Elizabeth Warren is now officially out of the Presidential race, after flopping on Super Tuesday. If you’ve been following her campaign, which has largely consisted of angry, hectoring lectures about how bad things are and how unfair, racist, sexist, etc., America is, you won’t be surprised to hear that she and her staunchest followers are blaming her failure to win the nomination on sexism.

But wait: didn’t the Democrats already nominate a woman in the last election? Or maybe Warren was done in by racism, due to her 1/1024th Cherokee blood. (Which, incidentally, she was never asked about in all 10 debates. Can you imagine a white male Republican candidate taking career advantages intended for a minority under false pretenses, and not even being asked about it? I call that “Democrat privilege.”)

If Warren supporters are correct, then ultra-liberal Democratic primary voters are sexists and racists, even in the People’s Republic of Massachusetts, Warren’s home state where she came in a distant third.

Commentary continues below advertisement

By the way, there is still a female candidate in the race, one who’s a genuine racial minority: Tulsi Gabbard. She even won a delegate on Tuesday, which was the previous criteria for being in the debate (even though they previously let in Bloomberg, who had no delegates, while snubbing Gabbard.) So naturally, the DNC changed the rules to keep her out of the next one. They claim it’s because she has no chance of winning, but I think it’s because they’re afraid she’d absolutely demolish their two geriatric white male “frontrunners” (neither of whom looks like he can still jog, much less run.)

But if she did demolish them, wouldn’t that leave her as the strongest candidate standing, which would give her a real chance at winning the nomination? Since the DNC refuses even to let her have a shot, then I guess we know where the real sexists are.

Back to Warren: I think one big reason she didn’t do better is that her entire campaign was based on nothing but leftist negativity. She painted a dark, angry picture of a suffering, dystopian America that only leftists see, one that she was going to transform with fiscally untenable, big government giveaway programs and leftwing wish list craziness that she would cram down our throats on day one with executive orders. She used identity politics to divide Americans and pit us against each other. And she almost always came across as being blow-her-top furious, like Lewis Black without a sense of humor.

I don’t want to be accused of being one of those sexist guys who tells a woman she should “smile more,” but does Liz Warren EVER smile? This has nothing to do with gender: Americans like leaders of either sex who are optimistic and make them feel good about the future. A big part of the presidency is being America’s head cheerleader. It’s also essential to have a sense of humor. Today’s leftists are too humorless to see it, but many people watch Trump rallies because he’s hilarious. So was Reagan. I disagreed with Obama’s policies, but I admit he had great comic delivery. Joe Biden has skated on a number of controversies and gaffes because of his blinding smile and avuncular “Uncle Joe” persona. And when I ran for President, I would tell people that “I’m a conservative, but I’m not mad at anyone about it.”

Let’s try a thought experiment: Close your eyes and picture Elizabeth Warren...

Okay, did you imagine her snarling into the camera with one arm raised, poking an accusing finger in your face? Join the club. It doesn’t matter if the candidate is male or female, can you blame anyone for not wanting to see that every day for the next four years?

I find it interesting that so much air is taken up by Democrat supporters complaining about how a woman is not able to get the nomination for their party . In every Primary or Caucus so far ONLY Democrats have voted and brought these candidates forward ! If the women majority have wanted a woman to represent them I’m thinking that they should have chosen differently. The decision was only theirs ... can’t blame a non-Democrat !

In your list of organizations to donate to you left out the Salvation Army. Prior to her death my wife was a volunteer with them in disaster relief. They were first on scene following Katrina. the meals and supplies they offer are always without charge. There has never been a scandal of their misusing funds. They truly are "doing the most good."

Warren just came across as too spastic all over the place. Then some of her stories just did not make the lie Test. Tell us like it is the story of your real life. No doubt she was an interesting professor and she is doing I guess the job as Mass Senator. Trying hard to understand how the Demos now are picking a Dementia type candidate like Biden who also exaggerates and lies?

Oh that one arm raised and poking the accusing finger in our faces. A huge turn-off with both her and Angry Bernie. Got enough of that attitude in my childhood (which was fortunately tempered by other loving individuals) to revolt strongly against either of those two.

It is getting old in my eyes that losers blame sexism, race or orientation whenever anyone in those categories lose. I am Hispanic or latina as per “statistics” so I feel good about saying this

I found it sooo interesting that you should mention the fact that Elizabeth Warren never smiles IN VIEW OF THE FACT THAT the Christmas gift I chose to give some of my friends was a wooden plaque that said: "CHANGE THIS WORLD WITH YOUR SMILE" ....and I chose that plaque to encourage those I gave it to that something as simple as a smile CAN make a difference....and to prove that this is true, I proceeded to tell them the story about how, a few years ago, my just smiling at a kid....who I'd never met...when he held the door open for me....MADE a difference ....a BIG him.

One day when I was at the all-black, gang-infested high school that I've made mention of before, I was walking across the yard to go to the school office when a kid spotted me and decided to hold the door open for me...As I just mentioned, I had never met this kid (While I tried to reach out to as many kids as I could there were over a thousand kids that attended that school).....AND...

While this kid was holding the door open for me he began to tell me how he was contemplating committing suicide!...I said, "NO! There is another answer to dealing with your pain! Let's sit inside and talk"...and, of course, I told him how Jesus was the answer to dealing with his pain! I then told him about the many, many kids I'd counseled who had also been suicidal, but after I led them to the Lord, they then wanted to live as much as they had wanted to die.

