This week brings an avalanche of breaking news concerning bad actors at the FBI and Justice Department. Let’s start with one of the baddest actors of them all, former FBI Director James Comey.

According to investigative reporter John Solomon in THE HILL, Inspector General Michael Horowitz is close to completion on his report, and his assessment of Comey’s conduct is scathing. He reportedly has concluded that Comey leaked classified information –- which is a violation of the Espionage Act –- and showed “lack of candor” (translation: lying). The IG even referred Comey for possible prosecution, but Solomon reports that Attorney General Barr is declining to move forward on that.

All right now, get a grip. I know it seems that this decision is just one more example of a two-tiered justice system, and at first glance it sure does look like that. We’ve seen it so many times before. Solomon, however, presents this news as just the first shoe to drop, saying there’s much more to come and that Barr’s decision should be seen as part of a larger strategy. Don’t be dismayed, he says, to hear that Barr has declined to prosecute Comey on this “narrow charge,” because the full story is so much bigger and so much worse. Barr is playing the long game and building his overall case. He wants the first prosecutorial step he takes to be on absolutely solid ground.

According to Gregg Jarrett in an appearance on Wednesday’s HANNITY, Barr can always choose to prosecute Comey on these violations later, at least as long as the statute of limitations hasn’t run out. Let’s hope he does that, as it’s just not right for people such as Mike Flynn and George Papadopoulos to be prosecuted for lying when other far more egregious examples such as Hillary Clinton and James Comey are not. And it would be sadly ironic if Comey wasn’t prosecuted on Espionage Act violations because of the difficulty of proving “intent”; after all, that’s the same rationale Comey himself used for not charging Hillary. And “intent” isn’t even part of the statute.

For now, Solomon advises patience and prefers to focus on the very serious allegations of FISA abuse. Recall that Comey signed the original warrant application to spy on Trump campaign associate Carter Page, swearing that the information in it, based on the Steele “dossier,” was verified when he absolutely knew it wasn’t.

Speaking of Comey, did you know FBI agents came to his house a month after he got fired and that documents were reportedly found there that it was illegal for him to have? We’re only now hearing about this. Also, when he turned over the documents, Comey reportedly did not tell them –- his own former FBI colleagues –- about some of the leaks from them that he was responsible for. Several weeks passed before the FBI was informed.

But now it's clear, Jarrett says, why Comey admitted he had leaked information from government documents to trigger the appointment of a special counsel. (He even seemed proud of that, didn’t he?) It was the very night before his testimony that the FBI had shown up at his door and found the documents! They had the word “SECRET” printed at the top, but Comey apparently lied to them and said it was the wrong title. Mr. Morality.

Anyway, don’t get mad (yet) at the attorney general for declining to prosecute Comey (yet) on these first criminal charges. If you’d like something to get mad about, get mad about this:

The American Center for Law and Justice, by suing the Justice Department under the Freedom of Information Act, has finally received copies of immunity agreements that prove Clinton allies Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson received immunity from prosecution in exchange for...well, nothing. They turned over their laptops --- the ones that had been illegally erased with BleachBit by the Clinton Team but that were to undergo digital forensics to see if some emails could be restored --- with the understanding that they would not be prosecuted for their violations of the Espionage Act and other statues relating to the mishandling of government information.

And here’s something extra sneaky: Mills and Samuelson technically retained “custody and control” of the laptops. That way, the Justice Department would be able to deny FOIA requests by saying they didn’t have “custody and control” of the documents in question. If that move wasn’t enough to keep the emails from getting out, they took yet another step: physical destruction of the laptops, as part of the agreement.

These laptops were what are termed “culling” laptops, in that all 62,320 emails from Hillary’s private server had been stored on them.

The report at the ACLJ website lays out all the details, particularly the various statutes and protocols that were violated, all to keep the Hillary email scandal under wraps so she could go forward as the anointed Democratic nominee for President. The “fix” absolutely was in. Get mad about THAT, while Barr continues putting pieces together.

It's well known that NSA has ALL emails ever sent by anyone, anywhere. Why isn't NSA stepping up with this info and bring forth evidence for prosecution? Is it because THEY are in on it as well? Or are they controlled by the deep state?

I am hoping that what I’ve seen and heard thus far from AG Barr in hearings, etc. is indicative of one who will see Justice is done. While it is wise to ensure that investigations are in-depth and complete in order to move forward with indictments and prosecutions, the American people have waited what seems like eons to know what happened that spurred this investigation. Therefore, if nothing is done to those who broke the same laws that others were prosecuted for in this matter will be infuriating. However, I wonder, given the swamp in Washington, D.C., whether justice would truly be served in their courts for these people. I have lost faith in much of our government and the constant dripping of resistance and lies from the left is wearisome. I have never seen this kind of behavior in our nation. I personally believe it is because the majority of those in the Body of Christ have so mingled with the world that we are not reflecting the light we once did. We walk, talk and participate in the same activities of those who do not know the Savior. The whole Word is no longer preached in many churches across the land; rather, people are being fed a prosperity gospel and the abominations that are condemned by the Lord, are accepted and condoned by the church. Our grandson just began his freshman year in a college whose mission statement depicts itself as a “private Christian liberal arts institution.” Yet, the incoming freshmen were gathered together in orientation and leaders encouraged the elimination of he/she pronouns. We who follow the Lord have a greater responsibility to reflect Jesus in this world and we will be accountable for not speaking truth and embracing political correctness that has done only harm in our country.

