Hip-hop artist Kanye West got a barrage of criticism for bucking the lockstep league that requires all blacks to be Democrats who hate Trump, but not even the left’s most potent weapon (a public taunting by Stephen Colbert) could force him back into line. Instead, he doubled down on defending his right to think independently, and Chance the Rapper joined in support, leading to a “Bet You’d Never See This” headline.

Other African-Americans in the public eye are starting to notice and speak up about the huge gap between the Democrats’ promises to the black community and the results they’ve delivered. They’re also noticing that under Obama, things got worse for them, while under the alleged evil racist Trump, black unemployment has dropped to the lowest level in decades.

Huck's Criminal Mastermind

By Mike Huckabee

Huck’s Criminal Mastermind APB: Police in New York City are looking for a woman who was caught on surveillance video at a Popeye’s Fried Chicken, shouting and using a chair to smash a window. The window wasn’t the only thing that was smashed: an employee said the woman was “extremely drunk.” She destroyed a window with a poster on it for the “$4 Wicked Good Deal,” not because she was wicked but because she was furious that the deal didn’t include a soda.

On the bright side, it’s a nice surprise to hear she’s that eager to drink a soda.

Terms and Conditions

By Mike Huckabee

This is almost too hilariously ironic not to be from the Onion: a top Facebook executive admitted to UK lawmakers that the company didn’t actually read the Terms of Service agreement for the app that collected data on 87 million Facebook users for Cambridge Analytica. It was only after they discovered what the app had done that they went back and read all the terms and conditions.

So I guess it’s official: absolutely nobody on the Internet actually reads all the “Terms and Conditions” before clicking “Accept.”

SNL is ruining the joke

By Mike Huckabee

We already knew that intolerant, leftwing PC groupthink was ruining comedy, but here’s another comedian to confirm it. Rob Schneider says his former stomping ground, “Saturday Night Live,” is ruining the joke by becoming so relentlessly liberal/anti-Trump that you can always predict which way sketches will go. He also slammed Alec Baldwin’s Trump impression (which of course won him an Emmy; that’s become a prize that’s handed out to people who bash Trump the hardest). Schneider said the great comic impressions of “SNL” past, like Dana Carvey’s George Bush, were done with some empathy and respect for the person portrayed. But Baldwin’s Trump is “hard to watch” because it’s obvious what his political slant is and that he “has nothing but a fuming, seething anger toward the person he plays." Wait, I thought "late night comedy" was now defined as "a fuming, seething anger toward Donald Trump"?)

Schneider says when he does stand-up on the road now, he tries to poke fun at all sides, including pointing out the hypocrisy of liberals, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult. He said, "Literally, if you don't go the party line — you're out. There's a real ugliness to it."

I’ll make two predictions based on this article: He will be viciously attacked by the left for saying that they attack and ostracize comedians for pointing out their hypocrisy. And then, they’ll ostracize him.

Ford basically giving up on car business

By Mike Huckabee

Environmentalists have long dreamed of getting cars off the road, and now, that dream is coming true – sort of. Due to Americans’ preference for pickup trucks and SUVs, Ford is about to cut down to making only two passenger cars: the Mustang and the Focus Active hatchback. GM is heading the same direction.

On the plus side, Ford did pretty well when they were only making the Model T, so this probably won’t harm business.