The following day, when he spotted me in the cafeteria, he came over to me to thank me for sharing Christ with him because he was feeling so much better. I then asked him WHY he confided in me, since we'd never met...and he replied, "BECAUSE YOU SMILED AT ME!"

One of the ways Christians bear witness to the fact that Christ dwells in their heart is IF they smile because the JOY of the Lord is not the absence of sorrow or grief...which is why a Christian can HAVE a smile on his face WHILE there's a tear in his eye!

Elizabeth Warren shares an analogy with Elizabeth, NJ: beautiful names for such fugly personalities! She represents how dumbed-down our country has become and I praise God for her withdrawal!

I'm so glad Warren gave it up, already, had enough of her "depressing", screeching, haranguing attitude. I am soooo thankful I re registered to the GOP party, I am ashamed of those who call themselves "democrats". They are NOT the DNC I supported from the 60's, they ALL have become the "hooray for me, the hell with you" regime, and I do NOT like it.

Warren dropout email one of your greatest. Kept directing DNC's left wing "logic" back to their backsides and kicking them with it. Really enjoy your tv show also. Glad to have you in Nashville.

I would not vote for this person because they did not help fight murder of babies or because they did not support the protection of our borders etc. etc.>>> BUT we don't need to categorize liberal as unrighteous & conservatives as righteous. We need to support issues or fight issues that are wrong. HERE I STAND AGAINST ABORTION AND HERE I STAND FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR BORDERS. MAY GOD MOST CERTAINLY HAVE OUR PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE IN OUR SCHOOLS AND HERE I SAY WE MUST BRING PRAYER BACK IN SCHOOLS.>>>BONNIE PARVINO

You nailed it on this one. If they are claiming sexism, they are condemning their own party. Are they really that stupid to make such a claim? The question I have for you is: Where will the liberal female, man-hater vote go?

The DEMOCRATS have a plan. Get Joe elected with Michelle Obama as VP then take Joe out because of his mental health then Michelle becomes president without ever getting elected

Wonder if this 2020 Democrat Presidential election is “calculated” by the Democrat cabal.
Get Biden in as President and it will really be Obama, Hillary, Sanders and moneyed people like Soros snd the Pelosi/Schumer and dump in Romney and any rino like him include the Muslims attached to the Democrat Party / zippo the end of America.

Bernie Sanders is the same way. He and Biden remind me of the two old men in the Muppets who sat in the balcony. Maybe they should start a comedy act or maybe not on second thought since neither are really funny. Just nasty! I never thought E. Warren would do good anyway in this election because she just doesn't have any personality and tries to hard to act like she does. Also, I am not a fan of Socialists/Communists/Globalists who think they know how to run the world and countries with their radical agenda/ideology. We need to keep our Freedoms like our forefathers wanted us to have when they wrote the Constitution, Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights. Quit trying to change our history you leftists.

Governor, you are the Jonathan Winters of politics. My brother and I were just having this same conversation. The leftists we know are NO FUN. And if they at least try to have fun, we can’t wait to get away from them and their stiff-necked, bull in a china shop, agenda-driven, nervous nellie brand of so-called fun. I can’t wait for the day my home state of Massachusetts wakes up and tells Goodie Warren, who is right out of the 1691 Salem witch trials, not to slam the screen door on her way back to Oklahoma. And I like Oklahomans. Shoot, those poor people would have to deal with her again....

I would love to see Gabbard on the debate stage! She is the best the Dems have to offer! A lot more people would watch the debates also!

As far as the corona virus I would like to see a chart that shows the ages of those who have died in the US. I don’t believe heathy people with strong immune systems need fear this virus at all!

Governor, you are right-on-the-money!!! It's one thing to point out that there are things about America that need fixing (and actually, Trump did JUST THAT in his 2016 campaign!), and quite another thing to angrily lecture men, women, boys and girls that THEY are the "problem" that America can "live without"!

Elizabeth Warren lost the race because she demonstrated how nasty she could be to other people.
Nothing to do with being a woman.

If you can get a message to President Trump to clarify cutting entitlement spending cost. I don’t recall him ever calling social security benefits an entitlement. That’s what the Democrats refer to it as, President Trump could come out a winner on this one simply acknowledging that he realizes the people that have paid into this retirement fund is entitled to receiving a monthly SS check.
But! The entitlement programs are welfare funded, government handout, etc. he’s creating job to life many off these programs but there lots that need to be done for the over usage of these programs.
I want President Trump to succeed, our future depends on keeping a Republican President and hopefully regaining the house back.

    E. Warren apparently hired a disreputable DNA investigator to release a statement saying she was 1/64th Native American. But that was soon changed to 1/1024th by a reputable DNA expert. Either way, she was never enough Cherokee to know that being a member of the tribe is an honor based on a native roll taken more centuries ago and bestowed only by the tribe unrelated to DNA.
As a Native American woman, I think by lying about her heritage, Elizabeth Warren STOLE opportunities meant for me and my children and along with the Harvard officials who signed off on it she should be prosecuted for the THEFT of money from the Federal government and THEFT of opportunities meant for me and my children.
It's time these political criminals PAY for their CRIMES.

Excellent commentary! I do think that having a sense of humor is essential to boosting one's attractiveness as a candidate. A little self-deprecation goes a long way, too.
