MONOLOGUE June 16 2018

From Singapore’s Summit with North Korea to the release of the Inspector General’s report on the Justice Department’s bungling of the Hillary email scandal, it’s been a week in which we’ve seen the media stretch and contort more than a Mr. Gumby to downplay the implications of these stories.

President Trump had the summit with Kim Jong Un in Singapore early in the week, and while most objective reports recognize the significance of it, there aren’t many objective reports that come from the biased Fake News Force that follows the President around like a bunch of green flies looking for anything rotten.  Fair in saying that the framework of denuclearization agreed to will require a lot of detailed follow up and verification, but the President made clear the painful and punishing sanctions don’t ease up until there’s verification.  We were able to obtain some early reactions from Kim Jong Un after he returned to North Korea (photo # 1).  I must confess that I found some humor in President Trump’s video revealing with North Korea could look like by injecting some capitalism into the Hermit Kingdom (b-roll of video).  Only President Trump could see the beaches illuminated by heavy artillery fire and envision beachfront condos where the cannons were.  You can take President Trump out of the real estate business, but you can’t take the real estate business out of President Trump.

Big bombshell from the Dept of Justice Inspector General’s report this week—500 pages that revealed that fired FBI Director went rogue in having his own press conferences about Hillary’s emails.  After hearing numerous Democrats on TV, you’d think they’d be thanking President Trump for firing him!  And Peter Strzok, the high ranking FBI official who was carrying on an affair with a colleague with whom he shared over 50,000 text messages, said to her that regarding whether Donald Trump would be elected President, “No.  No he won’t.  We’ll stop it.”  But he didn’t.  The voters were thankfully more powerful than a corrupt cop who tried to use his badge to change the outcome of an American election.

For more than a year, we’ve put up with the Mueller investigation that’s supposed to find out if the Russians tried to influence the election.  So far, there’s not ONE THING to show that President Trump had any collusion with any Russians, but we now know and it’s documented that our own law enforcement officials colluded among themselves to rig an election.  If there aren’t charges filed and some of these folks aren’t wearing orange jumpsuits, then open the federal prison doors and let the people out who have done far less to pervert our great republic than the thugs whose salaries we paid!

Cleaning up the Department of Justice is not about helping one party over another.  It’s about protecting and preserving our Constitutional process of equal justice under the law.

The irony of the President meeting with Kim Jong Un this week was that we rightly criticize his being a law unto himself.  But when officials in the highest levels of our Justice Department try to dictate the outcome of an election acted as if they were ABOVE the law, they should be put UNDER the jail!

    Hello Governor Huckabee,
At 68, and being far from healthy, I have neither the emotional strength nor discretionary funds to withstand the predictable onslaught of the Dirty-Dems E-warriors, so I'm hoping I can send you a piece I just wrote that clearly expresses my and my wife's utter disdain for what their party has become, knowing that my piece's origin can and will be kept strictly confidential.
I'm a life-long poet, and, given what Sarah has just been put through at "The Red Hen", and confident that President Trump is a poetry fan (ie: The Snake), I'd like to share it with you, (as well as with him - if you can kindly make that happen) - to do with as you please, as I'm hesitant to post it myself for fear of retaliations that I'm embarrassed to admit I am not prepared to cope with.
If you respond to my email address saying you would like to read the short but powerful piece I composed early this morning, I'd be more than happy to send it over. I feel it's a very effective piece that needs to be shared with ALL of our fellow deplorables. Just let me know a safe email address to send it TO.

    Best regards,
A kindred spirit from the heartland,
    Mark S.

I just read Howard G. Buffett's new book "OUR 50-STATE BORDER CRISIS", "HOW THE MEXICAN BORDER FUELS THE DRUG EPIDEMIC
ACROSS AMERICA" THIS IS A WELL RESEARCHED BOOK THAT HAS SOME EXCELLENT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FORTIFYING OUR
BORDER. A WALL WILL NOT WORK EVERYWHERE.
Buffett runs several non-profit research farms/ranches trying to find soil that will work in some of Africa's poorest places. The ranches owned research stations close to the border. Buffett reports on how the smugglers cross his land and how best to stop them.
