The Arizona Supreme Court UNANIMOUSLY overturned sanctions and legal fees placed on the Arizona Republican Party for challenging Maricopa County’s 2020 post-election hand-count process.

The latest media meltdown over Donald Trump revolves around an interview he gave to Time magazine. As usual, his comments are being yanked out of context, edited and wildly distorted for maximum hair-on-fire hysteria.

“It’s been a trainwreck for the prosecution,” former Director of National Intelligence and current California Rep. John Ratcliffe told Maria Bartiromo Sunday on Fox News.

It’s up to us --- all of us --- to talk up the problems in the “financial records” case against former President Trump that’s taking place in Judge Juan Merchan’s Manhattan courtroom, because Merchan’s gag order is largely prohibiting President Trump from doing so.

Not only do a majority of voters say they believe these prosecutions are politically-motivated, but a new Quinnipiac Poll blows away their last remaining hope. They actually think that if they can just get a biased judge and biased jury in a Trump-hating district to find him guilty of something criminal, Trump’s voters will at last turn on him.

We all know that if 10,000-plus National Guard troops had been stationed at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, as President Trump had authorized --- this has been confirmed by then-acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller --- the ensuing riot wouldn’t have been possible.

Case closed! Or at least it should be.

Rep. Stefanik filed her complaint with the hilariously named Department of “Justice” Office of Professional Responsibility. One way Smith has tried to influence the election, she alleges, is to continue filing new material in the case during the district court’s stay on the proceedings.

Fseisi confirmed on video what we already knew --- thanks to investigative reporters such as Michael Shellenberger and Matt Taibbi --- about the intelligence agencies withholding sensitive information from President Trump.

When protesters refused to follow the rules, he called in the cops and had over 30 of them arrested.
