Just as I’ve been pointing out for over two years, and as many African-Americans are starting to notice, a new study found that much of the research conducted on Trump supporters is distorted to make them appear racist, when they actually score lower on racism than Mitt Romney voters.

The study by a Columbia University sociologist found that these studies showing Trump supporters as motivated by racism were marred by prejudicial designs, distorted data and outright misrepresentation of Trump’s words (you mean like claiming he was calling all immigrants criminals when he condemned MS-13 gang members?)  The researcher said he suspected the cartoonish image of racist Trump voters found in these studies and amplified by the media was wrong, because he grew up in a conservative, religious, military community in Arizona and knew those people, and they were nothing like that.

I think we can draw two conclusions from this story:  (1.) Don’t believe people who claim that Trump supporters are just a bunch of racist haters, and (2.) This guy will probably never again get hired by any American university sociology department.

I for one am sick and tired of reading that Trump supporters are racist and unintelligent. This makes my blood boil. I voted for him and, while I wish he would get thicker skin and stop the incessant tweets, I am the furthest thing from racist and am certainly not stupid. I live in a mixed neighborhood with several black people and even one inter-racial couple and we are a tight neighborhood. I grow vegetables and give to some of my neighbors, particularly ones who are limited on cash. I voted for Trump mostly because of Clinton’s stance on abortion. Also, I did my research and listened to YouTube videos of both Obama and Clinton regarding immigration. There was one video where Hillary talked about separating children from their parents. I can’t understand why the left seem to think this was Trump’e doing. I could go on and on but I won’t.

EXCELLENT. Because the source of this study is academic, it must be accurate. The truth is that this change is a trend, not an anomaly so it will continue flourish at a proportional rate.
Hopefully, the pendulum from the Left has found its nadir and is safely on the road back to a more normal center.
