The massive political divide we are experiencing in our country today is more than just about which side has the majority. Previously, politics didn’t isolate neighbors, drive wedges between friends, fuel bitterness between family members, and ignite hate and anger in otherwise peaceful people. Perhaps more than any other contributing factor, extreme media bias is darkening this chapter in America’s history by shaping and twisting narratives into conformity with secular worldviews.

Media elites and Hollywood celebrities—who mostly stand united against our values of life, traditional marriage and religious freedom – are fighting for control of our nation.

"Huckabee" preview

By Mike Huckabee

Join me this weekend for another terrific new edition of “Huckabee” on TBN!  I’ll welcome Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam to tell us how his business experience has helped his state succeed (and maybe we’ll discuss a certain pop singer’s attempt to pick Tennessee’s next Senator.)  Jason Yates and Bishop Harry Jackson of will reveal the surprising amount of power Americans of faith could wield if they would only vote.  Pour a cup of coffee and lean back to learn about a Huck’s Hero who’s making the world a better place, one cup of Joe at a time.  I’ll also have commentaries on the week’s events, some crazy news “In Case You Missed It” and a visit to “Our Kind of Town.”  We’ll top it all off with Christian music superstar Michael W. Smith.  Now, that’s our kind of show!

Catch it tonight at 8 and 11 EST (7 and 10 CST). To find your local TBN outlet and watch previous episodes online visit

Cold water on Beto fans

By Mike Huckabee

Texas Senate hopeful Robert “Beto” O’Rourke is the latest “charisma candidate” to set liberal media hearts a-flutter across the nation, and he’s being showered with tens of millions of dollars in donations that should keep him well-supplied with skateboards and hair products.  But leave it to intrepid interviewer Cabot Phillips of Campus Reform to throw cold water on Betomania by asking his besotted young followers on the Texas A&M campus a question that stymied them: “What, exactly, has he ever accomplished?”

Typical responses included assurances that he “has the experience and vision needed to do a good job,” although the respondents couldn’t name those experiences; and “I think he’s accomplished,” even though they couldn’t point to any specific accomplishments.  Some suggested that he hadn’t had the ability, experience or platform to accomplish anything yet, which is why Texas voters need to make him Senator so he can prove himself.  Apparently, they think Senator is an entry-level position. Well, that’s not completely fair: O’Rourke is a former El Paso city councilman and has been in the House since 2013.  There, you now know more about him than many of his most ardent supporters do.

It’s pretty astounding that so many Democrats are already touting O’Rourke as their 2020 Presidential candidate when they can’t even name a single thing he’s accomplished.  On the other hand, they were stymied by the same question about Obama in 2008, and about Hillary in 2016. It seems that on the Democratic side, having prior accomplishments is no longer a prerequisite for the presidency.

Conservative site fights back against Twitter

By Mike Huckabee

With social media sites banning free speech left and right (well, mostly right), some sites are starting to fight back.  Twitter recently banned the pro-life news service LifeSite, claiming a tweet from 2014 (that’s right: four years ago!) violated Twitter’s policy against “hateful conduct” toward gay people.  But LifeSite refused to delete the tweet and instead launched a petition drive against Twitter.  After more than 7,500 people signed, Twitter admitted the ban had been a mistake and reinstated LifeSite’s account.

Oh, and the “hateful,” anti-gay tweet?  It was a link to a news story about how STD rates among homosexuals were rising because of an increase in risky sexual behaviors – as reported in a government health study by the CDC.

Meanwhile, the Rev. Louis (compares Jews to termites) Farrakhan still has his Twitter account – uninterrupted since 2011!

The Baltic Experience 2019

I am thrilled to announce an unforgettable trip to the Baltics for the summer of 2019! After many years of the Israel Experiences and our most recent trip the Mediterranean Experience cruise, we are bringing you another phenomenal cruise, the Baltic Experience! This all-inclusive cruise will feature some of the most beautiful places in the Baltic Sea and we will get to travel to and absorb these destinations aboard a luxury cruise ship from the Azamara Cruise line. If you have traveled with us before, you already know that all-inclusive means exactly that and there are no surprises along the way. The Baltic Experience will be no different. And when the weather is often unbearably hot throughout most of the US in August, we will be enjoying the cool and delightful weather that makes travel in the Baltic region perfect. Once again we have the entire ship and will fill our time on board with spectacular entertainment and special guests. In addition to the cruise we have multiple pre and post cruise offerings you can choose from to extend your trip. Our last cruise sold out in record time so we encourage you to get your cabin secured soon. We look forward to traveling with you soon and as always we will work tirelessly and do everything in our control to bring you The Greatest Trip.

No wonder some Democrats are cheering on that giant caravan that’s making its way toward our Southern border from Central America.  They’re probably hoping they’ll arrive in Texas by November 6th so they can vote Democratic.
