In this one, President Biden attacked the only Senator who could save his “Build Back Better” bill, tried to defend the bill by citing an aspect of its spending that’s precisely why so many people oppose it, and topped that by saying he can’t understand how we got to the place where Vladimir Putin decided to invade Russia.
