump Administration” working to undermine him from within – for the good of the nation, of course. These unelected egomaniacs always assume their agenda is far superior to the agenda the foolish voters elected Trump to enact. The Times and other liberal outlets seemed to think this cowardly weasel was some sort of hero for taking a paycheck from a man whom they were secretly stabbing in the back. Not my definition of a hero.

The White House has made no official comment, but former U.S. attorney Joe diGenova claims that a senior official told him that the White House has identified and will soon be “parting ways” with the Deep State mole/saboteur. I hope that “parting ways” is a polite euphemism for “kicking out the door with a pointy-toed boot, to be followed swiftly by whatever federal legal action can be hurled at him.”

Gov. Huckabee, please help me to understand: Why Brennan and Clapper cannot be held accountable for their crimes of lying under oath? Why Hillary Clinton will never be held accountable for her obstruction of justice. Why Nancy Pelosi does not have to answer for her conduct? (Didn't she have to get approval from anyone before spending $15,000 on silver trays and bullett pens. Our money, right?) Why is Adam Schiff still in power after his myriad lies, tales and tactics. How are we supposed to believe in 'Justice for All' when it appears to mean 'justice only for those who aren't politicians, rich or famous'.

Governor: I hope soon you will write and make mention of the Democrats proposal of "The New Way Forward Act" that should scare any Republican, Patriot, Constitutionist, etc. Not much publicity on this yet & even if it would fail in the Senate, We the People who don't want to see our Nation destroyed by the anti-American Democrat party. I hope you and your conservative colleagues will enlighten the American people about another Democrat agenda with their proposal with the "New Way Forward Act" with a clever title but extremely destructive content. The MSM will never tell the public about this. But Americans again need to know and be informed of Democrats evil socialist-communist agenda!

Hi Mike, I was wondering if you could possibly post some type of article or information about socialism. I think people need to be educated on how this could destroy our nation. When people see the word "free" they immediately think that it is a good thing which we know that it is not. The people that follow Bernie Sanders are clueless. We need to open their eyes to this horrible ideology.
    Thank you kindly,

I have learned to be cautious about information circulating on the internet but I found one that deserves some investigation. There is a viral email claiming that ERIC CIARAMELLA is the boyfriend of Adam (Captain Kangaroo) Schiff's daughter. There is an attached picture with Adam, Wife, Daughter and supposedly ERIC. If true maybe the weasel Schiff belongs in jail!

The Chinese trade delegation visiting the White House and Silicon Valley was populated by an abundance of folks from Wuhan, which when combined with the idea that it was designed to kill off the elderly so as to reduce China's costs, seems to be an attack on Trumps voter base as such. We don't know much about the virus yet, but as we know more it will certainly get more interesting, and deadly.

The fireman’s instinct overrode his training and without thinking he went in to save someone. He was punished for doing his job. Sadly, the lady didn’t make it.

Would he be punished if the lady did make it?

Hi Governor. On your piece about the Atlanta Fire Captain, an observation. As a retired career fire fighter with forty years service and serving as a Division Chief, hope this brings clarity to the subject. This is a tough call. The problem is the Captain violated several rules of Incident Command that put not only himself but the entire crew in jeopardy. Although the punishment may be a little harsh it cannot be ignored. Without knowing all the facts I would be more inclined to council the Captain on why his actions were not acceptable and put this reprimand in his personnel file. I had a very simple rule for those in my command. Everyone goes home safely that way they came on duty. To do that we had to follow the steps laid forth in Incident Command and not have our crew members strike out on their own.

In view of the sick society we live in, I have often flippantly said, "nothing surprises me anymore," however, that proved NOT to BE true when I read what you wrote about that Atlanta firefighter and how he was PUNISHED, rather than PRAISED and REWARDED, for his selflessness in risking (laying down) his life to try and save another human being!!!

This all goes to show that the evil mindset of this political saga is not just about "politics" ...it is about the he who is in the world getting this same evil mindset to be the beat most Americans march to!

This story of the Atlanta firefighter is yet one more example of how there was no one who.....because he was a vessel of the He who is greater THAN the he who is in the world....stepped up to the plate and fought FOR this firefighter not to BE punished because the He...who lived in him.... would NOT have punished him for not HAVING the selfish, self-centered mindset of the evil one!

Great stories. Just hope we don't get smug and over confident. There are a lot of young and maybe a few not so young people who seem to believe that socialism works. Any ideas on how to change their minds?

New subject. Bloomberg's comments re teaching us midwesterners about restrooms got me to thinking about the whole problem of girls with penises competing with girls without them unfairly. I came up with this idea which would solve both problems. First you create divisions in all sports like we used to have like Junior Varsity where the divisions are made not by "sex", but by age, height and weight. Here the girls team could have people who have either physical sex organs but would be approximately equal in physical ability. There would be two locker/restrooms, one marked P and the other marked V. You might see a person with a dress on come out of the P restroom and vice versa but in the shower room they would all be alike. I doubt that this plan could be adopted in today's world but it would make competition more fair Andrew keep people with penises from raping people without them in the shower room.

    Hi, Gov. Huckabee!!!!!
I cannot thank you enough for giving the STRAIGHT NEWS of what is happening in this country. I no longer have any faith in any news media, except NEWSMAX. I hope NEWSMAX is giving me the STRAIGHT NEWS -- correct news without lies.
I know that I can trust you, Gov. Huckabee. I tremendously enjoy your show on TBN and NEWSMAX. Keep up the great work by carrying the Christian Banner raised HIGH. I pray daily for Christians to stany up to the socialist, radical liberal, lgbt nut cases that want to destroy our country. Their goal is to remove Christianity and Judaism from America. GOD BLESS YOU AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!

It would not be suprising to me that the next accusation by our Democratic House elite against our President is that he bribed the House to impeach him so that he could climb in the polls and make them look like the incompetitent, brazenly political imposters that they are.
Yes, the impeachment was all our President's fault (of course) with his diabolical partisan hate mongering. Oops, I stand corrected, it seems that I somehow got things backwards. Maybe someone should inform our Democratic friends that the chickens always come home to roost. The truth is always the truth.
May God continue to bless our great President, give him knowledge, wisdom, courage, strength and protection to continue to serve our country as he has so steadfastly done.

If those who work for the government are not going to be loyal to the president they need to resign. The president has every right to fire them. What a weak country we would have if we had non-cooperative staff members. We need people working for the country.

People (leftists/socialists/msm) can scream and holler all they want about who is fired. I am one of those who felt that, on or shortly after Jan 20, 2017, the President (like all those before him) should have cleaned house of all those loyal to a regime that in no way reflected this President's agenda. The People's agenda actually, because his agenda is why we elected him as our President.

And, for those who have never been employed in the real world--when the people working for an organization are against what that organization or its leaders are for---they are fired, released, allowed to resign, etc etc etc. They are not allowed to continue employment there. In the case of most of the people in politics--especially those who have leaked or connived to leak or spied, etc---no severance package, no retirement, no nothing. Here's your hat, don't let the door hit you in the keister on your way out. Come to think of it--I think there are those in the "news" business, mainly msm--if you can't buy into (or be bought) the extreme left leaning "reporting"--they find a way to fire you. They ought to understand that, huh?
