The Senate has no obligation to negotiate with the House on how the impeachment trial should be run. If the House refuses to send over the impeachment documents, then the Senate said should just declare the impeachment null and void. THE END!

pelosi and schumer want to rewrite the rules of what the job of the Senate is in an impeachment process. shiff said, the people want to hear from Bolton--hey!! Shouldn't that have been someone who should have been in shiff's hearing?
I can already hear it--pelosi (and schumer) are DEMANDING how they want the Senate hearings to go--doesn't matter about the rules, they will make up their own. If the Senate refuses--and she doesn't send the articles, they are going to blame the GOP majority Senate for the impeachment to not going further. Just like they always blamed Republicans for any Government shut down--because THEIR demands were not met.
Actually, she probably hopes that their demands are not met (BTW--it seems shiff refused all demands of Republicans in witnesses and most of the questioning) because the impeachment will "go away." Deep down, she probably knows this is all smoke and mirrors, but instead of the President being acquitted in the Senate, this is a way to "save face" for the out-of-control democrats.
I couldn't tell--was there a debate yesterday while all this was going on?And, as usual, msm will also be blaming the GOP for everything. Do they ever, on any of the programs, say what HAS been accomplished since Donald Trump became President? Did any of them report on the progress on USMCA? I'm betting they don't report any of the ups in the market. Nor how many jobs were added. You'd think their "investigative" reporters would come up with the specifics of what the President is being impeached on. Well, I guess they can't because there are no specifics.