The only punishment to come out of all this will be whatever people write in books. None of these crooks will be found guilty. Just you watch. These people are all buddies. They all get their check from the same place.

Does anyone know who did Seth Richard contact about information he had. Julian Assange already said Seth was the one that sent the DNC e-mails to him. If Seth was trying to get protection from the FBI, not knowing how involved the top guys were with the Clinton's and Obama. He was (not knowing) walking into a trap. We kneed to have an investigation on Seth's death and who was involved. We also need to get more information on the 2 Iranian brothers working for a few Democrats on Capital Hill and were paid $160,000 each by a few Democrats.

Why hasn't AG Barr stated the obvious?
!. There was no convincing evidence that there was a hack of the DNC at all, by Russia or otherwise.
    2. The only documents used in the Trump Russia HOAX are partisan, and arranged for by the opposition to candidate then President Trump.

The words of Crowdstrike hired by the opposition, is what was used regarding the DNC server(s). The "dossier" includes non- US, foreign intervention unverified 'stories'.
Why didn't Julian Assange, Wikileaks, get any attention? He stated publicly the DNC emails were not from Russia or any state actor. William Binney, former high ranking NSA guy, said there wasn't any possibility of a 'hack'. He stated reasons why it had to be direct via a thumb-drive or other direct access.

this angers me sooooooooo much I want to spit, I would be in prison so quickly and for so long my head would spin yet all this lawlessness went on and was, in many cases corroborated, months ago yet NOTHING has been done about NOTHING is any body ever going to be able to clean out the CIA and FBI of all the corruption? Enough so people can pay the price for their corruption? This has been nothing short of a coo. I and I'm sure many Americans are TIRED of this double standard and want to see some "Justice for all" All involved need to be prosecuted to the highest degree to insure we are not held hostage by the lies and criminal behavior of these corrupt Federal agencies. And literally sickens me by how blatant this all is

Good article. I felt that there was more to the story as to why AG Barr was not prosecuting Comey right away. There is the on-going investigation by John Durham that, I believe, will lead to bigger charges that will hopefully included the Clintons and Obama.

I love AG Barr. I will wait patiently for him to collect all the necessary materials to proceed with the arrests and convictions of these low life people that hate our president more than they love our country.

Unfortunately, and I mean this from my heart, I am not surprised. That admission is probably how a lot of citizens feel. It proves good people like Gen Flynn get the shaft, while very bad people, Comey, Killary and followers get immunity for lying. Comey and both Clintons lied about, most everything. Killary was directly responsible for the deaths of an Ambassader, and our soldiers who died at Benghazi. She was derilec in her duties by not responding appropriately when the Ambassador asked for help. If that isn’t the worst thing a person could do, I don’t know what is...except what that trader obummer did. He told us he was going to “fundamentally” change America and he did. He has disrupted our democracy, brought our enemies into positions in our government, and has brought chaos to our people. He received a Nobel Prize for his “extraordinary efforts to strengthen diplomacy and cooperation between people”. An someone please tell me what he did in his eleven month presidency to deserve such an honor? Honestly what had he done in eleven months? We all know why he really won the medal. He was the most disruptive, devisive and self serving president to date. He gave millions to our enemies, derided our military and first responders. He promoted the efforts of groups who disparage, and sometimes kill our police. He and Killary are hand in hand when trying to bring down our country. Socialism lovers. America hating despots.

Thank you for laying it out so nicely. I have been trying to tell my friends to wait for it. A bigger plan is in the works. We have to trust Trump and Barr to get it right!

I really want to see Hillary and Bill, the Obamas, and all their henchmen get slam dunked and in Gitmo without cell phones, internet connections and no news reports!! I want to see them destroyed just as they have tried to destroy our wonderful land.

I also want to see the Muslims in our northernmost area around the Great Lakes and the St. Lawrence waterway either expelled back to their countries (Muslim) or scattered away from that vulnerable area. What are they planning that causes them (desert people) to want to settle in the cold northern regions of our nation and near a vital waterway? Why are they settling in Canada in the same areas? They need to go!!

Why can't people see that we have been invaded by hostile forces??

Curious why the President isn't being charged for oh so many various crimes worse than Comey has done? No One is above the law and that includes the President of the United States. Is this just another revenge tactic of the President and what is he trying to distract us from this time?

John Solomon at is the actual source for this information. He's developed a network of confidential sources at the FBI and Department of Justice. These are men of integrity who really hate the way that these agencies have been manipulated and degraded for political purposes by Democratic Party operatives such as Pete Strzok and Andrew McCabe.

    I encourage everyone

I don't agree with the determination of intent, I think there are underlying factors we don't know about. Comey is up to his eyeballs in the entire Spygate mess. He is not getting away with much. Things are about to get worse for all of the players and not that GITMO is ready I bet there will be a lot of new residents.

None of us anywhere in the US should ever be held accountable for breaking a federal law. Just claim to be a Clinton or a Comey. It is beyond obvious now that the law only applies to us little people.
