Meet five people who probably aren’t yet tired of America winning under Trump. American Caitlan Coleman and her Canadian husband, Josh Boyle, were taken hostage by Taliban militants while backpacking in Afghanistan five years ago. They’ve had three children while in captivity and their lives have been repeatedly threatened while diplomats tried and failed to secure their release. But this morning, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson announced that they have now been freed. US intelligence agents had reportedly been tracking them and when they shifted into Pakistani territory, they shared that information with Pakistan, whose forces rescued them.

President Trump teased yesterday that some “very, very important” news was coming involving a nation that used to “totally disrespect us.” He just released a statement reading, "Today they are free. This is a positive moment for our country's relationship with Pakistan. We can now sit back and await the family’s arrival in America, and wait for the media to explain why this is actually terrible news.
