    I used to type medical textbooks in the 80's and I remember it saying that 0.01% had true body dysmorphia and that it is a mental disorder. But I also did a book on the liability of accepting a patient as a plastic surgeon....it's grim. They then recommended a battery of psychological testing, pointed out if they had not liked their last three noses, odds were they wouldn't like yours either. The book implied more were turned down than accepted. Where did the ethics go? Who is doing this social experiment? We have a generation where 1/4 are drug dependant, 1/4 are in college being indoctrinated and 1/4 are saddled with devastating debt and the final 1/4 don't know who they are.
