I have a small question. An impeachment under the Constitution is done when 1st- a vote of the full house is done to begin the proceedings. This begins the process for both sides of the house to begin their strategy, issue congressional subpoena's, call witness's, etc,.... Just like a real trial. The question is: Has President Trump actually been impeached? The house voted on starting an inquiry into the impeachment of the President, this allowed them to set their own rules, GOP not allowed to call witness's, GOP questions were limited, GOP not allowed to issue subpoena's. As I see it, there have only actually been 2 President's impeached to date due to the fact there has still NOT been a full house vote on impeachment. If this actually goes forward, this has to to be shot down as illegitimate. I think Nervous Nancy knows if she moves ahead it will end up in the Supreme Court where the Justices will have no choice but to strike it down under the law, and the Constitution.
